I can't say anything particularly bad about the hotel, but I also didn't get hooked, there is no desire to go there again, if only because of the price, which is noticeably lower than, for example, in Dolphins

The hotel does not correspond to 5*, as it is all "tired". The restaurant has a lot of chipped dishes, the menu is monotonous, the rooms are cleaned very poorly, and things like hair conditioner or body lotion are not about this hotel.

For the first time in this hotel, we were satisfied with almost everything)) the service is on the level, they asked to change the room because of the noise, not willingly, but they changed it) there was certainly not enough cleanliness in the rooms, there was water on the bathroom floor all the time after taking a shower and an unpleasant smell due to lack of ventilation
Towels were changed every day
In the bars, all the staff were responsive and polite, some laughed, but it didn't bother us, we tried not to pay attention, people are different everywhere
There are no questions about nutrition, everything is delicious and fresh

A three-star hotel. There is mold on the seams between the tiles in the bathroom. Cleaning every 2 days. Water in the room every two days, compensates for the water in bars and cafes. There are a lot of people in the hotel. The water park is gorgeous. Animation is like in the rest of the family. The Wi-Fi is bad, only in the Lobby it doesn't work badly. And God forbid you to take rooms with Windows to the courtyard. Unless, of course, you like a monotonous disco until 12 at night. Do you want to sleep peacefully or do you and your children ask for rooms that do not have windows to the courtyard. And the poor people in the bungalow are two storeys high.... You have to sleep literally at the disco. The result, IMHO, the hotel does not get a balance between family and youth accommodation. We are unlikely to go to this hotel in the future.
