Two or three years ago, I would have noted 5 stars. Now there is disappointment and there is no desire to visit this place. The client is far from being respected there. The loud-talking, rude brunette bartender draws attention to herself casually. Let her have her way, so she will pour their drinks on all the visitors' heads. We liked to occupy a distant table and while this thin rude woman was not there, we occupied it. But she appeared- the mistress of all the eateries, and on that table for visitors, her things began to live. And it is not released even when there are no empty seats. It's not enough for her to have one table, she put her phone on the next one to charge, it didn't clean up even when we sat down at this table. An unprecedented game. The cakes there are good, but really stale, slowly turning into crackers. It's a pity that there is no longer that pretty and friendly girl who was a few years ago

This is probably the best place to stop and have a snack. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is polite, they treat their work perfectly, there is no negligence, everything is at the highest level.I will definitely come back again.

I don't know who or what might have liked it. Dried expensive cakes. The coffee tastes disgusting. The waitresses swearing among themselves, paying more attention to their boyfriend than to the visitors. One visit is enough to never want a second one.

Coffee and desserts are fine, but the service is poor. Drinks are not brought, the dishes must be cleaned themselves to the place where there is a bunch of boxes, and there is no sign of self-service anywhere. The barista girl is as unfriendly as possible. The question arose, do they wipe the tables after the visitors?
It would be very good to at least teach baristas to communicate with customers, polite words and respect for other people. There are no questions for a girl with dark hair.

The desire to order something and come back to the institution has disappeared.
