It's a beautiful place. Very convenient booking via viber. Of course, it is difficult to get through on the phone. The kitchen is super, the pizza is one of the most delicious I've ever tasted - from the oven. Class. The tracks are good, the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly. And for inviting the bowling alley administrator to the customers.
It has already happened once that, having signed up for a month, we arrived and were unexpected. And here it is again. We signed up in 3 days .we arrived- all the tracks are occupied.
The administrator's reaction killed me completely: "Well, you wait a bit. Just 52 minutes." Seriously? Maybe spend the night waiting? No compensation was offered. Not even a free round of air hockey. Someone else's time is nonsense for this madam.

Let's start with the fact that for many years your institution has been the best for our company. We liked everything: the interior, the people working there, and, most importantly, the delicious and fresh food.
And when I decided to celebrate my birthday, we didn't even have any questions about choosing an institution.
But this time it was different.
It took us a long time to contact the administrator. She was not at her workplace (she was having lunch). The waiter took our phone number and promised that after lunch the receptionist would call us and tell us when we should arrive and place an order.
Of course, we didn't get a call back.
When the meeting took place, something went wrong.Many items on the menu were in the stack, but we were not told about it.There were also questions about the choice of dishes.In short, after the meeting there was an unpleasant aftertaste.
But the most unpleasant thing happened on 01/13/24, when hot food was served on the festive table. It was "smelly" (spoiled). There were no complaints about all the other dishes. We did not want to spoil the mood of ourselves and the guests even more, so we did not inflate the problem.
I really want the cafe management to pay attention to this problem.
You can ignore the administrator's inhospitality and indifference to customers, but stale products are UNACCEPTABLE.

Yesterday, 22.07.23, we celebrated the anniversary of my mother. The order was for 25 people. disgusting. About the cons: it's stuffy, the windows don't open, the air is blowing strongly, I had to run to the main hall all the time and ask to turn it on and off. We were served by 1 girl, can you imagine how long it takes when 1 person cuts a cake, pours tea and delivers it. I had to run around with the plates myself. The waiter came to us very rarely, they collected napkins themselves, shifted them from large plates to small ones. At first there was no ice at all, although the champagne was brought warm and they had to put the ice right away. The most disgusting surprise was waiting at the end. My account has grown from 1,729 rubles to 1,798 rubles. (I ordered 6 bottles of mineral water of 0.5 liters each). To my question, how is that? They replied that their prices had risen!!! 20 .07.23 I called the administrator, added portions to the order and there was no question of any imitation, my price list remained the same. Moreover, upon arrival at the restaurant, no one said that something had become more expensive. And after 6 hours, when paying, it turned out that the bruschetta had increased in price. To my question, how is this even possible? It turned out that they can't tell everyone about the price increase. They have a lot of work to do. Disgusting!!!!! My mother did not want to spoil the anniversary, she paid off taking into account the rise in price. However, they allowed me to pay for 5 bruschetta instead of 6 servings. I don't recommend this place to anyone, the divorce is complete. According to the menu: there are no young potatoes, (in season) they are offered frozen, packaged. Salads are normal, the fish is delicious. Crash, ugh to be like that!!! By the way, you can't leave a review on the site and the menu is not relevant. We will never come to you again!!!

Our company was 50+, but we had to listen to some remixes, to which,, young people are coming off.We understand that these are young people and there were quite a few of them, but our age could also be taken into account.The DJ did not react to our request to alternate different music in any way.In general, they went home earlier, without mood, without emotions, without impressions.We made our conclusion and decided never to visit this institution again.Sorry for the money and time spent.We wrote our review in the book of comments and suggestions, but we think it won't change anything, because who will read it there.That's why I'm writing here to let everyone know.By the way, the book of comments and suggestions for 2018, which is not correct according to the legislation.It should change every year, be numbered, remove the signature and seal, which was not the case.Another deception of this institution.We do not recommend anyone who is 50+ to go there!!!

The cook is excellent, everything is delicious, especially grilled meat and fish. Pizza is also delicious, but if it happens to burn (who doesn't?), it's better to redo it.

We celebrated the anniversary.
The order was for 17:00.
We arrived at 16:45 to make sure everything was in order.
As a result, the table was not set yet, I had to arrange alcohol all over the table on my own.
The birthday boy was scheduled to meet with a cake that was ordered from them, but they could not find it. They asked to do this as quickly as possible, because the birthday boy was already driving up to the restaurant, the reaction from the staff was to say that it was slow - to say nothing until other guests began to resent in raised tones that why there was no cake?!
After the meeting there was a photo shoot with the guests, which took some time. As a result, when everyone had already sat down at the table (it was already 17:20..25 minutes), we were just delivering the portion salads that were indicated in the order at 17:00!!
Speaking of salads!
We visit this place all the time and are well acquainted with the cuisine! We celebrated weddings, birthdays, anniversaries there, and just liked to relax and play bowling on weekends.
We ordered the Caesar salad with shrimp, which had been taken more than once before, but the portion this evening, which was much smaller, surprised not only us, but also the guests present!! I was very ashamed of such a treat in front of the guests, who asked what kind of small portion of salad it was?! Sorry, but for 14 rubles. You could at least put more lettuce leaves, not to mention other ingredients.
The hot stuff, especially the side dish (in our case it was baked potatoes), was also not pleased with its size. It would seem, but there are already enough potatoes in Belarus))
Snacks have also changed for the worse. For example, there is many times more pita bread in rolls with fish, compared to earlier orders.
The table was not cleaned in almost any way, there was a change of dishes when serving hot and that's it. We had to collect empty bottles of drinks ourselves, clean plates, dirty napkins. At the same time, the staff was approached and asked to pick up dirty and empty dishes, remove garbage from the table - zero reaction!
Moreover, there was no full load in the restaurant, but the staff practically did not come to us (they rented a small hall)!
There was no ice to interrogate, the guests went out to the bar every time and brought ice on their own!!
And this is just part of the unpleasant moments of this evening!
It's a shame and very unpleasant that you stop your choice not for the first time at this institution and were so disappointed!
You will give a lot of money, is it really difficult to make delicious and high-quality, and of course, the staff would like a different service, especially when the institution is trying to position itself at a fairly high level and the prices are also not small! Then you need to be able to match the stated.
