A good business hotel, part of the Zurich Airport complex. Conveniently located from shops, airport arrival and departure areas, railway and bus station. The center of Zurich is 15 minutes away - 3 railway stations. The breakfasts are delicious, hearty, varied, and the rooms are comfortable.
A good hotel, new rooms, good sound insulation, polite staff. Beautiful living area. The main bar will mix any cocktail of the drinks present. I've been there more than once, but I still didn't understand how they read the drinks taken from the mini-bar of the refrigerator in the room without going there (what's most interesting is that they never make mistakes, even if you take a drink from the refrigerator, don't open it and leave it in the room - they won't be included in the bill).
It was a long time ago - before the pandemic. We stayed at this hotel for one night, having descended from the mountains after skiing before flying home to our homeland. A very nice hotel, a small, tiny parking lot right next to the hotel. The room is simply gorgeous (and we have visited many hotels, as they say in Europe and America), huge, a lot of towels, the purest. Cute presents in the room. Silence inside and out. A funny receptionist at the reception, having a nice conversation "for life", rushed to rescue our car (and we were already leaving for the airport and were afraid to miss the plane when another client forced her and did not come down to drive his own). He reassured me that the airport is just around the corner, don't worry, you will have time, you will also have coffee. He did not take thanks, but was proud to help the Russians. It seems that he saw Russians in this hotel for the first time. Eh.... still there or somewhere!!!
After booking and paying for a room in Zurich (via Booking.com ) booking confirmation notifications began to arrive (2 at the same time: one about booking in Zurich, the other in Shanghai(!) ...a few days later, two notifications began to arrive at once, but now, allegedly, a room in Shanghai has been booked!not a word about Zurich... it was impossible to find out the reason for this…Having already arrived at the Zurich hotel, I asked this question at the Reception, but no one could answer ... then at the Reception they offered to order breakfast for 30 euros, I agreed..I started paying with a card and before entering the PIN code I saw the amount to be paid 230evr!!!I ask why ..they answer that the room has not been paid for! I say that everything is paid for..It took a long time to figure it out..Then they said, "Yes, yes..the room is paid for" and they add that they have problems with the system and so that I don 't worry ..then there were problems with the lock in the room, I call Reseption again, they promise to come immediately... and so no one showed up before my departure..Thank God it was only night there!!for 200 euros!
The hotel is great. I consider the disadvantages significant, since we were there due to the cancellation of the flight and we did not have personal hygiene products with us. You can't run to the store at night either.... There were not enough slippers in the room, a toothbrush and toothpaste, hair balm.
