As a result, they were taken away with broken mechanics: at the first use after repair, the button began to fly out and extraneous noise appeared in the combine.

I refused to repair and from 19.07. they have been promising to deliver a washing machine for 6 days. Breakfast is served every day. They don't keep their promises. Boorish attitude towards his clients. I do not advise anyone to contact this organization if you want to keep your nervous system in order.
I gave the microwave to repair. Which is the wire. The control module was replaced. I doubt it was necessary, but the wire is no longer short. Now the microwave is singing like a cricket. I'll take them to them again. And they also damaged the case (it looks like they dropped something) in compensation, reduced the repair price.
