There is a beach and a forest in one place. But the rocky entrance does not allow you to enjoy swimming. There were a lot of people and swearing after the presidential decree.

I really liked it there,it is located in a closed area in the forest,a good beach,there is a swimming pool,massage,salt cave,good staff,they take you to your bungalow on the territory,large Parking lot,squirrels jump in the trees in front of the house😊

We rested in the Alpha building, there are no complaints about the rooms, clean and cozy. But the food is not at all delicious, all the products are monotonous, the dishes are all chipped. The beach is generally a separate topic, there are not enough places, the sand is dirty, everything is in cigarette butts. The price does not match the service. It 's very noisy .

Among the advantages: beautiful territory, delicious food in the dining room.
Of the cons: broken bathroom fittings, hot water had to wait for 10 minutes, because it drained; a non-working TV and phone; eternal "does not work" on the territory of the entire complex; blatant lack of reception, departure fell on the day of tourism, so we neither accepted the room nor took the keys (had to be guarded) because the staff celebrated this "significant day" at the club on the premises.
If it weren't for 30 thousand in three days, no complaints, so don't come here if you value your nerves and time

The rest is good. The plumbing is worn out, the water is poorly regulated, and the Wi-Fi is weak.
The territory is well maintained, there are a lot of people. The food is simple and hearty, coffee is for the money. There is a village around, it is not worth walking. There is a normal restaurant in the Center of the city.

For a long time they could not get into the territory, they rented apartments, in order to get there they also had to pay the administration. For the same money, it would be possible to put the beach in order, the sand is dirty everywhere, cigarette butts, the shore is rocky, dirty. There are no sun beds to be found, a lot of broken ones, for such money it was possible to improve the service. The cafe has terrible food, the price and quality do not match at all, by the way, the only plus is the territory of the owners is ennobled, it was nice to walk.

Everything is good or tolerable for such prices ($120 per night), but the beach is shallow. The bottom is slightly muddy and with a slight disturbance the water becomes cloudy. I do not recommend diving from the pier (3 pieces) - shallow. It's a long way to the beach.

I have been vacationing here for many years. I like everything very much.
The service is excellent, living in a cottage, in the evening on the terrace it's best to have a beer or have tea with your family.
The beach is well arranged, the sand is cleaned, there is no garbage. The bottom is of course a little rocky near the shore, but then there is sand.
In general, I recommend it.
