This is the most luxurious hotel on the coast of Side. The food is amazingly delicious. The beach is sandy, the water is awesome. The service at the hotel is top notch. I recommend it to everyone!!!

We visited a hotel for pensioners in June 2024 .. The Russians have a terrible attitude, the cocktails are not delicious, and there is no choice of food.. all fruits are not ripe (the Germans like them) there is no territory. The room was great, they paid extra on the spot.
They were entertaining themselves, the animation was stupid..
in general, if you want to relax without children and Russians, quietly and go to bed at 22.00, then you are here.

I liked the hotel, but if you want fun and entertainment, you definitely are not here. The contingent is 60+. They are mostly German pensioners, there are very few Russians. Activities include playing bocce and volleyball on the beach.
I didn't like the evening show - groups were invited who sang or danced for half an hour.
The rooms have everything you need, cleaned every day, the room is clean
The staff is polite and friendly.
The territory of the hotel is small, but literally 1 km away is the Old Town with historical archaeological ruins and a pedestrian zone along the sea stretches for 8 km, so you can walk and walk easily 10,000 steps.
The hotel has a swimming pool, a spa and a gym with good equipment
The beach is within walking distance. A very good entry into the sea is hard sand without a single pebble.
The food is quite varied 24/7. You will definitely not stay hungry. It is very convenient to place an order using a QR code - the order is delivered very quickly.
I recommend the hotel, although a couple of years ago a lot more service was offered in 4 stars.

I liked the hotel. I went with friends who had already been there, so there were no surprises. The room was a suite for three people. Two rooms, two balconies, one with Jacuzzi, one "for smoking". Upon request, a euro cot and a normal warm blanket were provided. The staff is friendly, sometimes they forget the request, but it is not difficult to remind them additionally, because they have a lot of work. Everything that is specified in the hotel's concept of nutrition, room service - everything was provided. The food is good, I would say that it is quite healthy. There are portions for ants in the a la carte restaurant, but in two and a half hours of all this action we were very full. And the fact that the dessert failed, so it's for the best. The drinks were so-so, but it didn't really matter to us. The beach is clean, the sea is warm, what else is needed for a complete reboot. The fact that the main building is located a little further away is even good. It's even useful to take a walk once again. The animation is very unobtrusive, some kind of show in the evening, nothing special, but you can go once or twice. In general, I really liked this place regarding shops, transport accessibility and infrastructure. And it is important that the airport is only 50 km away. The contingent is adult, there are no children and this is good, according to the composition: Germans, Russians, Poles. Maybe there was someone else, but it's not clear. Quiet, peaceful, friendly. I would have come here again, maybe, but there are so many other places...

Super hotel, I really liked it. Ordering drinks and meals is organized by scanning a QR code directly on the tables and deck chairs. I've never seen anything like this before. There is also a Swedish line and an Ala card, food and drinks 24/7. Very good animation. The staff is very polite and friendly. The SPA is above all praise. Walking distance to the museum under the open sky (ancient Roman city). We had a rest in July 2024.

We rested here with my husband in 2019. On July 6 there was a wedding, and on July 8 we were already at the hotel, the star was removed due to the fact that there were no "buns" for the newlyweds, although it was said on the hotel's website that they would be, even a marriage certificate was attached, but alas. Then they realized that they had to pay extra for the "buns" - and then there would be a decorated room, a table and a welcome complement.
In general, there is only a good impression about the hotel - the food is excellent, as stated. The territory is small, but well maintained. The staff is adequate and polite.

Hello. We had a rest at the raga hotel, a building by the sea since 13.09.2023. We arrived at 4 am, group transfer, on the way we were assured that check-in on arrival, despite check-in at 14 o'clock. The reception confirmed check-in at 14 o'clock. We changed our clothes in the luggage room and went to the sea. I called the hotline of the receiving party, and we were settled at 11 o'clock. The room is small, the water in the shower does not pass, there is always water, an unpleasant smell, there is no toothpaste, brushes, shaving accessories in the room, only fish is cooked from seafood during the stay, tasteless. In the evenings, loud music, sleeping pills, earplugs did not help, plus: clean, warm sea, sand, evening promenade.

The hotel is nice, new, quiet. We rested there in July 2021. The hotel is small, there are not many rooms. The territory is small. The hotel has two buildings. One is right on the sea, but it's very noisy there. All the animation takes place there. The main building is located 5 minutes from the sea. Room cleaning is also good. The hotel is very peculiar. Firstly, the catering system is different from all other hotels in Turkey. This is not a buffet, but a restaurant serving dishes. The order is made through the app on the phone. The dishes are served by the waiters. Not everyone may like this system. For example, I liked it, but my husband didn't. You order a dish from the menu and don't quite understand what it is and how it will look. They asked the manager to add photos of these dishes and their description to the menu. Secondly, the hotel has an unusual animation. It is also not the same as in other hotels in Turkey. Every evening there was live music by different artists. Ice cream all day. There is a bar on the beach. You can have lunch there. On the beach, you can order drinks through the app and a waiter will bring them to the sun beds. There were few Russians, mostly Europeans. The concept of the hotel is 16+, so it's quiet here., there are no children in the hotel. The manager is always at the hotel. All the guests know him. He can sit at the same table with you and have lunch with the same thing that the guests eat. Ask what you like and what you don't like. He approaches and welcomes almost every guest. But this is not familiarity, but polite and correct. I recommend the hotel for a good relaxing stay. Nearby is the promenade along which it is pleasant to walk along the sea, where there are many different hotels and bars

A wonderful hotel. Compared to the others, where I managed to visit, it stands out especially... Good cuisine, there are always free tables in the restaurant, DELICIOUS!!! coffee in the restaurant (which has not been available in most 5* hotels for a long time), attentive staff, a small clean area, the Internet always works great (even on the beach), there are always free sun loungers on the beach at any time of the day....the little things make up a great vacation👍

In fact, the hotel is unique. I have not seen such people in Turkey anymore. The four is not due to quality, but simply, judging by the standard, it is relatively small. There is not half of that standard and already boring set of amusements that Turkey is famous for. Plus, after all, the main building is not on the first coastline.
But how nice it is to rediscover one of your favorite countries! The hotel was opened last year, but has already been completed with new rooms due to demand. It is aimed at Germans. There are plenty of ours, but there are not enough "bulls" yet. Well-trained staff, no familiarity or familiarity. And a very rational business structure. Who is interested in studying abroad - there is something to see there! The real ergonomics is such that there is nothing superfluous! Europe appreciates this very much, and so do our people who vacationed there. The reviews ask you to pay attention to taking care of the environment. Separate garbage collection. The food is organized beyond praise so that nothing is thrown out of the food. It is impossible to look at the mountains of food that go to the trash in All Inclusive hotels. At the same time, everything is fresh, tasty, and varied - both European and national cuisine. Moreover, baklava is made by a pastry chef better than a store one! In general, anyone who appreciates a careful approach with a high level of service is here. There are a couple more chips that are only here, but I will not mention them. Let it remain a secret...
and one more thing: cats and dogs are very popular here. They do not offend anyone, but they welcome, feed and take care of them. therefore, please do not worry zoophobes. At the same time, perfect cleanliness is everywhere. Special people keep an eye on all this. Our citizens, scaring cats and watering them with water...not welcome! (I'll meet you again and punch you in the face).
The hotel is not perfect. He has something to correct and strive for. (That's why it's also 4, or rather 4 plus. We have something to compare it with). But they perceive the information and are grateful for the corrections, and ask to always report if something is wrong. And they have achieved a lot themselves. Therefore, we are sure that if we report our claims, they will fix everything. The main thing is to communicate.
Either the owner or the director was with us at the hotel..but he ate the same as everyone else, regularly..He has all his top staff with him.
The attitude towards all tourists is the same and respectful. They just know the Europeans better there. But on a personal level, they warmly remember many of our people and really always help if you suddenly notice signs of an uneven relationship. The main thing is not to talk about "getting up from your knees", "we can repeat" and other heresy.. smile, communicate, respect..and you will definitely get the same answer. By the way, our compatriots communicate well with everyone else there...It is an excellent proof that recreation and tourism are the basis of good neighborliness. And the Raga Hotel is perfectly adapted for this.

An expensive hotel, focused on Europe and the Germans in the first place. However, if you speak a little bit of English and, unlike most of your fellow citizens, you know what a TIP is, you won't notice much difference in attitude towards yourself. The flip side is an amazing daily a la carte meal and buffet at the same time, plus two a la carte restaurants for free by appointment once a week. The system of ordering drinks and snacks through the app on your phone to any point of the hotel. Its own beach with a bar and grill, good animation, gym, etc. A wonderful promenade on the waterfront, which is a pleasure to walk in Side.

We stayed at the hotel for a week from May 24th.I do not share the enthusiasm of tourists, everything is very average.We arrived at the hotel in the evening, checked in for 2 hours, although no one else was there.At the end of a long conversation about the joys awaiting us, they gave us the keys to the room.We went in and out, next to the hood, a view of the dusty road, I really regret that I did not take a photo.they refused, offered to come over tomorrow, were outraged, and were given another room with a view of the pool.Everything seems to be fine, but you can only sleep with the windows closed, because they walk until the morning, it's very noisy.To go to the sea, this is actually the second line, it's unpleasant in the heat.No one knows Russian, and if they understand, then a few words.They clean well, the most friendly are the maids.The food is good, but not better than the other fives.In general, we will not go anymore

We had a rest in early June 2018. The hotel has just opened. I won't talk about imperfections - this is normal in a newly built hotel. The main disadvantages are the disdainful attitude towards Russians. The main focus is on the Germans. The same attitude at the reception. You may be interrupted if the Germans come up with a question. You will wait until they finish talking to them and solve their problems. We arrived at night, at 21:00. The manager immediately said that there was only one available room (!!) on the ground floor, where an industrial air conditioner works under the balcony so that noise can be heard in the room with the balcony closed. At the same time, we paid for a room with a sea view, which already implies a floor above the 3rd (given the distance from the sea and the proximity to other hotels). After looking at the room, we said that it is not possible to live like this for 14 days. The manager immediately offered to pay an additional 150 euros (!!) to move into a room on the 5th floor..One night we spent the night under the noise of the air conditioner. In the morning, the problem was voiced to the hotel manager. In the afternoon we were moved to a room on the 4th floor.... There was also a residue because the next day we realized that the hotel was only 1/3 full and there were plenty of rooms available. The hotel was clearly saving on food. Perhaps this is the first time, since the hotel is just open. There were no blankets in any room (I'm surprised that no one else wrote about it). It was suggested to sleep under a scratchy blanket without a duvet cover. When asked about blankets, we were told that it was already hot. All 14 nights we slept under dressing gowns, it's more comfortable this way. The air conditioner works by the hour (!!). And this is a 5-star hotel? This meant that during the day, after returning from the beach, you can not always use it, and at night, at 12 o'clock, it is generally turned off until the morning. It's stuffy to sleep. In the end, you decide for yourself, but I will definitely not return to this hotel.
