The rooms are gorgeous, only part of the hall is in the photo, we were very tired in the front, so we only had enough strength for one frame))) we rested for a couple of days, the pool was right on our floor, there was clean water, sun beds are all as we dreamed)) the breakfast is very varied, everything is delicious, freshly cooked
On March 13, money was stolen from my room: 30 thousand rubles and $ 400, right out of my suitcase. I've been to 20 countries (Thailand 5 times), hundreds of hotels, but this is the first time I've had a theft. I went to the reception, they looked at the cameras, they said only the cleaner came in, but it wasn't his fault.
At my request to call the police, they offered me to go to the police station 5 km away. Unfortunately, the flight was the next day in the morning, it was evening, so I decided not to go to the station. I think the staff is in business, behaved brazenly, entering the room, the main guard began to search the room. I hope the hotel management will take action, and this will not happen to other guests.
We were in Bangkok in February 2022. The hotel is nice, with beautiful and spacious rooms. But... no one warned us (neither the booking nor the staff) that the hotel was covid. People were quarantined in neighboring rooms. Some of them had coronavirus. Breakfast was brought at 7 a.m. in a bag and containers, left under the door. Wasps were being poisoned by the pool. The gym and other services were closed due to covid, which was also not reported anywhere. In general, we were not satisfied. If they had known that there was a quarantine and everything would be like this, they would not have stopped. Although the hotel itself is beautiful.
If someone thinks that Radisson is a high-quality franchise, a chain of hotels with the highest level of comfort, then you are mistaken. This hotel has not been renovated for 10-15 years. All the furniture is old, scratched and scuffed, the carpets are dirty, no one washes the sanitary ware, cobwebs on the ceiling. The impression is terrible. It's not worth the money.
