A wonderful hotel with an excellent location. It is located on the top near Victory Park and the observation deck of the city. The staff is wonderful, ready to help with any problems. There are minor cosmetic flaws in the rooms, but they do not prevent the hotel from getting a solid top five. In terms of price-quality ratio, the best hotel in Yerevan with such a server!
Friendly and friendly staff, ready to help at any time and make your stay comfortable.
Great Spa!
The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily.
In general, I am 100% satisfied with my vacation
The option of early check-in and late check-out is very appropriate according to the Radisson reworlds system
Everything is fine in the hotel itself, clean rooms, soft beds, daily cleaning. Excellent spa center. Nice bar on the ground floor. The breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. There is a huge green park next to the hotel, but you can only get to the center by taxi.
A great hotel with a good location and pleasant reception staff. A big room! A comfortable bed. The air conditioner is not noisy.
We stayed for one night due to a connecting flight in Yerevan.
Right in front of the famous Caucasian Captive restaurant and within walking distance of cozy streets and squares. A pleasant impression of Yerevan.
The location is for a tourist on 3+. The hill is in close proximity to the lively city center. You will walk once, then take a taxi, even for breakfast. But at the same time, the location is of high quality, in the park, next to the lake.
The rooms are 4. High-quality, beautiful, but there is a certain fatigue from time. The main disadvantage is noise insulation, taking into account the daily disco on the roof of the hotel.
Infrastructure - 4+. A good pool, you can do sports, not swim. There is a sauna (which does not heat).
The result is that the hotel corresponds to the above-average category
Beautiful, expensive, rich. The rooms are too small. But functional. The bartender is a very nice person. There are exclusive jewelry that can only be found on them. A large central hall. There are 2 ATMs at once, and also with currency changers. In general, if the price didn't bite, it would be very cool
A wonderful wonderful hotel with its own spa center, a huge swimming pool sauna Jacuzzi friendly staff, excellent breakfasts the location is also gorgeous near the park, near the city center.
The location is good, not noisy. But on weekends, music is actively playing in the club on the top floor.
It is convenient that there is a children's park nearby.
Breakfast is weak, in Moscow 4 * breakfasts are much better. The rooms are nice, the staff is helpful and courteous.
The best hotel in Yerevan, we always stay here! We visited other hotels a couple of times, but decided not to experiment anymore))) Top-level service, very attentive staff,excellent cuisine, delicious coffee, spa area, Bamboo restaurant on the roof, with a magnificent view of Yerevan! I definitely recommend it!
Polite staff, attentive service, standard rooms are equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is good, everything you need to eat. Special thanks to the chef for the seafood salad, I am ready to come to this hotel again and again for him.
+ The hotel is located on Azatutyan Avenue, next to Victory Park and Areni Lake. Due to the location of the hotel on a hill, there is a beautiful view of the center of Yerevan and Mount Ararat;
+ there are many embassies in the neighborhood;
+ attractions such as the Cascade complex and the Charles Aznavour House Museum are within walking distance, and you can quickly and inexpensively get anywhere in the city by Yandex taxi;
+ the World of Russian banks accepts bank cards everywhere;
+ a decent spa with a large swimming pool and a fitness center (small, but suitable for keeping fit during the trip);
+ the hotel is very loyal to visitors with VIP status in the Radisson Rewards loyalty program: they provide an upgrade to the suite and the Royal suite, provide a 15% discount in the restaurant and bar.
Overall a good hotel. In places, she is tired, but they try to keep their mark. From observations, they are apparently trying to reduce costs, I was here before the pandemic: in all Radisson there was always hot smoked fish for breakfast - they replaced it with chicken; and last time it was possible to brew tea - this option is no longer available - tea is only in bags. Well, considering that there was a large selection of delicious apricots and peaches in Armenia during this period, there was no fruit at all at breakfast. Well, in conclusion, I would like to accept MIR cards (through the terminal of the Armenian branch of VTB).
A gorgeous hotel. It is located right in the park. The air is clean and there is no noise at all. Everyone with the kids is here. You will sleep peacefully. It is located next to the cascade
We love Radisson. We always try to stay in this network.
But we didn't like Yerevan:
- you made a mistake with the location (it is located on a mountain not in the center, you are not on foot, there are traffic jams by taxi).
- the hotel is empty, but it looks like we were settled in the worst room we had (and this is if I have a Premium account):
- the second low floor overlooking the parking lot, where cars are constantly running, exhaust fumes enter the room, hotel employees smoke under the window, tobacco smoke enters the room, the blue backlight of the hotel building also enters the room, the room next to the technical elevator.
We are with a four-month-old child, and probably if the hotel wanted us to return to them, we could move into a high room with a view of the beautiful neighboring park.
Let me remind you - the hotel is EMPTY!
There was no desire and no time to ask to move us, but we will definitely not return to this hotel anymore.
Otherwise: the staff is good, the breakfasts are meager, the coffee is very bad, the hotel is clean.
Hi! Yandex asked, I'll describe it. The staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are expensive and functional. The location of the hotel is its feature. From here, of course, you can see Ararat and Akhtanak - Victory Park, and the abandoned Aragil restaurant. But there are two roads leading up the mountain here. Saralandj is a serpentine. During rush hour in the evening, you are guaranteed to get an hour or an hour and a half, where in the morning it takes 2 minutes. Walking is faster. The second road is Komitas Avenue. This is the world champion in traffic jams. This is not some kind of Moscow. The subway is down in the city. The hotel is on the mountain. There is no subway here. All the entertainment is down in the center. Train your legs!
Great hotel. The location is great. The breakfast is great, but there are not enough local wines or champagne. The staff is very attentive. Be sure to speak well about Yerevan and Armenia. You can pay with a mir card.
As often happens, a network of this level is a win-win option. The staff is at the highest level, the breakfasts are networked, and therefore diverse, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed linen is pleasant, the infrastructure is developed. We can say that there is no gym, but if you try very hard, you can adapt. The park is adjacent, the view is gorgeous. The center is just around the corner. If you don't like to walk up the steps a lot, then find out the schedule of the escalator on the cascade, otherwise you will have to call a taxi every time. For me, climbing the cascade before going to bed is only beneficial, but this is for an amateur.
My favorite hotel in Yerevan. It's nice to start the day with a walk along the Cascade to the city center. Real 5 stars. Clean and cozy. And the green area
Well, 5 stars here is purely formal in terms of a set of services. The room is already packed, although the hotel is not that old.
The breakfast is excellent, as is the service, but it's understandable - Armenia is still.
All the jambs were removed by the view of Ararat from the room window.
One of the best hotels I've been to. Hospitality in Armenia is a byword, but here it is multiplied by the uncompromising quality of Radisson's service!
We chose this hotel because we were in Yerevan for the first time.We had a late check-in, we were well received, there are no complaints about the staff at all.The hotel is clean, the location is not bad, not far from the center.We initially asked for a room with a mountain view, but they didn't give it to us, although the hotel was practically empty.The shower was constantly leaking water, it was not very comfortable to swim out of there).Noise isolation is completely absent from the word!!Since 4 a.m., we listened to a drunk man talking on the phone in the next room.The furniture is outdated.And the smell is not very pleasant in the room...Would I go back to this hotel? I will definitely say no.
We stayed here for a week and generally liked everything.
+ delicious food at breakfast and in restaurants
+ comfortable beds
+ the rooms are clean and pleasant
+ good internet connection
+ a pleasant view of the park, where you can walk and ride the rides
+ they have parties with DJs
+ good location
+ a warm pool, which usually doesn't have a lot of people
+ interesting interiors
+ excellent kind maids
- VERY long service in the restaurant, delicious, but you have to wait for an hour or more (once they didn't bring at all)
- everything is delivered to the room for a long time, it's better to go down for glasses or ice yourself (there was also a situation when they didn't bring it at all)
- there is nothing connected to the TVs in the hotel, this is the local policy, you see
- the breakfast food is often cold, the trays are not heated
- things are poorly washed in laundries, they were returned simply ironed, with the same stains that were
- for some reason, there is no brush in the toilet…
We got the most impressions from the employees of the bar downstairs - Grant and Ruben. The only competent employees and generally good people. They make great cocktails, it's nice to talk to them, they helped us with the difficulties we faced during the week. Special thanks to them for this!
Check-in at 6 a.m. 11.02. Upon check-in, they clearly told about all the extras.services and about the surcharge, but they did not say about allergen-containing items in the room! They ask in restaurants, the doctor asks at the reception, but they don't ask in a 5* hotel. On the second day, the source of the allergy was discovered when the allergy remedy was already out in the travel medicine cabinet. As a result, I am allergic to feathers. The hotel staff refused to give the pill, and the girl at the reception even began to raise her voice and tell me that I myself was obliged to warn about allergies. I'm sorry, but no! You have an allergen, and you should warn me about it, and not raise your voice at me and say that only I am to blame for the situation. They did not apologize, there is only a dispute and disrespect in the dialogue! I asked to talk to the manager, they said to come tomorrow. In general, the service is terrible against the background of the entire network, and more resembles the attitude of the staff in the guest house than the global network. The girl at the reception does not care at all, and that quincke's edema could have started, and that the person became ill, and my attempts to convey to the hotel that they should have warned. This is a lesson for me and thank you for everything, but your hotel is one, and we will not come to you anymore, and we will not recommend you! If you want good service, then you won't get it here! Thank you for finishing reading, good luck to everyone and be vigilant…
The hotel is super! The rooms have cool modern furniture. There is a cafe on the ground floor where the food is very tasty. I recommend chicken soup. And on the top floor there is a restaurant-bar, where it is always fun and delicious.
It is not very conveniently located, it is a long way to go to the center by taxi.
I always stay at this hotel in Yerevan, the cost of living is a little too high, it would already be possible to make a small cosmetic repair in the bathrooms of some rooms and bring the ceiling of the pool to life, otherwise everything is fine, it's like this, suddenly the manager will read and take action), A good hotel, there is a pool hammam, sauna, in the summer there are outdoor sun beds, I recommend it)
Why do you need a hotel on your trip? Obviously, for rest and overnight. And if you stay at the hotel for a few days, it becomes a small home for you. And so. I wouldn't want to live in the middle of a disco. After 20.00, the hotel turns into one huge dance hall. There is loud music everywhere, which comes from the disco located on the 7th floor. My room was on the third, but I couldn't talk to my wife in the room normally, I had to raise my voice to hear each other. I'm not talking about sleeping. The whole hotel is rocked by dance music from the roof to the basement. And it happens every day. To all questions and requests, the staff shrugs and declares that this is the norm for their hotel, they say they don't see anything terrible in this. In such a hotel, it's not that you can't relax, but it's also dangerous for the psyche. This is the first time I have encountered such a clear attitude towards guests. This is some kind of scam and hangout and not a hotel. It's a shame redisson.
The breakfast is excellent. the hotel itself is not new, but pleasant... the usual gloss of 5 stars is definitely not there. this does not spoil your stay, but it is better not to count on a super high class hotel.
Everything is at the highest level, very friendly staff, new furniture in the rooms, very clean. The location is excellent, in a quiet place, you can go out for a walk in the park and also slowly walk down the cascade to the center.
This hotel is located opposite the observation deck of Yerevan. The whole city is in full view. If you are lucky with the weather, you will see the big and small Ararat mountains in all their glory!!! I really liked the hotel itself!! Polite reception staff, large and cozy rooms, delicious breakfast food. Prices are above average for Yerevan hotels, but it's worth it!! Great spa.Hammam,Jacuzzi,sauna,swimming pool with a comfortable water temperature for swimming.
The hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable.
The breakfasts are excellent. But the stay was overshadowed by the fact that money was missing, which was left among the things in the room. We discovered this when we returned home. Therefore, it is no longer possible to prove anything. Be careful, and don't repeat our mistake.
The hotel is not new, reconstruction is very much in demand. The food is monotonous for breakfast, just as the breakfasts are not like in a 5-star hotel. There is an amusement park nearby. There is a place to walk, but the music is heard every day until late, although it did not bother me to sleep. It's a long way to the center, you can't walk! I will be staying at another hotel in the future!
We came to Yerevan to celebrate the anniversary and stayed at the Radisson for 5 days - a great hotel! A compliment upon check-in, a free room extension upon check-out, our luggage was promptly delivered to the room while we were checking in. A wonderful SPA with an all-season swimming pool, soft sun beds and a spacious Jacuzzi. In summer, panoramic windows are pushed open there and there is a direct exit from the pool to the solarium on the territory. Freshly squeezed juices are served for breakfast, the buffet is quite varied and there is a very large selection of pastries and delicious desserts. The territory borders Victory Park, a quiet and peaceful area, near Stella and Cascade. You can go down the Cascade to the center of Yerevan and walk at a leisurely pace for 20 minutes, or by taxi. Very pleasant cozy rooms, hospitable and friendly staff, excellent room cleaning. A beautiful tropical-style restaurant with panoramic views of the city. We liked everything very much, we will definitely come back))
At a height, literally and figuratively. Pleasant and hospitable staff, some of the best that I have met in numerous Redissons.
If only breakfast could be made more varied, it would be a 5 plus.
Great hotel. I recommend. As always on the level. Delicious hearty breakfasts (Swedish.table). A lot of services for relaxation, rest and work. Quiet, calm and cozy.
The hotel has a rather tired renovation (moreover, everywhere in the rooms and in public areas). The location is also not the best, if you want to walk around the center you will have to stomp your feet a lot or take a taxi (especially in summer). There are no questions for the staff, everything is as always on top. In general, you can look for this price in Yerevan and something else
A cozy hotel, a separate plus for the location in the park, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean but old, in general, a great option for your money
Out of habit, we stayed at our favorite hotel chain, expected the appropriate service, based on the declared five stars and previous experience of visiting hotels of this chain. Problems immediately began - a poorly cleaned room, with someone else's hair scattered, with a torn chair and tired repairs. They kindly changed us to a higher-class room and brought us a plate of nuts and sweets as an apology.
Everything was crossed out by the fact that this hotel has terrible audibility and from 7:30 in the morning until the very check-out, we alternately heard laughter, screams, screams, swearing and moaning from behind the interior door. They called the reception - the situation was not resolved, claiming that everything was according to international standards. However, we heard literally every word of the conversation behind the wall, I don't say anything about bed games at all - this is an outright shame, the level of a roadside motel.
On the top floor of the hotel there is a bamboo bar with discos.
If you come with your family and your goal is to relax and sleep, I advise you to find another hotel. So far, the worst experience of visiting Radisson hotels
A gorgeous hotel. I like everything very much. This is not the first time we have stopped, everything is not at the highest level. The pool with Jacuzzi is especially beautiful.
A modern, decent hotel with a swimming pool and a spa area. Very tasty and varied breakfasts.
The reception staff is polite and friendly, but provides incorrect information about the opening hours of the spa.
Radisson, as always, is on top!
In this case, not only according to its parameters corresponding to 5 stars, but also literally - on the mountain, with a panoramic view of the city and, see photo, with a view of the park. And there... Majestic Ararat is on the horizon!
