A great room for an overnight stay. The hotel is certainly not 5 stars, but the rooms are well equipped, the beds and mattress are comfortable, the only bed linen and towels are already a little rolled up, and so clean and cozy, most importantly quiet and the location is good. The most important thing is an excellent price, unlike hotels in the city, which are not really overpriced, given that there is no special difference!

We were passing through, checked in around 5 a.m. (it's very nice that we counted the day from 5 a.m. to 5 a.m. the next day). The room is clean and tidy. I wish the administration and staff all the best!!!

We were passing through Kokshetau, looking for a place with our daughter where we can sit for 4 hours. It is possible to pay by the hour. I put 3 for the location, variability with payment. For the interior, no offense, 0. In the 4th room, the door frame falls out into the shower. It felt like they were sleeping in the hallway, the sound insulation was zero.

We were in room 12, the TV was not working. The lighting is very dim. Bad internet signal. There was someone's hair and crumbs in the bed. There is enough hot water for one person (if you do not wash your hair) There is no cafe at the hotel. Among the advantages: a spacious room, polite staff.

An old sagging mattress. It feels like you're sleeping in a hammock. My back hurts in the morning. Do not order anything from the food. It's a nightmare. The sausages in the dough are rubber with colored sausages. They look more like a dummy made of styrofoam. Both in appearance and taste. The TV remote is broken in half. There are no hygiene products. Towels are like sandpaper. I do not recommend it
