Hotel was excellent and I enjoyed my 7 days there. But Only Think I would like to complain is the menu of Assimetry restaurant, it was always the same and we are insisted to have a breakfast only in this restaurant

Birdsong in the morning by the pool, a calm and peaceful breakfast, an atmosphere of tranquility, a good coffee shop on the ground floor, we were in the car, parking is available, there is a spa with a Jacuzzi, everything is clean, the rooms are good.

Good hotel, service, friendly staff, varied breakfasts, shuttle service to Ferrari world and other parks.
But the old rooms, at least we got a room with an old torn sofa in the living room and in order for hot water to run in the shower, we need to wait 10 minutes, I'm not exaggerating. It is not possible to adjust the water in principle, the temperature jumps.

Nice hotel, near theme parks, Yas Marina, where you can ride on the map. A free shuttle runs around the island, which provides access to both parks and Yas Mall. The hotel has a small cozy swimming pool, gym, spa. The buffet breakfast, in my opinion, is very varied. The staff is very attentive to the guests, thank them very much.

+ the hotel is located on Yas Island near the popular Warner Bros. amusement parks.World and Ferrari; for visiting amusement parks and for a good beach holiday, this hotel is suitable, but only at a very reasonable price;
- there is nowhere else to go here, Yas Marina and the embankment are complete garbage, walking there along poorly equipped (and sometimes absent) sidewalks is still a pleasure;
- it is worth bearing in mind that planes take off directly above the hotel from a nearby airport - this creates a lot of unpleasant noise and raises questions in terms of environmental friendliness of recreation;
+ a free Yas Express bus runs around the island according to the schedule, which allows you to get to the main places you need on the island;
- in reality, there are a lot of people who want to take this bus and there are not enough seats for all, and in the evening it just stops coming at the appointed time, so it's easier to get a taxi;
+ the hotel looks quite modern, excellent and large (by hotel standards) gym, a nice pool with the opportunity to see off the most beautiful sunsets, next to the pool bar and Italian restaurant with decent cuisine;
+ according to the VIP status in the loyalty program, they gave a large Suite on the 7th floor with access to the Lounge, where you can have free lunch from 12 to 15 o'clock, and have dinner from 18 to 20 o'clock and try alcoholic beverages (I can't tell you the taste, I haven't tried it);
- BUT access for children under 18 to this Lounge is closed, so for me, traveling with three children, this "privilege" is like a dog's fifth paw😏 It seems that they are trying to do something well in the hotel, but in the end it turns out badly👎
+ also, according to the VIP status, they offered a 15% discount in all restaurants and bars of the hotel, although when visiting the Filini Garden Italian restaurant they said they could not make this discount and charge the bill to the room, but they made a 25% discount when paying with a card at once😉;
- due to poor hospitality at the reception desk, the upgrade of the room to the suite had to be simply demanded (although they must provide the best available room under the terms of the loyalty program)...

Good evening, we are currently staying at this hotel. There is no question of any 4 stars. We have a VIP from Radisson, but it doesn't come close. The rooms are old and clueless. Our kind of "upgrade" is just terrible. You need to ask for water, the doors in the closet do not work, the shower pours only boiling water. There are 2 adults and a 12-year-old child in our room, but already as an adult for the cost, but at the same time he must sleep on some kind of shabby extra bed, with a blanket and one pillow. Guys, are you serious, then why do you consider him an adult by age? The husband at the reception while talking, tired of explaining that where is the higher category, when the usual room is the same? Response from the reception: "Everything is occupied"! The next day they moved to another room, at least where you can wash normally and then hallelujah. The breakfasts are normal, there is exactly what there is and we were given a complimentary lounge. In general, they asked the Russian-speaking manager to invite them, they promised, but then something suddenly happened to him, he disappeared!!! If you are going to Radisson Blu, then be sure to read the reviews, negative ones are true!!! And we will definitely write to the management of the Radisson hotel series, suddenly it will work))

I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews. The hotel is no more than 3 stars. The room stock is old, the windows are dirty, it's unpleasant to look at. The glass cabinet door in the room is broken and stained. Everywhere there are terrible carpets from which there is a smell of decay, dust. As soon as we entered the room, the mood immediately deteriorated. There were no bathrobes, no slippers and these are the "high" standards of Radisson. The request to bring bathrobes was answered well, okay, we'll try to find one for sure. There is absolutely nothing to do at the hotel, especially with children. There is no children's room, any entertainment, even a simple playground. Boredom is mortal. The hotel is on the same territory as the Park inn. You can safely enter their territory or vice versa. There are no car booking or currency exchange services at the hotel. The nearest exchanger in Yas moll. You have to go there by bus. The hotel has several restaurants, prices are high everywhere. A regular smoothie costs 45 derham (about 1000 rubles). Therefore, take at least dinners if you decide to stay here. The food is normal, but monotonous. The emphasis is on Indian cuisine, a lot of Hindus. I don't like this kind of food, so consider the choice was half as much. In addition, tables are very poorly cleaned, dirt is all the time, there are no ordinary napkins. Horror
The pool is ordinary, the water smells of chlorine. A towel can be taken by the pool. To get to the beach, you need to take a bus. In general, a lot of inconveniences. The staff at the hotel is all kind of arrogant.
We ordered a hookah, the next morning everyone who smoked had a headache, which indicates the quality of tobacco. It was enough two times more than neither.
Yes, I must say that you can buy tickets to amusement parks at the reception.
In general, it is unlikely that we will come to Radisson again and we will definitely not recommend it to anyone. There were no advantages for me here. There are 8 days of arrival left and I already want to leave this hotel as soon as possible.

We booked crown plaza in general, the day before departure they called and said we have over booking, we are upgrading your room class, but you will live in radisson blue. Thank you for settling in earlier. This is probably the only plus. On this patch, all hotels are in the same price category. Offered a twin bad, I said no, we will wait for the ordered king size, extra bad and a crib for the baby. They were super happy and settled us in the suite. I don't know what the usual rooms are, but in my understanding the suite looks exactly wrong.
The room has a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a bidet. What's cool in Arab countries, there is a shower for the toilet everywhere.
The room has a large bed, table, TV, coffee table and sofa, chair, armchair. There is also a wardrobe, a safe, a ironing board and an iron. A tiny balcony overlooking the pool.
The pool is nice, a huge golf course nearby. You can hire a coach and play tennis on site. There is a gym.
Tomorrow and dinners are not luxurious, but you can eat (I eat rice and rice))) hummus of course. There are fruits too, everything will be served to you. Greedy for freshly squeezed orange juice. The smart guy is a juicer, but they persistently give a mock-up.
I understand the desert and it's inflated, but it's really dirty and dusty here. The white socks turned black after walking around the room. Dust flew in shreds from the extra bed. Towels in the pool of the night with you. Well)))
