The hotel earns its three stars. The rooms are shabby, but everything is bearable. I was pleasantly surprised by the bedding: a mattress, a blanket, pillows at the highest level!!! The view of the park is gorgeous. Russian Russians are not at the reception, there was one girl who spoke a little Russian, but not willingly. The transport interchange is excellent. The food is monotonous, but you can choose for sure.

I recommend the hotel, it's very good. There is a Russian-speaking employee, but she is not always at the reception. We checked in as soon as we arrived at 13:30. I paid the tour tax in dirhams, I bought it in advance in Moscow. For 5 nights ~77 UAH. There are exchangers in shopping malls, I haven't seen them nearby, but maybe there are too. You can exchange large sums of money at the reception. (The remaining dirhams can then be spent in dutifrey).
The room is nice, it's comfortable to sleep in. Our socket fits, even though there are three holes, there is a USB connector, you can charge your phone directly. There is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, one Russian channel on channel 33, not the best. When checking out at 12, the rest of the time you can use the pools, shower, there is a room with sofas and a coffee machine and a toilet on the 2nd floor.
In winter, the room is a little cool in the evenings, you can ask for a blanket by pressing 0.
The hotel is divided into the western and eastern towers, the transition between them is on the second floor, when entering the elevator you need to attach a key card above the buttons of the floors. You can enter the desired tower directly from the street.

(Uber doesn't work, you can call Yandex and pay with a Russian card in the app, but it's only business class, it's beneficial during rush hour, I haven't tried other applications). Kite beach is equipped with everything you need for free, on jbr, for example, a shower is paid and everything around is quite expensive, and along Kite Beach there are many places to eat for any budget and the beach itself is super. Sun beds are expensive, many sunbathe on something of their own.
Visit the famous Eye of Dubai (Ain Ferris wheel), go nearby (taxi is about 20 UAH), it costs about 300 UAH to ride for two, there are also plenty of restaurants, souvenirs, free toilets around. There is a McDuck, I liked cafe Frank, where you can drink beer, pizza, burgers, etc., there is a Russian-speaking waiter. There is a pedestrian bridge between the wheel and the JBR beach.

We stayed at this hotel in March. The hotel is very good, price-quality. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, but one (on the 2nd floor) did not work for some reason. The second pool is nice, deep, clean, towels are provided. The only bad thing was that the bar next to him wasn't working. Of the advantages, of course, the location: bus (8 went by Kite), tram (3 stops and you're on the Marina), metro - Red line -all within walking distance (7-10 minutes). The monorail to Palma is 10-15 minutes away. There is a sitting area on the second floor, there is a microwave and a coffee machine (but for some reason it did not work). The four-bed rooms, of course, were not very freshly furnished, but the mattresses on our beds were as new and comfortable, the blankets were airy, and we slept like babies. For those who like to hang out, 3 beech claba is within walking distance. Personally, I really liked the hotel, however, like Dubai, I recommend the hotel.

During these New Year's holidays, the prices there were so biting that I considered a hotel in the Media City area and did not regret it. The location is great - it takes 5 minutes to walk to the tram stop (the fare is 3 degrees one way), after three stops you are in the beach area, and 7 minutes to walk along the American University to the subway. There were a lot of people in the Marina this year, and believe me, it's much more pleasant to live in a peaceful place than in a crowd of tourists from all over the world. There is a wonderful park near the hotel, a lake and even parrots live on palm trees. There are two tram stops to Palma and you change to the monorail. The area is green and houses offices of world-renowned companies. For a non-hot stay in the UAE, the hotel is 100% suitable, but if the purpose of the trip is a beach holiday, definitely NOT. Tk it takes n - amount of time to get to all the beaches. Now about the hotel itself. The hotel charges a tourist fee, keep this in mind, immediately upon registration. The rooms are spacious, clean, the cleaning is at the proper level, all accessories are present in the bathroom, you do not need to bring anything with you. A bathrobe and slippers are provided on request. The window opens in the room, this is super important out of season, it is not necessary to turn on the air conditioner, but an influx of fresh air is necessary. Usually, the windows in hotels don't open. The hotel itself consists of two buildings with a transition from one to the other, there are two swimming pools on the 2nd and 8th floors. That's the problem with them. Is the water heated , as they say ? We complained that the water was cold, but it didn't lead to anything, we couldn't swim at all. Moreover, there is no sun on the 2nd floor near the pool, either, from the word at all, if it is very hot, then it is normal in the shade, but for January this year it is NOT very high from +23C. There was always sun near the pool on the 8th floor, but it only turned out to sunbathe. That was a big disadvantage, maybe you'll be lucky with the temperature of the pool water. Meals - I took only breakfast and New Year's Eve dinner. The breakfasts are varied: fruits, cheeses, sliced, dairy products, vegetables, juices, etc. a lot, in general, I was satisfied with the food. I was pleasantly surprised that Nargiza speaks Russian. It's just a blessing that the hotel has staff with knowledge of the Russian language. Thanks to Aboobacker for offering us some water and courteously escorting us to our room. In general, we were surrounded by care, attention and smiles at the hotel. I liked that there is an iron and ironing board in the room, not all hotels provide this. By the way, the sockets are all adapted to the Russian standard. And another plus is that the windows can be opened for ventilation, fresh air in the room. The hotel has a good location near the tram stop and metro. Dubai Marina and the Palm Jumeirah monorail are within walking distance. The hotel itself is located in an area where there is a lot of greenery, beautiful, birds are singing.

During breakfast, small queues accumulated in the elevators. In elevators, you need to attach a room card so that it starts moving.
The hotel has 2 pools - on the 2nd floor and on the 8th. Both are quite cold, although one has declared heating (it is there, but weak). A towel is provided in the pool area, where you can also ask for a sauna to be heated (it is heated only on request). The pools themselves are small, the one on the 8th floor is 1.8 meters deep. There are sun beds. There is a gym.
There is free WiFi throughout, and the connection was good.
Number (341). The room size is average, even rather small. View from the window of the American University. The furniture was tired, but not falling apart - everything was functioning. There is no balcony. The window opens for ventilation. There are blinds and sliding panels. There is no noise from the street. Sockets - half are suitable for Russian plugs, half are not. There are USB sockets, but they only work if you turn on the switch next to them. The water pressure is good, but the plumbing, in general, is tired - the drain button on the toilet bowl " stuck sometimes, the water from the shower " leaked.
The air conditioner did not respond to the remote control, which made the room very cold . I had to ask him to turn it off. The light in the room is warm, even yellow, dim. There is a kettle, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, TV, safe, a bunch of hangers. Coffee , several types of tea, and sugar are left every day after cleaning. Water is poured into a glass bottle, but not always. There were no complaints about the quality of cleaning. Slippers and a bathrobe are provided on request.
Breakfast items. Everything was delicious and varied enough. The cook prepares two types of eggs - an omelet and a glaze (there are always small queues for it), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, there are cuts of meat, fish, bacon, several types of nuts, all kinds of cereals and muesli, yoghurts for making granola. Pastries, waffles, pancakes, and a can of nutella that always runs out quickly. There is honey in the honeycomb. Slicing vegetables, cheeses, bread for the toaster. Hash Browns. There are several coffee machines. Fruits: watermelons 🍉 melon 🍈 , pineapple 🍍 , bananas 🍌 , pear 🍐 , apples 🍎 . Four types of juices plus smoothies and freshly squeezed juices (carrot and pineapple). The staff does not forbid taking fruits with them. Around 9:30 a.m., a queue builds up, and employees are allowed into the room as tables are cleared, of which there are not so many.
Location. Within walking distance of the metro , tram stop, monorail, Dubai Marina, Carrefour supermarket, pharmacies, McDonalds, restaurants on the waterfront.
The beach is very far away if you walk and even take into account the movement by tram.

I emphasize that the area where the hotel is located is more for business trips than for recreation. There are offices and business infrastructure around. You can't get to the beach on foot.
Neither add nor subtract. Do I recommend it? Based on the price, yes. The price tag is democratic. If you have a good budget, you can take a closer look ;)

The location is a bit not very good, but it's OK for walking, close to the metro and tram, the nearest free beach is 2 km away, you can take the tram, you can walk.
The hotel has a bar for those who want to sit with a beer/wine. If something is wrong, we call the reception, everything is quickly resolved.
