Clean, well-maintained rooms with good repair, excellent breakfasts with pastries and sweets for children, which is nice. Everything is insanely delicious! Rooms are cleaned every day and bottled water is supplied. The location is just great! From the high floors you can see the sea, but on the lower ones the windows open wide and you can admire what is happening around. The hotel helped out a lot with an umbrella on cloudy days and in general, the reception staff is very pleasant, ready to orient you and where the exchange offices are, and how to get there, I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is super!! The staff at the reception is so kind, so pleasant, that one feels sincerity and indifference to the guests. We had a Junior Suite on the top floor with a view of the embankment, and in the evening it was so pleasant to watch the Flaming Towers and the busy avenue. Excellent breakfasts - the choice of dishes is excellent, there are a lot of local cheeses, herbs, dairy and fermented milk products. Efficient waiters. I recommend the hotel!

The best location in the city, opposite the shopping center, next to the bridge crossing to the embankment. The very center between the old town and the new part. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is polite, the windows of our room faced the city and not the sea, so it was quiet. We didn't take breakfast, I can't say anything about the restaurant. If I return to Baku, I will definitely choose this hotel!

Clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, always ready to help. The buffet: the choice is huge, everything looks aesthetically pleasing, and most importantly - delicious.
The location is convenient - the city center, there is a place to walk (just go down to the embankment), the park area is beautiful. There is a department store on the opposite side of the street/The shopping center, where the bank branches are located, if you need to change money.

The hotel is not new , the plumbing is old , the standard rooms are not large , the breakfasts are good (buffet) , convenient location on the embankment , opposite the shopping center , plus an iron and board in the room , Wi-Fi does not work well.

We visited Baku. I never thought that the city was so beautiful and organic. Anyone who has been biased and has never been there will be surprised, very much. According to the hotel, I found the hotel on the booking page. I chose a room with a sea view, as the hotel is 200 m from the Caspian Sea. I will not write about the cost of the hotel, since it changes depending on the time of year and over time anyway, but there was one caveat - a 4-star hotel cost 5* and there was a nuance - after choosing a room with a certain price, the hotel then added about 15% of the cost (some kind of tax), so keep this in mind. This is the first time I've encountered this. The hotel is located 25 minutes from the Heydar Aliyev Airport in the city center, although you might think that this is the outskirts, since it is located on the seashore. Nearby are Hilton, Marriott and many other famous hotels. I really liked the breakfasts, the silence in the room, the room itself - there is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and other amenities. I didn't really like the room service - it was the impression that the staff was saving on us - either a single rate was set for two, or nothing was set at all - it concerns water, tea bags, coffee and bathroom accessories. Interestingly, wooden sticks should be included daily, used instead of spoons - but they were never put in after the first day at all. Of course, you could ask the staff at the reception, but this fact was present. Overall, a very good impression.

A wonderful hotel with a wonderful location! All attractions are within walking distance. Clean, new, bright rooms. A good bar (although the prices are too high, even compared to restaurant ones). All staff speaks Russian and is ready to help with any issue. The breakfast is delicious. I could definitely recommend this hotel!

It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. The location is the most excellent!!! I don't take breakfast, it's expensive , for breakfast ,there are a lot of cafes nearby where you can have breakfast perfectly and the price is much lower. We ran to Anadolu, not very far. Clean, cleaned every day. The only thing I didn't understand was why, a woman was running around the floor every morning, knocking on doors and saying something in Azerbaijani. It's like we're leaving. That was infuriating, you were sleeping to yourself, and then someone was knocking loudly on the door and saying something loudly. I want to sleep, vacation, but they don't give you! At the reception I told about it. And I warned that I would write in the review. The windows of the room did not face the boulevard, but the courtyard of another hotel with a view of the city. But the sound insulation is excellent. These days it was such a strong evening that you couldn't stand on your feet, and there was no noise and no blowing. Good thick night curtains. In the room and brought a lot of water, tea, coffee, sugar, too, in large quantities. I put 4 races, for spoiled mornings. Otherwise, everything is fine.

I really liked the hotel.
Booked through the app, paid on the spot unionpay. The location is good, on the embankment, opposite the shopping center with a supermarket, bowling alley, cinema.
Breakfast was ordered in the room-large portions, reasonable price.
The staff is super welcoming.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of at least some kind of spa (especially when it's cool)

There are positive emotions from the hotel, the first significant + is the location, the second significant + is the kitchen just super, the staff is courteous and attentive, excellent service. I took off the star only because of the room, or rather because of its location on the 3rd floor, the windows faced the roadway and it was a problem for me to fall asleep, I found earplugs in the room on the second day, probably I'm not the only one with a light sleep))) otherwise, I recommend, take the floors above there is no such problem.

I've been choosing between this and the neighboring hotels for a long time. I decided to stay on it because of the excellent location and did not regret it at all, and that's why:
* One of the best services that I have come across. The staff was always kind and went to the meeting. So they helped me include the overpayment for the second stay, and also at 3 a.m., when I was ill, they brought water despite the late hour
* Excellent location, nearby there is a large shopping center with a grocery store and an exchange office, an embankment, a metro station, the old town and the main attractions can be quickly reached on foot

* Very beautiful view of the Caspian Sea from the room
* Very good and varied breakfasts: vegetables, fruits, sweets, various local cheeses and even a small section with sweets for children. The food is constantly being updated and we always had enough, although we came to breakfast late
* The restaurant itself is also very good. Interesting serving of dishes, beautiful interior and delicious food. The New Year's menu was also very pleased
* There is water with fresh lemons, oranges and mint in the lobby for guests
Minuses
* Noise from the highway can be heard in rooms with sea views, sound insulation does not help. There are a lot of cars even at night, so it was not easy to fall asleep. Therefore, if you like silence, it is better to choose rooms with views of the courtyard
* After sunset, the room is very dark, there is not enough lighting. There are few lamps and they are weak
* There are no sockets on the sides of the bed to charge the phone. The nearest ones were on the table, which is very inconvenient
* The hotel does not have a spa area, only a fitness center

We visited Baku for the first time. We were satisfied with the choice of the hotel. It is located in the city center, across the street there is a shopping center and a beautiful embankment stretching
along the shore of the Caspian Sea. It is not very convenient to get to the Old Town by public transport, but it takes 20 minutes on foot. A very rich and delicious breakfast. But most of all I liked the hotel staff. I would like to express my special gratitude to Manager Farik. Very hospitable, friendly, professional manager. Helped solve many issues. Plus: it's located in the center, 10 minutes to the metro, 40 minutes to the old town on foot. They cleaned cleanly, put water on.
Cons: it is located in the center, right on the Oil Tanker - loaded highway. A single double-glazed window with loosely fitting seals almost does not muffle traffic noise. Until late at night, traffic cops with a siren and a loudspeaker chase parking violators under the window. There is a shopping mall directly opposite, so there is no direct view of the Caspian Sea. The air conditioner is also noisy. Three-course breakfasts, green fruits, no baking of their own, once in the morning there was an omelette fryer. For 5(!) We haven't changed our bed linen for a single night! Honestly, honestly. I even clarified at the checkout, but they told me that they had to change it every day and changed it. A neighbor had a tray with dirty dishes placed in front of the room for almost a day. And this is all a 4* hotel! I paid two hundred dollars a night, apparently only for the Radisson nameplate. I do not recommend it at all: price / quality - achtung.
