The hotel earns its three stars. The rooms are shabby, but everything is bearable. I was pleasantly surprised by the bedding: a mattress, a blanket, pillows at the highest level!!! The view of the park is gorgeous. Russian Russians are not at the reception, there was one girl who spoke a little Russian, but not willingly. The transport interchange is excellent. The food is monotonous, but you can choose for sure.
The hotel is generally normal. It's enough to travel for work. It's not the best choice for recreation.
The interior is not new, rather tired already. But the rooms are clean, cleaned every day.
The breakfasts are average. Not to say that there is a huge selection, but you will not stay hungry.
There are many compatriots.
The metro is a 7-minute walk away. A taxi is always at the entrance.
We liked it. The rooms are tired, of course, but generally normal. The location is excellent, the metro station is nearby. We took a taxi to the beach, and 40-50 dirhams to Kite Beach. The breakfasts are of the same type, but delicious, you can always choose something.
The hotel is like a hotel, everything you need is there. The area is quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the Dubai Marina area, 20-25 minutes. Al Khail metro station is 5-7 min walk away. The breakfast is excellent, the choice is large. There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception.
I really liked the combination of price and quality of services, cleaning every day, water in the glass every day, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, one of the main advantages is the location near the island of Palma and Marina, JBR beach, there is a swimming pool!
Good day! We had a rest in December 2024. I liked the hotel, it was cozy, well located, and the staff was polite. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Nargiza, for her responsiveness and attentiveness. There are also excellent breakfasts.
We stopped on March 1, 2025. Great location. It consists of 2 buildings. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The breakfasts are simple. There is a small pool on the top floor. The panorama of the city is simply excellent. Near the beach, Dubai Marina Moll, the Ain Dunai wheel, several liquor stores.
January 2025
I recommend the hotel, it's very good. There is a Russian-speaking employee, but she is not always at the reception. We checked in as soon as we arrived at 13:30. I paid the tour tax in dirhams, I bought it in advance in Moscow. For 5 nights ~77 UAH. There are exchangers in shopping malls, I haven't seen them nearby, but maybe there are too. You can exchange large sums of money at the reception. (The remaining dirhams can then be spent in dutifrey).
The room is nice, it's comfortable to sleep in. Our socket fits, even though there are three holes, there is a USB connector, you can charge your phone directly. There is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, one Russian channel on channel 33, not the best. When checking out at 12, the rest of the time you can use the pools, shower, there is a room with sofas and a coffee machine and a toilet on the 2nd floor.
In winter, the room is a little cool in the evenings, you can ask for a blanket by pressing 0.
The hotel is divided into the western and eastern towers, the transition between them is on the second floor, when entering the elevator you need to attach a key card above the buttons of the floors. You can enter the desired tower directly from the street.
meal.
When checking in, they give you a piece of paper where everything is written, the place and time. Breakfast, buffet, on the ground floor in the same building as the reception. Diverse and excellent. There are even fresh juices. Dinner (if you only have breakfast and dinner included, you can exchange for lunch, without warning, just come at lunch) on the ground floor in another building, in an Italian restaurant. According to the menu. It includes one salad, one hot dish and one dessert (try lemon cake). Drinks are tea, coffee, cola, fanta.
McDonald's is nearby, you need to leave the hotel, turn left, walk along the building, cross the road and enter the courtyard.
JBR Beach is nearby by taxi, but I recommend Kite Beach, which is 40-45 dirhams away by taxi.
You can catch a taxi right at the hotel, make sure that it is a taxi with a check, otherwise you will pay more, and so on the taximeter. (Uber doesn't work, you can call Yandex and pay with a Russian card in the app, but it's only business class, it's beneficial during rush hour, I haven't tried other applications). Kite beach is equipped with everything you need for free, on jbr, for example, a shower is paid and everything around is quite expensive, and along Kite Beach there are many places to eat for any budget and the beach itself is super. Sun beds are expensive, many sunbathe on something of their own.
Visit the famous Eye of Dubai (Ain Ferris wheel), go nearby (taxi is about 20 UAH), it costs about 300 UAH to ride for two, there are also plenty of restaurants, souvenirs, free toilets around. There is a McDuck, I liked cafe Frank, where you can drink beer, pizza, burgers, etc., there is a Russian-speaking waiter. There is a pedestrian bridge between the wheel and the JBR beach.
When you take a taxi to the hotel, say the name of the hotel and the name of the area, that is, Radisson blu, Media Sity. Taxis accept dirhams and dollars, I recommend using the local currency.
I wish you all a good rest!
Excellent location, great variety of breakfasts (as mentioned, there is always salmon), the Marina is close.
There are always places in the pools.
Not all Turkish "five" reach this "four")
I certainly recommend it!
I liked the hotel, we checked in ahead of schedule, the pool on the 2nd floor was not working just during our stay, we went to the pool on the 8th floor.
The breakfasts are great, there is a large selection of dishes, everything is very tasty. Very fresh and delicious cottage cheese, delicious bread, excellent cheese, coconut chips with nuts...
The bed is comfortable, the location is good, the metro and tram are nearby, Dubai Marina is within walking distance, there are many shops with food and basic necessities
The place is amazing, the hotel is not new, but the cozy staff is polite and friendly. There are two swimming pools and a gym.The restaurant is amazing, the breakfasts are insanely delicious 5 points the waiter Kaumini is very kind, helped us choose the dishes. From food from breakfast cereals to red fish . Porridges , sausages , muffins , croissants , freshly squeezed juices - natural honey in honeycombs is very unusual . A variety of fruits - papaya , apples , bananas , pineapples , watermelon , melon .
Awesome I liked everything. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff is polite and helps with everything. Many thanks to the Russian-speaking girl at the reception, who helped me solve personal issues.
The breakfasts are excellent, the room is always clean. A deposit is paid upon check-in. The pool is small, there is a park nearby.
It is perfectly located in terms of accessibility to the metro and tram. Very decent breakfasts and dinners (at the Certo restaurant). Special thanks to Nargise, who will always solve your questions!
It's not a bad hotel, it's strange that many people don't write very good reviews. The room is small, the pools are not large, clean and well cleaned. The breakfasts aren't bad for the money either. The only thing on the terrace is not to leave the food unattended, impudent crows steal food from the plates.
The hotel is not bad. Near the metro station, tram stop, near the monorail, Dubai Marina. The breakfasts are not varied, but you can find something to eat. The Marina Beach is 4 tram stops away. Do not believe that the beach is 950 meters away, it is the beach of another hotel.
We stayed at this hotel in March. The hotel is very good, price-quality. I was very pleased that we checked in immediately, we didn't have to wait for 3 p.m., and we arrived at 8 a.m. We were escorted to the room, the suitcases were carried, the breakfasts were good, there are fruits, a variety of pastries, freshly squeezed juices, even lightly salted red fish. Eggs are fried in any form, as you ask, even an icing, even an omelet with any addition, pepper, onion, cheese to choose from. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, but one (on the 2nd floor) did not work for some reason. The second pool is nice, deep, clean, towels are provided. The only bad thing was that the bar next to him wasn't working. Of the advantages, of course, the location: bus (8 went by Kite), tram (3 stops and you're on the Marina), metro - Red line -all within walking distance (7-10 minutes). The monorail to Palma is 10-15 minutes away. There is a sitting area on the second floor, there is a microwave and a coffee machine (but for some reason it did not work). The four-bed rooms, of course, were not very freshly furnished, but the mattresses on our beds were as new and comfortable, the blankets were airy, and we slept like babies. For those who like to hang out, 3 beech claba is within walking distance. Personally, I really liked the hotel, however, like Dubai, I recommend the hotel.
Good day to everyone. Let's start the story about the hotel. A little background . Until this year, I stayed in hotels that were located in Dubai Marina itself. I like this neighborhood. During these New Year's holidays, the prices there were so biting that I considered a hotel in the Media City area and did not regret it. The location is great - it takes 5 minutes to walk to the tram stop (the fare is 3 degrees one way), after three stops you are in the beach area, and 7 minutes to walk along the American University to the subway. There were a lot of people in the Marina this year, and believe me, it's much more pleasant to live in a peaceful place than in a crowd of tourists from all over the world. There is a wonderful park near the hotel, a lake and even parrots live on palm trees. There are two tram stops to Palma and you change to the monorail. The area is green and houses offices of world-renowned companies. For a non-hot stay in the UAE, the hotel is 100% suitable, but if the purpose of the trip is a beach holiday, definitely NOT. Tk it takes n - amount of time to get to all the beaches. Now about the hotel itself. The hotel charges a tourist fee, keep this in mind, immediately upon registration. The rooms are spacious, clean, the cleaning is at the proper level, all accessories are present in the bathroom, you do not need to bring anything with you. A bathrobe and slippers are provided on request. The window opens in the room, this is super important out of season, it is not necessary to turn on the air conditioner, but an influx of fresh air is necessary. Usually, the windows in hotels don't open. The hotel itself consists of two buildings with a transition from one to the other, there are two swimming pools on the 2nd and 8th floors. That's the problem with them. Is the water heated , as they say ? We complained that the water was cold, but it didn't lead to anything, we couldn't swim at all. Moreover, there is no sun on the 2nd floor near the pool, either, from the word at all, if it is very hot, then it is normal in the shade, but for January this year it is NOT very high from +23C. There was always sun near the pool on the 8th floor, but it only turned out to sunbathe. That was a big disadvantage, maybe you'll be lucky with the temperature of the pool water. Meals - I took only breakfast and New Year's Eve dinner. The breakfasts are varied: fruits, cheeses, sliced, dairy products, vegetables, juices, etc. a lot, in general, I was satisfied with the food. I recommend the hotel, but consider the disadvantages. Have a good rest in it.
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel. Many thanks to Nargiza, she was the first one who met us at the reception and told us everything in detail. I was pleasantly surprised that Nargiza speaks Russian. It's just a blessing that the hotel has staff with knowledge of the Russian language. Thanks to Aboobacker for offering us some water and courteously escorting us to our room. In general, we were surrounded by care, attention and smiles at the hotel. I liked that there is an iron and ironing board in the room, not all hotels provide this. By the way, the sockets are all adapted to the Russian standard. And another plus is that the windows can be opened for ventilation, fresh air in the room. The hotel has a good location near the tram stop and metro. Dubai Marina and the Palm Jumeirah monorail are within walking distance. The hotel itself is located in an area where there is a lot of greenery, beautiful, birds are singing.
I liked everything, the breakfasts, the cleaning, the staff is very polite and friendly. The girl at the reception is Russian-speaking, we are very grateful to her for everything. Within walking distance of metro, tram, bus.
At first, the hotel seemed a little "tired" in terms of furniture and repairs. But then I stopped paying attention to it, because a very comfortable bed, tea, coffee, daily water, daily cleaning made my vacation comfortable. The large bathroom, slippers, and bathrobes were all present. There is no balcony in the room, but there are floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel has two small outdoor pools, one on the 8th floor and the other on the 2nd floor. The hotel has two buildings connected by a passage. Excellent breakfasts, varied, always a good choice of dishes, fruits, fish. Dinner or lunch should be noted separately, if it is included in the price, it is an order in an Italian restaurant according to the menu system. The hotel is located in a quiet area where the offices of media giants are located. There is a tram stop nearby and a metro station a little further away. You can walk to the Marina. I was very pleased with the price of accommodation with meals. Good value for money. It is a good option for recreation, the hotel's loyalty system works.
The hotel is wonderful, located in a very convenient location, transport is nearby. The price is great for the hotel. I would like to express my special gratitude to the charming girl Nargiza at the reception, who allowed us to have a snack, since we are leaving without having time to have breakfast. And she promptly checked us into the room ahead of time. Since we were very tired from the road, we were extremely happy. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in any matter. The room is very spacious, the renovation is good, there are all conditions for living. There is a magnificent view of the Dubai high-rise. The breakfasts have a large assortment of delicious food, lots of fruits, and there is a red fish.
🇦🇪 UAE
, Hotel: Radisson Blu Hotel Media City
It is located in the Media City district, the center of global media corporations.
The check-in was quick. They are officially settled from 14:00, but settled at 12:00 without any additional charges. The tourist tax was 1.5 dirhams per day. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, all employees speak English. The deposit was not requested. The staff made only a positive impression throughout their stay at the hotel. Transfer information is placed under the door in an envelope.
The territory of the hotel. The hotel has 2 buildings connected by an above-ground passage on the second floor. Breakfast and reception are located in the east tower, and my room was in the west (I had to look for it myself, the staff did not accompany me to the room). Each time I had to make a "transfer": take the elevator down to the 2nd floor, then move to another building and take the elevator down to the 1st floor again. During breakfast, small queues accumulated in the elevators. In elevators, you need to attach a room card so that it starts moving.
The hotel has 2 pools - on the 2nd floor and on the 8th. Both are quite cold, although one has declared heating (it is there, but weak). A towel is provided in the pool area, where you can also ask for a sauna to be heated (it is heated only on request). The pools themselves are small, the one on the 8th floor is 1.8 meters deep. There are sun beds. There is a gym.
There is free WiFi throughout, and the connection was good.
Number (341). The room size is average, even rather small. View from the window of the American University. The furniture was tired, but not falling apart - everything was functioning. There is no balcony. The window opens for ventilation. There are blinds and sliding panels. There is no noise from the street. Sockets - half are suitable for Russian plugs, half are not. There are USB sockets, but they only work if you turn on the switch next to them. The water pressure is good, but the plumbing, in general, is tired - the drain button on the toilet bowl " stuck sometimes, the water from the shower " leaked.
The air conditioner did not respond to the remote control, which made the room very cold . I had to ask him to turn it off. The light in the room is warm, even yellow, dim. There is a kettle, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, TV, safe, a bunch of hangers. Coffee , several types of tea, and sugar are left every day after cleaning. Water is poured into a glass bottle, but not always. There were no complaints about the quality of cleaning. Slippers and a bathrobe are provided on request.
Breakfast items. Everything was delicious and varied enough. The cook prepares two types of eggs - an omelet and a glaze (there are always small queues for it), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, there are cuts of meat, fish, bacon, several types of nuts, all kinds of cereals and muesli, yoghurts for making granola. Pastries, waffles, pancakes, and a can of nutella that always runs out quickly. There is honey in the honeycomb. Slicing vegetables, cheeses, bread for the toaster. Hash Browns. There are several coffee machines. Fruits: watermelons 🍉 melon 🍈 , pineapple 🍍 , bananas 🍌 , pear 🍐 , apples 🍎 . Four types of juices plus smoothies and freshly squeezed juices (carrot and pineapple). The staff does not forbid taking fruits with them. Around 9:30 a.m., a queue builds up, and employees are allowed into the room as tables are cleared, of which there are not so many.
Location. Within walking distance of the metro , tram stop, monorail, Dubai Marina, Carrefour supermarket, pharmacies, McDonalds, restaurants on the waterfront.
The beach is very far away if you walk and even take into account the movement by tram.
The nearest shopping mall is Dubai Marina Mall. It has a zero-level currency exchange and supermarket.
It's a pretty decent hotel for your money, the furniture, as many write in the reviews, is really a little tired, but for me it doesn't matter. there are two swimming pools (on the 8th floor and on the 2nd (as I understand it, it's more for children, but you can also sunbathe), the breakfasts are delicious (except for coffee) and not varied (on the 10th day of your stay, you're already tired of coffee), you can take fruit with you to the room, I even took croissants. By 9 a.m., there may be a queue for breakfast at the entrance. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor where you can buy desserts, salads and coffee, quite decent and not over-priced. It takes 20 minutes to get to JBR beach (on your own + tram), 15 minutes on foot to the metro.
The hotel is not new, and it can be seen that it is from an era 20 years ago. When you didn't pay attention to plumbing, tiles, furniture, windows, etc.
But, now, all this is already sad and requires a little repair. Same-style breakfasts are fine, but it could have been better.
You don't pay attention to all this when you come to Dubai at the very beginning of March for something else entirely - to go to the beach, sunbathe, plunge into the sea, feel the warm breeze, see the local sights, walk along the evening, clean and illuminated streets, that is, to take a little break from our limp and uncomfortable native early spring. According to the hotel, it's more likely 4-, but 4+ will be when the windows are washed, when there will be at least hotel shampoo in the bathroom (I didn't take it on purpose, I hoped), newer furniture (I'm already tired). The staff is fine, the guys are not local, they are trying).
A wonderful hotel! It is located within walking distance from the ZHBR beach, Marina Mall and Palm Jumeirah! The breakfasts are on top, there is a restaurant, a gym and a spa!I didn't find any disadvantages!I recommend it to everyone!
We arrived in Dubai for the first time. We wanted to see as many locations as possible. The Radisson was chosen based on the location and breakfasts😅
I liked everything, it was clean and tidy, although the hotel is a bit old. The hotel hosted many different business conferences. The breakfasts are excellent, the most important thing is to go on an adventure after them👍
The hotels have pleasant smells, two swimming pools, restaurant, lobby, convenient location. There is a Russian-speaking girl Zhanna, a separate hello, she helped a lot. 👍
The hotel is very nice, the rooms are in good condition. There is an iron and a board. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower room. The food is delicious. Hot drinks for breakfast only. It's a 40-minute walk to the sea. There is a tram stop and metro station almost nearby. The impression is positive.
A good four-star hotel. Breakfast is included. There are two pools. Nice staff. The food is delicious. There is a smoking area. There are verandas. And the rooms themselves are not bad. I liked.
Nice hotel, for its price. Convenient location, close to metro, bus and tram stops. You can get to any place without any problems if you purchase a travel card. It applies to all types of transport.
Good hotel, excellent service and cleaning service. I love the Radisson chain for its high standards of quality and comfort.
The hotel is conveniently located, with metro and tram nearby.
Excellent hotel, good location, near the tram stop you can get to JBR beach, Dubai marina can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Nearby are macs, starbucks, supermarkets. The breakfasts are always very tasty, although there is not much choice. The renovation in the room is not the first freshness, but most importantly everything is clean.
Very nice hotel!
Good location , the metro is a 5-minute walk away, the tram is a 3-minute walk away, the Marina is a maximum of 15 minutes on foot!
The breakfasts are great!
The staff is excellent!🤩
Convenient location of the hotel, near metro, bus, tram stops. Cozy, not a big room, it was cramped for two))) the air conditioner was always working, it didn't turn off, not during the day, not at night. The room was cleaned daily, gel/ shampoo, for some reason was not delivered, I had to beg, the breakfasts were excellent. Overall, it's not bad.
The hotel is cool, it supports cleaning, safety and sterility very well, high-quality room cleaning is carried out every day, in addition, delicious breakfasts. I recommend it!
A 4-star hotel, but no frills. Excellent location-10 min walk to the beginning of the Marina. The rooms are tired, the beds are comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Just a good hotel — and nothing more. Solid 4 stars deserves. The buffet breakfasts are varied and delicious, the lunches and dinners at the Cesto restaurant are excellent.
2 swimming pools on the 2nd and 8th floors for four. Not impressed.
I emphasize that the area where the hotel is located is more for business trips than for recreation. There are offices and business infrastructure around. You can't get to the beach on foot.
Neither add nor subtract. Do I recommend it? Based on the price, yes. The price tag is democratic. If you have a good budget, you can take a closer look ;)
The service is good, there is everything you need. Separately, I will note the chic breakfasts, dinners with lunches in the Italian restaurant a la carte, delicious, but not enough.
The location is a bit not very good, but it's OK for walking, close to the metro and tram, the nearest free beach is 2 km away, you can take the tram, you can walk.
The hotel has a bar for those who want to sit with a beer/wine. If something is wrong, we call the reception, everything is quickly resolved.
Of the cons: the hammam in the women's locker room in the gym could not be started properly, although I even asked the technician to see what was wrong.
Everything was fine. Great hotel. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. The breakfasts are varied and quite tasty. In general, we liked it!
The hotel is not new, but the location is very good! Near Dubai Marina there are 2 transport stops, you can walk, but somehow you can't walk in the heat! Also, there are only 6 stops from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The hotel is located among the offices of international technology companies and just in one of the courtyards of such companies, namely in the courtyard of the CNBC building there is a good food court with many cafes, a pleasant courtyard with singing birds and a fountain!
I would also like to mention the decent breakfasts at the hotel! With a wide variety of cheeses, fruits and even red fish. And not just eggs and toast...
In summary, I want to write that, despite the old look of the rooms, the service is very attentive and responds to your requests quickly, the location is super, the breakfasts are wonderful!
Great hotel! Good location, near a beautiful park for walking. The hotel has two swimming pools, on the second and eighth floors. Sun beds and towels are provided free of charge. We took breakfast, buffet, excellent coffee, the waiters are smiling, the set of dishes is huge! The room is clean, there is a refrigerator, safe, ironing board, iron, hair dryer. Internet is available on site for free. I recommend the hotel!
It's all good. A decent chain hotel. Normal breakfasts. A small pool on the roof of one of the buildings. It's only inconvenient to get coffee from the pool. Close to the metro station.
Great hotel! Lovely rooms. Super cleaning service. A great breakfast, two swimming pools and a mini rocking chair. +- 20 minutes by tram to GBR beach, longer by bus to kite beach.
We lived in this hotel in October for 23 years. The main advantage of the hotel is its location. The tram and metro stops are a 10-minute walk away. It is very convenient to get to the beach in Dubai Marina, take the Media City tram stop and go to the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 stop. Please note that the cost of sun beds is very high, about 200 dirhams for 2 sun beds and an umbrella. If you go in high season, be sure to think about buying an umbrella, they are sold in large Carrefour supermarkets. We bought it on the first day at the beach for 200 dirhams. According to the hotel, I will also note very decent rooms, modern, clean, varied breakfasts, lots of fruits, juices, coffee, etc. And another life hack on how to save on food in Dubai. If you eat in cafes and restaurants, count on 3-4 tr for two at one meal. But supermarkets sell ready-made food, salads, sliced fruits, chicken, etc. And sometimes ready-made food tastes better than in a restaurant))
The breakfasts are normal
The rooms are ordinary
I take pictures everywhere for the noise!!! There's a club nearby, and you just sleep on weekends , right in front of the windows, listening to the sounds of the club! It's like the admins don't know this problem and can't move into other rooms right away.or warn about possible problems and advise you to upgrade your class, for example. Although the music is playing so loudly that I think any hotel room will hear it. As if the hotel is normal, forget about sleep.
As in all hotels of this chain, the + level is the same. The breakfasts are excellent, a large buffet, fruits are served as in the photo. The hotel has two swimming pools - on the second floor and on the eighth. The main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is close to the Dubai Marina, as well as to the metro and tram. The hotel has few Russian-speaking staff. You can also buy excursions. We took 3 hours on a yacht at Dubai Marina for 350 dirhams per person. Since there is high humidity in Dubai, mold quickly forms in the bathroom, but in general it is clean
A great place to relax. Tram bus and metro are nearby. Marina Mall and beach will be your closest trips. At the hotel, do not forget to use the local skin lotion. It literally heals calluses.
