First of all the hotel desperately needs renovation. In every room a lot of things are broken.
It looks like staff does not do their work good enough (except guys on reception and restaurants). Sometimes housekeeping skipped cleaning. Barmen at a pool bar is always absent. I had to ask to call him every time.
The location is close to old town which is good, but there are no pavements. Walking near the hotel is pain - cars are everywhere, but it’s likely problem of the city itself. Pool is very small and it is impossible to find free sunbed if you come after 11am. No private beach.
I stayed in redisson in Sochi-Adler and comparing to this hotel it was much better.
I can’t recommend staying in this hotel, it’s overpriced.
We went to the restaurant on the 19th floor. The view is great. Prices are generally higher than in the city (portions are large), but tea and coffee are about the same. Desserts are more expensive, but the pear pie here was much tastier than cakes with an incomprehensible cream from Dora. Special respect that they said they didn't have sake for the cocktail they ordered, and didn't mix something else instead.
+ very good location of the hotel: near the cool embankment, within walking distance of the old town and all the main attractions;
+ the Suite will normally accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, but the room is cramped - especially in the bathrooms. They hit the TV and the door handle several times (because of the narrow passages in the corner room);
+ there is a casino right in the hotel, if anyone is interested;
+ the service at the hotel is very fast, excellent;
+ the gym on the 3rd floor is good with Technojim simulators, the pool was only indoor during the arrival period, the sauna and steam room are quite decent;
+ Lavazza coffee in capsules in the room is very decent;
- breakfasts on the 19th floor are usual for a 5* hotel, the restaurant is outdated, but the views in all directions are good. Asian cuisine is served on the menu during the day in the same restaurant - it sucks, it's impossible to eat;
- the water on the 17th floor is supplied intermittently, sometimes it runs in a very thin trickle (apparently, the pumps can not cope);
- disgusting pillows on which it is impossible to sleep (they asked for orthopedic pillows - they brought the same ones).
It's a nice place, there's a slightly heated swimming pool outside, and there's a bar under the roof where you can order food and drinks. I advise you to visit. Unfortunately, the view, as in almost all of Batumi, is bound to show the devastation nearby.
The spa was certainly tired, as was the hotel itself... We didn't find a single locker that would close.. I really loved going there, but after a break I realized that the place needed renovation and more attention/care.. All raddison is a level..
Great hotel! We stayed there. The rooms are super! It's clear! Cool view! There is a super restaurant on the 19th floor!!! Which we go to when we are in Batumi!!! I'm shooting a star for the lazy and not particularly attentive staff downstairs at the reception. And this is important! They are the entrance group!!! Solid 4.
The hotel is a little tired. There is a constant strong smell of tobacco smoke from the casino in the lobby of the hotel. There is no smell on the floors. The service is normal. Nice outdoor pool.
This is a magnificent complex, the location is super! Parking, specific characteristics. Instead, we paid $ 85 - the price is absolutely justified.
Very spacious apartment, stained glass windows, excellent sound insulation in the bathroom. I will definitely come back again!!!!
The spa complex is super! The affordable price of a one-time visit. The pool is pleasant at any time of the year, the staff tries their best. A great place to relax
Nice hotel, comfortable to sleep in
Good service, this is the main one +
The windows offer a good view of the city and the sea
From the disadvantages of the price, it is really expensive for Batumi
I do not recommend the hotel! The rooms are dirty, you book for a family, breakfast is included only for two of the family. I've been living in Radisson for many years for the first time! We were in Tbilisi, we still communicate with the staff! And this just sucks!
I do not recommend the spa complex to visit. Everything is old and dirty. Half of the lockers do not close, if you manage to find a worker and close it, then it is not a fact that you will open it later. Ours had to be hacked.
The price tag on the menu is above average, the quality and taste leave much to be desired
The rating is for the restaurant on the top floor. I can't say anything about the hotel itself.
The view is gorgeous, but they cook for a very long time, they waited an hour for noodles with shrimp, they left hungry.
So if you want to come and enjoy the view of Batumi, it's better to order just a glass of wine.
We visited the restaurant and the spa area. I liked everything very much. Beautiful stylish interior. Delicious dishes, huge portions.
The outdoor area with a swimming pool is very atmospheric
The old hotel. everything from the carpets at the reception to the furniture in the rooms is just in terrible condition. There is no mini bar in the room (it is empty), iron and board. The mattress and pillows are terrible, it's time to throw them away. The breakfast is very mediocre.
The final disappointment in the relisson project. It's dirty, terribly cramped, the repair is dead. The service is long and you have to call a hundred times to remind you of the request. One of the advantages is dressing rooms instead of a closet. For this, an asterisk)
Excellent SPA (seaweed wraps and massage are just TOP!) with a nice heated pool inside (we haven't tried the second one, it's pretty cool yet); friendly staff, buffet breakfast (you can definitely find what you like).
The rooms are spacious and clean
The best SPA in my life! I did a complex of scrubs, wraps and classic body and face massage. Massage therapist Nino is a master of his craft. Two hours of fun! Thank you for such a birthday present!
There are a lot of guests at the hotel. Everyone goes to the name . This is the third hotel in Georgia in which we rest with this name, in connection with this we made a discount on the room. The room was taken with a sea view, but it is not visible due to the shuffling of furniture (the table covers the panoramic window) . In Batumi, as in Tbilisi, they ordered a doctor in the room to take the test. But unfortunately, this is not possible in that hotel. After setting a time for us , they sent us to a room where there were 20 more people in line . We had to stand in line for our own money , like in a hospital. I suggest that the management organize the service according to the declared level of the hotel.

I really liked both the rooms and the service. Not all the staff speaks Russian, but they will always find someone who can). Excellent spa area, the view from the windows is gorgeous. I'm attaching a photo from the outdoor pool.
SPA massage is just super Irina and Ilona are masters of their craft! I know with super precision where and how to push up! We received a massage with my husband and were delighted. Everything is fine, we will go back to Batumi, we will definitely return
The hotel is already tired, requires a more attentive attitude of the management staff to the moments of minor repairs in the rooms, for 3 days of stay they never cleaned the way, motivating this by the fact that there was a do not disturb sign, in both cases it is cheerful for 2-3 hours a day.
I will be objective! Compared to 2019, the price has risen significantly, the service is deteriorating, breakfast has become much poorer, the hotel itself has become dilapidated. On the positive side, the staff remembered the Russian language.
Nice hotel, but very tired rooms…The air conditioner was very noisy in the room, I called the repairmen, they came quickly, fixed it. The next day, I changed the temperature, and the fan started knocking again. The casino looks very simple…
The room has faulty plumbing. The shower and faucet are leaking. Bathrobe and bath accessories for one person only. Employees are asked to speak Russian and do not understand it. They nod their heads at everything. Instead of one breakfast, they offer to pay for two..they said they would order a taxi to the airport, but in the end they did not order it. Breakfast is clearly not worth the money (50 GEL per person).
The divine spa. I've been there many times. Nina's massage therapist is a real professional, she was on a Relaxation massage, the best massage in my life.
What can I tell you about this hotel? In a word, the BOTTOM of a comfortable stay! Having charged 58,000 rubles for three days of stay , which included breakfast for two , that's what we got ... at the reception, Juliet (that was the girl's name) smiled sweetly and began a dialogue with us, clearly explaining that we want to check in today (i.e. Thursday) and to leave on Monday, the amount was announced to us, as well as a 120 GEL breakfast for two daily (we just didn't know yet that we would eat wooden sausages and eggs in different types) by paying for Viza cards (this was the beginning of mistakes, because the amount increased during conversion) We proceeded to the room... and then.... dirty carpet, tattered towels, one bathrobe for two, bathroom accessories for one, smelly shower... The bed... hmm... the most primitive bed linen , pillows with crumpled sintepon , and a blanket on the lumen is exactly the same (sintepon knocked down in the corners) snacks are paid , a minibar is paid... the light bulbs in the room and bathroom did not work... spitting on everything , they fell asleep , the road just killed them ... in the morning, having once again looked at the crooked lamp, dusty curtains, they went to the pool... Swimming pool... don't take ANYTHING in it... I don't want to write anything else... the next morning, eggs and sausages again, so that you can roughly understand, in the morning we paid more than 2 thousand for this ......but for breakfast... what was our surprise ... when the room keys were cancelled on the third day , it turned out that the girl counted 3 days for us.. To my question, why didn't they warn us about the check-out in advance, as is done in any normal hotels, the young man made a stupid expression and grinned that they didn't have it provided... no one wanted to tolerate such an attitude further, things and money remained in the room, with a scandal she demanded to open the room to pack her things! Oh, yes... for chips and cola from room 16 lari (small pringles and cola w/b 400 r) they also naturally demanded payment, the hotel does not have a beach... in general, the hotel is dirty from the outside, inside, with disgusting staff. Goodbye Raddison Blu Hotel Batumi, I will try to tell everyone about you!!!
The hotel is terrible, the sea view is blocked by buildings of a strange design. There are no balconies. The air conditioner is not working well. The carpets on the floor are dirty. The towels are 20 years old. In the evenings, girls of questionable behavior wander around the hotel. Repairs are required. It's strange that it's called Radisson. The hotel is for casino lovers and ladies of easy virtue.

We booked in advance, called and said that we would arrive at 4 a.m., said that we would settle in without any problems. We arrived and everything is as usual, we have check-in from 12 am sorry. I had to pay extra for the day.
