Make it possible to leave feedback about the employer so that you can report such deceptions, as this is already becoming commonplace for the employer.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the responses to a vacancy with an empty resume, without photos and any data. 90% of applicants respond to a vacancy without their data. Only the last name and first name are visible. Sometimes age.
It is not clear why the employer is required to fill in all the boxes, requirements and conditions, but there are no applicants with empty forms.
There is no desire and no time to find out how many years and what kind of experience.
I understand that it is the responsibility of each person to fill out their profile. But their responses don't make sense. But they are most likely taken into account in your statistics.
Some people in general simply do not respond to messages.
I give money for posting a job, fill it with all the data, and try to respond quickly. And empty questionnaires without photos and any data respond to me.
If the management of Bai's work obliged them to fill out their resume, then there would be more happy employers. And satisfied applicants too.

1. AI incorrectly evaluates the relevance of a resume. The Laravel + 1C SOAP experience is rated as 60% 1C Bitrix and 0% Laravel. The previous job starts at FIre, so their algorithm shows developers at Firebase as relevant.
2. Employers invite and then negotiate in other chat rooms and leave feedback hanging. You cannot send a rejection to the employer, instead a message is sent and the response is deleted. The employer can make the last three-letter message and send a refusal after your refusal so as not to spoil the statistics for themselves.
