A terrible splint.
I tell you briefly: I drove into the territory, parked nearby, went to check if it was possible to check the tire pressure. To which an employee flew out (he is alone there) and with a loud tone asks: "Why did you come here?!"
I say to check the pressure in the wheels.
He's like: I won't give you a compressor, it's mine! I said that there was no problem and that I would appreciate it if you checked the pressure yourself.
After checking all 4 wheels. I got up like this: let's go to the payment…
Paying for what?! Pressure checks?!
You need to be a more customer-oriented company. There is no desire to come here during the season to change shoes.
A wheel started to come down on the Volkswagen LT. I applied half an hour before closing time with a request to fix the leak. The master disassembled the wheel, examined it, said that he did not give a guarantee for repair, there might be an internal stratification of the cord. I paid for the repairs, maybe I'll get lucky. In the morning, the wheel is flat. I came to the tire shop, it is next to the house, explained what they did yesterday, but they did not give guarantees... The young specialist decided to give the wheel a second chance. As a result, after the complete assembly, it did not work out. I had to change the wheelset on the rear axle. In general, the final cost of the work pleased me, they took into account the guarantee, although they warned me and made a discount.... He left in a good mood
It totally sucks. I will never go to them again. A mustachioed worker is talking nonsense. The amount is not complex for the re-cleaning of wheels, as in all tire installations, but is also considered separately for weights, as it was 10-15 years ago. There are no tire bags.
