The hotel is tired, the rooms are old and in need of repair. The air conditioners are weak. The territory is small, there is nowhere to walk. Seals rest. The staff is excellent, especially attentive after tea. The food is not particularly varied, but delicious. The desserts are varied and at the highest level, I really liked them. Wifi catches everywhere, even breaks through to the beach in places. The animation is terribly boring, it's the same every day, as if the record is stuck.

We were at the hotel in October 2021.
The hotel itself is quite good: large, marble, beautiful winter gardens, but battered by life, time and guests. The rooms are comfortable, but be prepared that the light bulbs may be burnt out, the shower head may fall, the air conditioner may not work.
They respond to requests, but very slowly due to the small number of employees (pandemic).
There is an all-inclusive menu, but the drinks are mediocre. Everything that is delicious is for an additional fee.
The broken billiard tables and air hockey were upset - there's not much to do in the evening: sometimes live music in the lobby and that's it.
The pool is not heated - it is icy in the truest sense of the word.
The main restaurant is very pleasant, you can always find something interesting. You won't have to starve)
In general, nothing special, but also critical)
Reading a book on the beach, sunbathing with a player in your ears - that's the thing!
Ps: Be sure to ride horses at dawn. Local guys offer this service right on the shore)
My husband and I, who ran away from work, did not mind the lack of music and entertainment at all, but teenage boys were sometimes a little boring)

I've been coming for 2 years, I really like it. We built a lot of pools, bars. There are sun beds on the beach. The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfasts are fantastic!! The bonus when buying a laptop includes a massage and a pool with warm sea water And 2 dinners in other restaurants with seafood and Italian cuisine, I did not go to the restorny because I liked everything in the main restaurant, I went to the massage everything was cool!!

We returned from this hotel three days ago. We were with my wife for the second time! We will go to the third one as soon as possible! It's nice to see that regular guests come to this hotel. Yes, the hotel is for a beach holiday (by the way, the beach is great, white sand), there is no animation and no need, the entrance to the sea is smooth. It was a little stormy this year, that's what the sea is for. Good SPA, good food (the dinners are wonderful) The price and quality are adequate. But... there will always be someone who will immediately be dissatisfied with something! Like, they were greeted the wrong way, they were placed the wrong way, but when they leave they go to a restaurant with plastic containers prepared in advance. Then they are surprised that such an attitude is towards ‘ Russians:(I have a wonderful relationship with the staff, which I wish everyone! By the way, alcohol is normal, beer and wine are very high quality! In general, if serenity, a book, the surf, then here!

We rested with a child for two years in a row, we really liked this place, a great option for a relaxing holiday. The beach is nice, clean. The only thing that is completely dull for breakfast, it gets boring in 12 days, but I can't call it a serious problem.

We arrived at 5 am, checked in at 15-00, breakfast is paid, not cheap for three. There is a separate song about the restaurant, they adore the French, they won't even bring water to the Russians. If you give mackerel, the fragrance is for the whole hotel. They were evicted at 12. We left at 15:00. You can't use anything during these three hours. Lunch is paid! The hotel itself is very beautiful, with greenery inside, panoramic windows, bonfires near the bar. The room was overlooking the sea, haha, a small piece was visible from the balcony...but you can't argue...I didn't like the attitude towards Russians, although I partly understand why...

A very nice hotel in Djerba.
Quiet, cozy, comfortable., but as usual there is a small BUT...
The hotel operates according to the "ultra all inclusive" system, although there are several bars on site, the service there is paid. Large awnings at sea and by the pool with spoons, hammocks and pillows also cost a lot of money....
But in general - everything is for 5. The helpful staff and delicious cuisine do their job.
