The second time at the hotel. I really like the location, you can walk to the main attractions. Just awesome view from the 6th and 7th floors, there is a terrace. A good restaurant on the 7th floor, the prices are reasonable. I didn't like that we tried to intrusively turn on 500 lira for service from above, as if past the cash register (we paid with a card), we were going to leave tips anyway, but not in such quantity.
The rooms are tired and require renovation.
The staff is friendly and ready to help with any questions.

Great hotel,trained staff,very convenient location, close to the center-Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque,tram, all 5 minutes from the hotel!!!they greeted my daughter and me perfectly at night, immediately settled into the room, brought cozy bathrobes,slippers and water,very good Cosmetics,friendly staff,attentive and respectful to all tourists, breakfasts with a gorgeous view,there are gluten-free products, freshly squeezed juices and Turkish coffee, which is very important for us, an outdoor terrace, always cleanliness, music, flowers, the main advantage of this hotel is the availability of water in free access, there is drinking and mineral and cucumber-lemon water everywhere, a wonderful spa, an excellent gym, there is a massage, the only thing is that the rooms are too small, but the bed is comfortable, we got enough sleep... we spent a wonderful three days, we called a taxi to the airport inexpensively,we will stay again, we liked everything very much,we had dinner in the evening at the restaurant in the hotel itself, we did not go anywhere,we ate chupra fish,well,it is sooo delicious,the service is at its best everywhere,I would put all 5.Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the managers and all the staff for such a warm welcome!!!

Huge greetings to everyone!
We are dismantling another hotel.
I start with what I liked.
1. Location: Just great. Five minutes from the tram stop, currency exchange and street cafes where delicious Turkish food is prepared for takeaway. The Grand Bazaar is ten minutes away. Well, in general, the whole center of the old town is nearby.
There is a grocery store almost around the corner, where there is a little bit of everything. And even a cold beer. (But look at the prices. In Turkey, they consider it "by eye" in favor of the institution).
2. Cleanliness and order in the rooms. As well as in all hotels of this chain.
3. Polite staff. Sometimes you can meet Russian-speaking administrators at the reception.
4. Delicious and quite varied breakfasts.
5. Beautiful view of the Marmara Sea, opening from the veranda of the restaurant and the solarium on the roof. There is even a small pool, but the water in it is quite cool.
Of the disadvantages, except that the "tired" furniture stock.
High prices at the rooftop restaurant. Around the corner, the same authentic dish is much cheaper.
And, oddly enough, the location is back. To get by taxi during rush hour, through the narrow and completely clogged streets of the old city is another quest.
But walk, walk from the heart!

The convenient location of the hotel (located in the old town), many attractions can be reached on foot. Good staff, clean, varied breakfasts. I saw a hotel employee checking the dust on paintings hanging in the common hallway. I didn't like that the rooms were small. A room of 25 meters in another hotel looks much bigger 😊

I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms, delicious cuisine, friendly well-trained staff.
The hotel is located in the city center near the promenade and the beach, the port and the marina for private ships in the area of shops, so beloved by our buyers of wholesale Turkish clothing.
Nearby is the Grand Bazaar (Istanbul's largest indoor market) - another pleasure besides the waterfront and decent shops.
The restaurant is on the 7th floor - with stunning views of the Marmara Sea, the marina and the city. Everything is very beautiful. You can have a relatively cheap and delicious lunch right at the hotel, which was a huge plus for us, because even in the eateries around the Grand Bazaar there were atomic prices. The cost of a room for two with breakfast is 225 euros per day. This is a regular room, not a premium one.
I recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel In the old town, all the sights are within walking distance. A clean room, good linen, bathrobes, slippers, a rooftop pool, and always very tasty buffet breakfasts. The staff is always friendly!

The rooms are a little tired, the breakfasts are normal, my super location itself is, to any attraction in the old town on foot! The staff is quite good-natured, not intrusive. Downstairs there is a super pub for residents, a welcome cocktail, alcoholic sangria . In general, I liked everything .

It feels like a network-in relation to the staff, a beautiful lobby, a clean bed!
I recommend taking the 5th floor with a sea view-it's amazing. The cries of seagulls add to the marine atmosphere!
I am very happy with the steam room (Russian steam room), the pool is 1.4 meters, there are few people-I swim alone!
The most beautiful view terrace!I recommend not to take breakfast in the accommodation, but to have breakfast on the terrace (photo attached!)-at a price of about 1500-1800 per person!The portions are huge.
By location-there are 2 tram stops from the main facilities!
Welcome to the market!

I took off the star for the "fatigue" of the hotel. Clean, polite staff, a good breakfast buffet, an excellent restaurant with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus, BUT ... repairs were done ten years ago, mold in the bathroom, when you exit you immediately get to the shopping street, where guys scurry with carts loaded with goods… But the Grand Bazaar itself is 5 minutes away and there is a tram stop.

I'll tell you why you shouldn't move in here and the advantages.
• Radisson itself does not control what information the agents broadcast.
It was booked for 90k₽ for 5 nights, two separate rooms in one room.
fact: we were settled in 15 meters with a kingsize double bed from which the back fell off and with an additional cot where there was no duvet cover. The third person was just hiding under a blanket.
they promised to fix the situation in the next 2 days, BUT nothing happened.
• the pool looks like a Jacuzzi :)
• dirty carpet with stains
• WELL, IT'S A SAD "restaurant" on the 7th floor. the food is like in a cafeteria. absolutely tasteless. The receipt was for 6k liras in the photo.
• The location of the hotel resembles a vibe flea market. It's like you live in a slum and after walking 100 meters, a flea market begins. There are no good cafes/street food that tastes good.
basically, everything is for tourists where there is no service and they cook to the hilt.
See for yourself and try to take any random food;)
I urge you not to buy a strifood and NOT to visit establishments. They don't care what you serve or how delicious it is and how much it costs. Just to sell it to you. It's shameless.

He spoke Russian and helped in communication with the administrators, although this was NOT his job. I also noticed how he solved conflict issues with feigned concern.
The waiters in the restaurant and during breakfast are incredibly nice and helpful.

She was staying at the hotel in early June 2024.
Among the advantages: excellent location, 5 minutes to the Marmara sea in one direction and 5 minutes to the T1 tram and the Grand bazaar in the other. The room is clean, cleaning for all 5+, comfortable.
From : water was replenished poorly, coffee and tea were rarely brought. The breakfasts are very poor, do not match the price of accommodation, the coffee machine was constantly breaking down. There is no Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

Close to the main attractions, near the tram stop. A good breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the Marmara Sea. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant several times, I liked it. The room is small, additional. the bed (cot) is uncomfortable. The cleaning is good, daily. The staff is polite. The area down from the hotel to the sea is dirty.

The hotel is located in the city center. 5-15 minutes walk to the main attractions of the city. Plus, there is a T1 tram stop nearby. The hotel is located on a shopping street (bags and shoes). The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has an English pub (beer prices are above $10) and a restaurant with a gorgeous view of the city. The rooms are clean. They often complain that the rooms are too small, but I disagree. For the old city center, according to European concepts, it is even a very normal size. You didn't feel squeezed. And even with my wife and daughter, we went to visit our parents in the same standard room. We stirred up to chat in the evening without any problems.
Breakfasts without chefs - all the food is on the tables, but you can order scrambled eggs and omelets. The pool is small. You must come with a swimming cap. You can buy it at the SPA for a couple of dollars. I highly recommend going out on the veranda on the 6th floor before sunset and taking beautiful photos.

We chose this hotel based on its location to historical sites: St. Sophia Church, mosques and museums, markets. Convenient - the tram stop is 200 m away. The rooms are clean, but the split is noisy - it is impossible to sleep. The best thing about the hotel is its restaurant on the 7th floor: the view is wonderful, the dishes are not bad, 7/10, the service is on the level. The staff is very friendly.

The location is ideal for those who want exotic. 5 minutes to the main Bayazet market, 10 minutes to St. Sophia and the Blue Mosque. On foot, of course… The room stock is a bit old, but it will be quite suitable for a short stay. The breakfasts are normal, the kitchen meets the wishes. The restaurant has the same cuisine as in the diet of the stay, but the price tag is clearly too high. It's tastier and cheaper in the city, even on the tourist Istiklal. The reception is lovely and responsive, there is a special Russian-speaking manager. The pool, hammam, and outdoor verandas have a positive effect on the view of the Bosphorus.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. A good hotel, excellent breakfasts with sea views, the standard room is not large, but cozy, daily cleaning, all hygiene supplies are provided every day. Convenient location to all the central attractions, even Istiklal Street can be reached on foot, although if there are difficulties with steep ascents, it is better to take a taxi. Good location: close to all the main attractions. We were given two combined rooms for three people, for the price of a triple room! Super - two bathrooms! Everything is fine in the rooms, high-quality shower sets, powerful hair dryer, magnifying mirror. There is water, tea with different flavors, coffee, a box with branded cookies as a greeting. There is a table in the lobby of the hotel, near the elevators, where there are bottles of water and vases with apples - very nice)
The staff is extremely helpful, although they speak only English. But there shouldn't be any problems with this anymore, I think)
A stunning panoramic veranda and a restaurant with live music in the evenings on the 7th floor. The food is excellent (as everywhere in Turkey) and the price is not shocking: lunch with beer is about 80 euros for three, dinner with wine is around 100.
Minus - you can't pour coffee at breakfast yourself, only through the waiter, it's long and inconvenient.

I can't rate the hotel unambiguously good or bad. There are pros and cons.
On the one hand, an absolutely wonderful breakfast: a lot of things and everything is delicious, and what a view of the city!! Magic!
The location is, in principle, convenient - it is close to St. Sophia and to the Grand Bazaar too. It is also not far to go down to the sea and walk along quite authentic streets.
The price is not bad. A postcard and cookies from the staff upon check-in.
On the other hand, the hotel is tired. The three of us got a tiny and very shabby number. Although the minarets and the nearby sea are visible through the window.
This is not the most pleasant area. Under the windows is the collapse of a shoe wholesale bazaar. Until dark. With screams and screams. With the feeling that you are somewhere in the Luzhniki of the 90s. But don't expect to buy anything here - they sell only in bulk. You walk around and lick your lips.
In general, I wouldn't do it a second time.

The hotel itself is already asking to be renovated, everything is tired, to put it mildly, starting from the corridor, ending with the rooms. The bed with pillows is fine!!! The breakfasts are varied, everything is beautifully laid out, but the taste is three-fold, something is over-dried, something is over-salted...
