Super hotel! Great view of the whole city! The reset to -4 is normal! I recommend it

Fantastic view! The whole city, the coast and the sea surface are at a glance. An endless distance opens up, it seems that you can see your native shores on the other side of the Black Sea. Our room overlooked the park, but we admired it from the lobby terrace. The feeling of a kind of nirvana from this beauty and spaciousness.
High standard of service and hospitality, as everywhere in Radisson.
For car travelers: the terrain is not visible on the navigator, the road to the hotel is sharply uphill. The route through the Monastery is the steepest slope. If you are not used to it, there are other ways, more gentle (I attach a screenshot).
