The location is normal, the views of the avenue are good. But: 1) the price tag for food and drinks is monstrous, they do not give a discount to those living in the hotel bars, a business lunch costs like lunch in a decent place, but it is inedible; 2) ventilation in the rooms did not really work, we had to keep the windows open; 3) bed linen, especially pillows, of ugly quality. The Hilton is ten times better. 4) the room service is slow. I ordered three dishes in the room, the hot was cold, and the salad was already starting to curl.
Never a second time there for anything
The cuisine is so-so, you are much inferior to other 5* in Astana. There are also often no tooth whales or vanity whales in the rooms. Marketing is weak. Put bellboys at the entrance so that the doors open and greet people or something. Otherwise, you come and for decent money, the service seems to have rented an apartment in airbnb
It's beautiful and cozy. A large conference room. The restaurant serves delicious food. Responsive staff.

I was only in the lobby, and nevertheless I experienced the level, the hotel staff were polite, I used Wi-Fi, since I did not have my own Internet, it helped me a lot, good luck and prosperity to you!
The hotel is good. The service is on the level. The breakfast is varied. There is a business lunch. Swimming pool. World Class fitness center, etc. convenient location..
Radisson is Radisson, it is on the same level everywhere. There is only one thing, BUT specifically in this hotel (maybe even specifically in my room) - a shower. Completely obscene, especially for five stars. Whatever pressure the mixer gives, the water hits with such force that it seems about to punch holes in the skin.
I love Redisson. But the pools disappointed, and the service in the restaurant, the waiters do not understand what they are serving, they can easily mix up the dishes, because they do not know how they differ.
