I placed an order in mid-April, on April 30 the order was prepared for shipment and even sent according to information from the website.
After 3 weeks, I found that the status did not change and the product was still listed in the shipment, after clarification, the status changed to "paperwork".
The status has been unchanged for a month and a half. The support service does not indicate any delivery dates, the answer is "difficulties at customs, we do not know the deadlines."
There were no apologies for the situation and attempts to resolve the issue at any time during all the appeals.
Unfortunately, the money has been spent, there is no product and it is unclear whether it will be.
We sent the parcel to the address of the parcel, the address is correct. The status is delivered, they claim that they did not receive it. They can't contact the carrier, they say that I have to deal with it myself. Naturally, if I could figure it out myself, I wouldn't order this service.
