A disgruntled employee came out and asked a question about what they had come for. When I heard that it was necessary to seal the tire, I said come tomorrow, I need to hand over the cash register, wash, change clothes, although the tire service works until 20:00, and even the handyman himself works there for 15 minutes at most. To my indignation that the ticket office surrenders after the closure of the service, he rudely replied, but when I wash and change clothes... I realized that it was useless to argue with him and called the tire repair director. To my surprise, it turned out to be a very pleasant person who apologized many times and said that it would not leave unpunished in the flesh until the dismissal of this employee (I hope these are not all words) and offered to come the next day and do the work for free. After such a boorish attitude, there was no desire to go to them, despite the fact that it was free. After talking with the director, I did not contact higher authorities so as not to cause problems to a person because of the employee who works there.
P.S The tire store itself is not bad and their prices are the lowest in the city, I have repeatedly bought rubber from them, but this is the first time I have encountered such a boorish attitude towards a customer at a tire repair shop!

The fact is that I have long been used to the convenience of shopping and searching for what I need via the Internet (saves time and gasoline on unnecessary searches and trips). In the fall of 2018, when searching for new tires for cars for the winter, a website came across on the Internet R13.by (in Grodno). I called and discussed what I was looking for. I was advised of the options. I ordered it. They brought them to the store at the Yuzhny market, and they also have their own tire service there (and more than one – there are also points around the city). I liked everything: the possibility of paying by card (plus the possibility of paying in installments is available), the price of tires is not more expensive than that of competitors (it was even slightly lower), the expectation of an order from a warehouse from Minsk was a couple of days, when buying, they issued a warranty for tires for 2 years, as the tire service cost the buyer a discount from the standard price plus the installation warranty, as a bonus, they also provided free packages for the removed tires. When I went to the tire store, I used the service of booking time for tire service so as not to wait in line (because it was the season and the emergency). The guys turned out to be nimble at the tire repair, they did everything quickly and efficiently (by the way, replacing unusable old nipples also turned out to be free). I drove off for the winter on tires recommended by the store's consultant and was satisfied "like an elephant"! Winter SAVA Eskimo S3+ 155/65 R14 tires, cost 75 rubles per piece, not noisy (F / C / 67dB - according to the Euro label), keep the road perfectly, row the "porridge" wonderfully, liked the tread pattern (many installation options), the tread is abrasion resistant, but at the same time soft for grip on the road. Later I learned that these tires were a hit for more than one season (price - quality) and the SAVA brand is a "daughter" of the Goodyear concern.
When the question of replacing old summer tires arose in March 2021, I naturally decided to use this service. The guys were on top once again! Before contacting them, I monitored prices on the Internet, options for the desired size, read reviews and tests of summer tire brands, decided on a budget and…
I was pleasantly surprised once again! The prices are better again, all the "buns" are the same as the first time.
I called – they didn't answer right away. I wrote a message on Viber with options for interesting brands and sizes of tires, unsubscribed that a large influx of customers, as soon as they are free, will definitely contact. By the evening, I got a call back, discussed (as it turned out, I communicated personally with director Alexander), of the 2 options I discussed for the size of 155/65 R14 tires (of all parameters, price, braking quality, etc., including looking for non-noisy tires): Kormoran Road - 77 rubles per piece (S / S / 68dB - Euro label) and Nokian Hakka Green 3 - 83 rubles per piece (B / A / 67dB - Euro label), advised the best option of the 2 I discussed. There was no information on Nokian tires on the website and in stock, but in a conversation the director recommended them to me and informed me that they had already been reserved in a warehouse in Minsk at the time of my daytime sms on Viber (the last 4 pcs were in stock). Also, I also discussed the issue of disk options for cars – the director sent photo and price options to Viber in the evening at 22.00, warning in advance that he also accompanied a couple of clients by phone and was in great demand (which I was pleasantly surprised that the director himself is engaged in accompanying and advising clients, including late).
I decided to order only tires (I haven't figured out which ones I want from the many options yet - I decided to think again).
The tires were delivered from Minsk quite quickly - after 2 days (I was warned about this in advance at the time of ordering, and I was in no hurry). The tire release date is February 2021. I have not changed the tires for winter to summer yet, because it's too early, but I will definitely use the same service (especially since there is a discount on installation and a warranty is provided). I was satisfied with my attitude and approach once again! I am grateful and wish the team R13.by prosperity!!!

I'll tell you my opinion… I always try to contact the representatives of the site if they do not respond to me within an hour. Dissatisfied people can be found in any business, especially if they have never been in business themselves. When you open your own business, then ... you will see a lot differently and maybe you will begin to treat some force majeure situations with understanding.
