Rabbit's Cafe stands out primarily for its conceptuality and excellent service. The detailing and elaboration of the interior leave a wonderful impression. The waiters are polite and unobtrusive, good cuisine. Those small disadvantages in the bar (which will be discussed later) are fully compensated by the ideal service. Returning to the cons: sometimes not the freshest desserts, and tea that already has sugar or syrup by default, although the second is probably still a matter of taste. In general, a very interesting, pleasant and delicious institution that undoubtedly deserves your attention, thank you.

I always give you a chance, and, unfortunately, after a fairly long time nothing has changed: the work of the staff is disgusting (or rather, the waiters do not know the menu, 23 minutes have passed from the moment they received the menu to accepting the order).!!!

I really love this place, it's cozy, atmospheric and delicious here (although I would like to increase the portion size according to the price, in particular, the green bowl seemed very modest), the baristas brew excellent coffee (special thanks for the espresso tonic, I took a sample in Kostanay Plaza and it was just disgusting), cool interior and pleasant the color scheme. I would like to recommend that you somehow weaken the pressure of the faucets, because of the unexpected opening in the toilet it is always wet and there is a risk of getting wet yourself, it is also not very convenient to take paper towels from an unfixed holder. The laminated menu in its current form reduces the cost of the institution, a menu made of thick paper with a simple design would look more statuesque and advantageous. I wish one of the best places in the city development and prosperity, it is clear that the cafe has invested a lot of soul and strength! ☺️

Food is often not salted enough, while the salt shaker, like the pepper shaker, must be asked separately, and shaking the salt out of it is a separate task. Why two stars?
-1 star for the waiter working with us in a frankly dirty T-shirt
-1 star for misinformation of the menu and incorrect serving: we ordered a coffee filter (which we constantly order in different establishments and know how it is served), the volume of 300 ml is indicated on the menu — they brought us a porcelain cup of coffee with sugar maximum 200 ml. Who knows what a coffee filter is in life will not serve it with sugar, and in such a dish.
-1 star for the behavior of the waiter in response to our request to bring 300 ml as stated. The girl replied that it was a typo and that they always had 200. The menu was pretty grubby and we were clearly not the first to not be topped up with the promised coffee. After a while, we called the waitress again to see if they would bring us coffee. To which she said that the administrator was solving OUR problem. By the way, the receptionist saw our waitress and apparently allows his waiters to walk around the hall in dirty clothes. As a result, coffee was brought to us in the right dishes and the right amount, but we did not hear any apologies, as if it was still our fault that they tried to deceive us
The food is ordinary, did not cause any excitement, especially considering the price.
