A wonderful hotel (for the center of Tokyo, of course), rooms of 10 sq.m. That's a lot. Clear.
It's very stuffy in the morning.
If the room faces the square, then announcements from Otsuka station are constantly ringing and trains are heard.
A huge plus is the restaurant on the ground floor, which has European cuisine.

Comfortable, clean, very large and inexpensive rooms. Close to Otsuka station. There's a nice restaurant nearby. There is no food in the hotel itself.
