A fairly comfortable and modern hotel, corresponds to its 4*. There are two pools, although one will be in the shade for half a day, although for hot weather it will be more of a plus. We had a corner room with a view of the park towards the Dubai Marina. Everything in the room is clean, daily cleaning. A bed with a mattress is a separate respect! Well, I want to mention the excellent breakfast, there is almost everything for every taste.

The hotel is universal. Suitable for both business meetings and vacation accommodation. The staff is very polite and attentive. Car parking is free! Only tips to the staff, at your discretion. You don't need to park anywhere yourself. Arrived at the main entrance, left the car, it will be parked by special workers. Only do not forget to get a paper coupon, you will need it when you need to pick up a car. We were in Dubai for the first time in March 2024, we wanted to see the city and go shopping, so we chose the hotel very carefully. Spoiler — I recommend the hotel!
Rooms
The check-in was quick and comfortable, although we got a little lost in the corridors and got confused in the elevators. The communication was conducted in English, it was difficult to catch the Indian accent, as well as my Russian, but we managed). The rooms themselves are more business than leisure. The room was Standard, small, the furniture was not new, but everything was clean and well maintained. The view from the window to the windows opposite, that is, there is practically no window, the curtains were always drawn. This is the main and probably the only disadvantage of the hotel. There is an adapted outlet. Tea, coffee bags, kettle. 2 bottles of water. In addition to gel and shampoo, there is body lotion and hair balm in the bathroom. Slippers and bathrobes were brought upon request. Cleaning and restocking — daily or on request, as you set the indicator, any request was also fulfilled by calling the reception — after 5 minutes the employee was already standing on the doorstep of the room, just wow! There is a refrigerator, a refrigerator, a safe.
Territory and beaches
Despite the fact that this is a business hotel with a lot of negotiations, there are also entertainment areas: there are 2 pools on the roof (towels are provided), bars, a restaurant. The hotel is located in the business district, close to the poppy, Indian cuisine. The most important thing is the excellent location to transport: 5 minutes to the tram to the Marina, 10 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes to the bus stop, 20 minutes to the monorail to Palma. We took the subway to the Dubai mall and looked at the fountains, it took about an hour to get there. We also went to the Museum of the future and there is a cool view rest. The Marina can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, there are also the nearest grocery stores along the way, where we sometimes took a ready-made lunch. But the marina is big, if you need to go directly to the other side, it is better to get there in half an hour by tram — there is also the JBR beach. There is a beach within walking distance from the hotel — the same half hour — but it is very much inferior to Jumeirah. Once we took a bus to the beach to Sail: the beach there is also good, but the road took a very long time because of traffic jams. We went to Palma on the monorail, but pay attention when the last one comes from the island: we were almost too late. There is a cool cafe with Indian-Asian cuisine on the way to Carrefour. I do not recommend going by boat on a sightseeing tour from the water — a crowd of noisy Indians, tasteless curry and wasted money. You can see the same thing by taking a ferry ride from McDonald's Marina to the Ferris wheel. We went to Deira once to see how ordinary people live, my verdict is: do not go there, do not spoil the impression of Dubai) and even more so, do not stop there to live! We didn't take any excursions, except for the ill—fated boat - we went everywhere ourselves by public transport.
Meal
We had breakfast included — and it's absolutely necessary to take them! Everything is very tasty and of high quality: good cheeses, omelets, hash browns, red fish, exotic fruits, croissants, freshly squeezed juices and much more — I would eat like this every day, by God, I don't need anything else.
We had lunch with salads at carrefour, McDonald's, in the cafe I wrote about above. We had dinner already where we found ourselves in the evening) of the impressive there was only the Level43 view restaurant — very tasty and large portions, booked via whatsapp. Prices are like in Moscow in places of a similar level, if you are in Dubai on the 43rd floor, then wait for prices like in the City)
A ticket
The weather was super: it was not deadly hot during the day, you can safely sunbathe, it is also warm in the evening. Going in March is great! But we were before Ramadan. For 7 nights it cost us 150k for two with breakfast. We flew Anex from Vnukovo, everything went well.

An inexpensive and decent city hotel, from which Palm and Dubai Marina are equally removed. The higher the room category, the more comfortable it is - standard rooms are very small, it is better not to take them. For me, the main disadvantage is that the gym in the basement is small with poor ventilation. The hotel has a large and comfortable Club Lounge with snacks, alcoholic beverages and hot snacks from 17:00 to 19:00.

For 2 days for a room for two in January 2024, they paid 15 tr. with breakfast, a decent chain city hotel, there are 2 swimming pools (one in the shade, one on the roof - you can sunbathe, there are bars, clean, very decent, good 4*.Not far from the metro, which is convenient (5 min walk). The breakfasts are great! Staff - there are Russian speakers at the reception.

I don't understand why they give good ratings to this hotel, as for me this hotel is not 5 stars. I'll start with the pros: close to the metro, near Dubai Marina (15-20 minutes on foot), good breakfasts (monotonous, but you won't get bored in 7 days), pleasant receptionists at the reception, did not hear bad words in their direction) I read reviews of other hotels, it so happens that they are rude / say bad words behind their backs having managed to turn away, in general, in this regard, it is good here. Now let's move on to the cons: the furniture is already old, the cleaning is disgusting, the bed linen is not changed, if not to say, they can leave an empty bottle of water / gels / shampoos, the balm is put on every other time, tea and coffee are not replenished, which is free in the room. The disgusting smell in the room from the old carpets that go all over the room, that's what ruined everything! They constantly opened the window so that the smell would not hit the nose so much, it was unpleasant to walk on it, since it was not even vacuumed, well, or they did it very badly. Mold in the bathroom, the sink was also poorly washed, or maybe not washed at all. Total: if the price of this hotel is not high, then maybe it's worth taking it, but I probably won't come here next time. Although, I have not yet seen other 4-star hotels in Dubai and maybe this is not a completely bad option.

We rested at the hotel in April 2023. The hotel is located in a quiet location, the area is not touristic, there are office buildings around. To the tram 5 minutes on foot, to the metro 10 minutes. McDonald's is located very close by. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, very tasty natural juices, a wide variety of fruits. There are always 6-8 different dishes for hot. There is always fried bacon, potato pancakes, several kinds of cheeses, sausages. Dinners on the menu in a restaurant, I do not advise, it was quite possible to do without them. It's delicious, but the menu is the same. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were placed immediately. There is no reception for Jeanne, thank you so much to her! Promptly solved all our questions. We got a room on the 5th floor, the windows faced the American University. There is no noise from the street. We went to the beach by tram. Get off at the stop "Jumeirah beach resident 2", from the stop literally 2-3 minutes and the beach. Tram fare- 3 dirhams on the silver card nol.
The hotel left a very positive impression.

We visited this hotel for the first time, in early November 2023, with my husband and my adult daughter.
They took it with breakfast and did not lose it. Firstly, there is nowhere to eat nearby, there are no shops and cafes. Secondly, we liked the breakfasts.The restaurant staff are great fellows, friendly. There were a lot of people, but there were always places, clean, no queues. There is always plenty of food, coffee, and dishes.
There was a problem with the number. There were three of us adults, we booked a large room. As a result, they gave a room for two, put a folding bed in the remaining space and it was not convenient.
They constantly did not report shampoo, gel, coffee, or water. The cleaning was bad, the garbage will be thrown away, and the dust will not be wiped off.
The hotel is not located in a tourist location, there are no cafes and shops nearby. But you can get there by tram or metro - everything is a 7-minute walk away, only in different directions. Or walk to the Marina.There is no beach nearby, we took the tram 2 stops and walked for 7 minutes, in principle, it is not problematic, but there are no toilets and changing cabins on that beach.You can also take the tram to Dubai Marina beach, but we were not comfortable there, there were a lot of people.
The breakfasts were good, except that there was no meat (except sausages). But everything was fine with us. Eggs in different types, porridge, hash browns, sliced cheeses, sausages, red fish,vegetables, fruits, waffles, rolls and croissants, muffins, honey in honeycombs, sauces, juices, various types of milk, coffee, tea, nuts, dried fruits..
I can only mention the staff in the restaurant - they work very well. At the reception, the guy literally forced us to write a good review, taking up our time (we were in a hurry), and telling us to mark him, pointing to his badge several times and calling his name.Although he did not help us in any way, and we did not ask for anything.
I can mention the chef in the restaurant, a tall young man, he does a lot of things at the same time and everything is very well coordinated (he has fried eggs, omelets, waffles, croissants) and how deftly he manages everything.And once again I would like to mention all the employees of the restaurant, thanks a lot to them. Special thanks for having breakfast with you at early check-out. He was great! Coffee, sandwiches, water, pastries and even fruits!
The rest, that at the reception, that at the cleaning of the room, worked "to fuck off."
The room, as I said, did not suit me, due to the fact that they booked three full beds for three adults, but brought an extra bed as for a child and took up all the free space in the room.
In principle, if not for this, then the room is normal, everything is there, but there were flaws (the floor lamp was broken and it was old and dirty), tea, coffee and water were given somehow or not at all, I had to ask.(They came from the beach, and after the "cleaning" there was not a single bottle of water for three) I even had to ask several times - nothing was brought from the first and second requests!Water is given in glass liter bottles , it is impossible to take them to the beach or with you (this is very inconvenient) .
There is a closet in the hallway, a safe, an iron and an ironing board, a large bathroom, there is a bathtub itself (but not comfortable and everything flows out onto the floor), a separate shower (which is just very convenient), a large comfortable bed, bedside tables, a TV, a desk and a low coffee table and a small sofa in the room, which is not folding.It is supposed to be a constant set - coffee, tea, sugar, cream, but there are always problems with this. There was also a capsule coffee machine. We tried that coffee once-it's the worst I've ever drunk. I've never done it again.
There was also a small refrigerator.
There is no beach at the hotel, since the hotel is considered a business hotel, there are no transfers to the beaches, respectively. But by tram (stop 5 minutes away) you can get to the beach at the Marina or to the terminal in the other direction and walk for 10 minutes. There are few people there on weekdays, but there are no amenities.
The hotel itself consists of two buildings, they are connected by a bridge. In the first building there is a main reception, a swimming pool and breakfast, as well as a small cafe. There is also a fitness room and a bar in another building.
The pool! I liked him very much, especially when there are few people.It is not suitable for children, as it is immediately deep.In November, the temperature was comfortable, refreshing, but not cold. I was swimming freely. There were enough good deck chairs, and good music was playing.(the truth is the same)There's a guy on duty who gives out towels.You can order cocktails (of course, it's expensive).
There is also a type of lounge area.
Overall, the hotel left a good impression, apart from some details. The location of the hotel is normal, taking into account the distance to the metro (you can walk to the Marina or) it is better to get to the Mall of the Emirates very close. Ibn Batutta Mall with a transfer is also not far away.
Of course, the hotel is not a tourist hotel, it must be understood and take into account the pros and cons. But some disadvantages are still the problem of the head.

My friend and I came on vacation completely healthy, on the 2nd day we started to have a slight itch - they attributed it to a nervous condition, but every day the itching began to increase and red blisters appeared. We went with a request to change the number - it was changed to us quickly, they didn't even ask for a photo, which means they know about the problem and KEEP SILENT. Changing the number naturally did not solve the problem. In Moscow, we are now forced to undergo medical treatment, sanitize our homes, cars, and wash all our clothes, shoes, etc. It's a terrible impression, you've ruined our vacation.

I really liked the hotel.
Positive: good, varied breakfasts; polite staff; coffee machine is available around the clock; the area is quiet, not far from the metro station and the red and orange branches, there are two swimming pools, a rooftop cafe with a beautiful view.
Of the minuses, I can highlight that it is far to the beach, we went by taxi, it was possible to take the subway. There are almost no cafes around the hotel - we also took a taxi to the Marina area.

They clean well for tips, without- even the towel does not change. The number with the photo varies greatly. A maximum of 9 square meters. Among the disadvantages: windows did not open in a room without a balcony — they did not have such an option at all. The pool is shallow — 1.20 m in total. The mixer poured water anywhere but into the sink (only 5cm long)
