I sent my mother-in-law and her cat to this clinic because it was near her house.
The cat has not eaten for several days. At the clinic, they “did” biochemistry for him – they said the results were normal, they recorded an ultrasound the next day. They did an ultrasound and said that the cat was fine, but if he didn't eat for 3 days, “Come and put him to sleep.”
After listening to this strange story, he took the cat and took it to another clinic the next day.
Ultrasound and biochemistry were not on the card, and when asked to provide them, I received the following response: “We do not store ultrasound results, but I will send you biochemistry on Viber.” Of course, nothing was sent.
At another clinic, the cat was immediately fed with an IV, tests were taken, and the biochemistry results were already on our phone that evening.
The cat's liver failed, we went on IVs, but alas, the cat lasted only a couple more days.…
What happened at the Hospitable Doctor has remained a mystery to me. How could you not see such problems with the cat's health? Were they doing services or just taking money? Would it have been possible to save the cat if we had immediately started treatment?
But one thing I know for sure, I can't risk the health of my pets, so I'm sorry, but I certainly can't contact you or recommend you.…

They are very pleasant doctors, they understand and are not indifferent to animals. There is an oxygen chamber. Good prices, the queue is small. They even accepted a bird, I am very happy, thank you ☺️ good vet clinic

This is the first time I've written a negative review. But I was very disappointed to visit this clinic. They complained of itching in a cat. Maxim Arkadyevich refused to examine and treat the cat, as they had previously been treated by another doctor. He said that he does not adjust the treatment of another specialist, at most he can conduct a consultation (50 rubles).I just don't understand the point of this consultation, I won't go to another doctor with these recommendations to teach him how to treat properly. At some point, I was ready for a consultation, but the boorish attitude of the doctor stopped the desire. At the same time, the doctor motivated his refusal by saying that he did not want to take up treatment after another doctor, so that later he would not be blamed for the deplorable outcome (if such a thing happened). For the first time in 6.5 years, a cat got sick, and faced with such a situation, to put it mildly, I am shocked that such an attitude of doctors happens. From visiting the clinic, I got the impression that the doctor (Maxim Arkadyevich) does not care about the care itself, but about his opinion (if suddenly the cat does not get better, he will be blamed for this)
