Great. Excellent rooms, well-trained staff, room service. Using the guest card and only using it, you can get into the elevator and to your floor. The food in the restaurant is beyond praise. Contrary to the general opinion about "British cuisine" - there were oysters (the sea is nearby) and other seafood, including wild Scottish salmon. Great national haggis and yes...The mutton in the British Isles is simply fabulous. On the ground floor there is an impressive parking lot for a guest with a car (we had one). And of course, the bar is great with a variety of local ales. I have very pleasant memories.
