The most comfortable place in the city. The coffee is top notch. The main star is desserts. Be sure to try the Milk Girl cake with delicate cakes and light cream, refreshing cheesecake, crispy eclair with delicate cream. "Coffee Paradise" is a great place for lovers of coffee and sweets, I recommend it to everyone!

There is a wonderful interior inside. Hot chocolate is incredibly delicious. As well as cocoa, coffee and desserts in the assortment. The service is also very pleasant.
It is not very clear when the owner in a jacket from the street comes behind the counter to take something. At a minimum, it's not hygienic.

We have been traveling around Belarus for the third week now and have finally reached Polotsk. Immediately upon arrival, we noted that we would definitely stop by this cafe.
On the first day, everything was super and delicious! Since my husband has minor gastrointestinal problems, he asked me to cook oatmeal with 50% water and 50% regular milk, and the guys cooked it without any problems. Moreover, we were there twice that day, as there was an excursion all day and we ran to have a snack. For which I thank them very much.
But the next day, 5.04 a.m., there was another shift, and my husband ordered the same thing, but it was done with coke milk. He asked if it was accurate for him, since they ordered porridge with coconut milk after us, and they told him yes, it was yours. But he couldn't have coconut milk, so he asked for it to be redone. To which the young man (they didn't tell us his name) replied that they didn't have oatmeal with regular milk and that THEY HAD DONE US a FAVOR by COOKING 50-50. It was outrageous! He snapped and was rude to the whole hall. Although, without any complaints, we simply asked to redo it, since we ordered something completely different. If it couldn't be ordered, then they wouldn't have punched it, but simply explained that they didn't do that. They also defiantly returned 10 rubles to us. It wasn't about the money. It was about the particular customer and the opportunity for him to eat. You either have to go to a meeting or politely clarify the points. And learn to communicate with the client, otherwise we had to explain how to communicate with the client.
Of course, I won't underestimate it too much, but it's still a pleasant place when another shift is working. And they have delicious coffee and you can have a delicious breakfast. It's a pity that there's only one such place. And it's a pity that you ruined the impression.

A wonderful cafe!
I've tried cocoa waffles and sea buckthorn tea with cheesecakes here. Just the thing for a snack!
I was passing through Polotsk, and it turned out to be important for me that I could relax here-I could wait on a soft sofa, that there was a bathroom and Wi-Fi.

My favorite cafe in Polotsk. Pleasant and attentive staff. A cozy atmosphere. Delicious coffee. A large selection of desserts, as well as dishes for breakfast and brunch. A beautiful pitch. A great place for meetings, cozy gatherings and work with a cup of coffee.

Minuses. Guys, for Minsk prices, I'm waiting for Minsk service. Come sometime and go to any coffee shop in the capital, not necessarily in the center: they will immediately greet you, smile, and offer you something from the menu. I didn't see a shadow of goodwill from the staff here, I had to say Hello, please, thank you loudly - everything remained unanswered. Stone faces. Work on the service.

Disadvantages: the establishment opens very late for a coffee shop (at 9.30), it is very inconvenient with a large number of visitors. The establishment clearly lacks a waiter or a change in the concept of ordering and serving dishes. People just crowd around the bar, interfering with those who are already sitting at the tables, there is not enough space. Serving dishes when ready, you have to run after every dish and every cup. There is no summer porch. The pastries are delicious, but standard, without originality. The coffee is ordinary.

A great coffee shop.
The coffee is soft and delicate. My advice is to try a spicy tea latte, it will offer different flavors.
As well as a huge selection of teas, original drinks.
The desserts are great, fresh. My compliments for the mascarpone eclair. Gentle soft, moderately sweet.
The design is gentle and restrained, the decorations for the upcoming holidays are present. Closer to Christmas, there was a magnificent Christmas tree.
I'm always glad to stop by. It's worth the money.

The coffee shop is good, the interior is pleasant. On the day off, 4 girls worked, the service was polite and fast enough, there were a lot of visitors. The coffee is delicious, milkshakes are also prepared not with syrups, but with berries, for this a big like! There are various desserts, everything is fresh, delicious. A small menu consisting of cheesecakes, pancakes, waffles. I will definitely try to take something from the food, I think that will not disappoint either. The coffee shop is definitely not inferior to Minsk, it's nice to come in, coming to your childhood city.

The cafe is cozy, but there are disadvantages. When we arrived, there weren't very many people, but the wait was an hour, they said that only 1 cook was working. The cook cooks very well! We had breakfast here with an omelet with ham, pancakes and cheesecakes. Cocoa is not brewed from a ready-made mixture with sugar, as in many places, if desired, it can be made without sugar. I enjoyed tasting ginger tea, which was served in a crystal glass with cinnamon and cloves. I liked everything very much. Beautiful serving, interesting dishes.
The interior has a rope swing, cozy sofas and armchairs. Thank you for a cozy morning in this cafe!

This cafe has only fives! Delicious, fast, reasonable prices! It opens at 9.30, so you can have a delicious breakfast! I took an omelet with vegetables there - a fresh and hearty dish! I also took porridge with coconut milk - it was delicious . The coffee is excellent, the desserts are normal. Potato (cake), turned out to be "strange"

Great cafe! We spent 2 days in Polotsk (04/17.24 and 05/18.24), both times we went to this place for breakfast. The portions are of good size, you can eat with one dish. A large selection of drinks. The food, tea and coffee are all very tasty. I especially recommend trying sea buckthorn tea and a waffle with pesto sauce and fish.

I accidentally went to them a couple of months ago and saw a new coffee grinder and decided to take a chance on getting coffee again and lo and behold! It was very tasty! Now I go to them more often. The coffee is delicious, the kitchen is also very good for the guys, the desserts are not bad
