We went to the clinic on the 3rd day after our cat was bitten by an unknown animal. The reception was conducted by Tatyana Vasilyevna. She did not have a conversation about the dangers of rabies, methods of transmission, prevention, etc. (First of all, the host / hostess makes an appointment and the bitten animal implies a threat to life).
After an unsatisfactory examination, on the table without animal holders, without gloves (palpation and examination of the skin were not fully performed, wounds were not found on the posterior-lateral surface of the trunk on the left, subsequently discovered independently. I also felt humiliated personally as a hostess, she began to compare me with a cat in build, in character. No ethics! Boorish attitude and rudeness! I called Maxim Arkadyevich with this claim, but he only told me that they could refuse admission at all! On the 10th day after the bite, we wanted to take the cat to another clinic and found out that the clinics had been notified that we could ask for an appointment and not be accepted. All clinics refused us, except for the state one. That is, this clinic also tried to prevent us from visiting the animal.
