Well, it does not pull at 5 stars. The towels were not finished. There was no soap at all, so I had to call and ask them to bring it. The center is a historic building, which is probably why there are scuffs and old windows. Electronic keys are constantly buggy and they need to be re-registered. And according to them, the entrance to the elevator and the room.
