The delivery is organized normally, probably because they do not do it themselves.
Communication with the client is mediocre at the consultation stage, and if there are any questions or much worse complaints after receipt, then at the other end of the occasion there is the usual dissatisfied boorishness.
To summarize, in such a competitive used spare parts market, in my opinion, some of the worst.
