He's already my family! I have been visiting the Ike Beauty salon for many years. Igor is the best master stylist in the city! I recently discovered a comprehensive sculptural and manual facial and body massage in this salon. There is no such thing as a facial massage starting with the legs and back, first working out the whole body, then the face and mask. This is a super relaxation, wellness and restoration of youth in one procedure! Many thanks to Lyudmila! I received a lot of compliments about my face on New Year's Eve! The main thing is without injections and any other chemicals!
A good restaurant, I take foreign and nonresident guests there, there have never been any censures, the cuisine suits every taste, from hamburgers to high European cuisine, and of course the interior, in the middle of a chic hotel lobby, amazes everyone! The swimming pool with sauna is another attraction of this hotel. The price tag is high for all services, but this is a five-star service!

The hotel is nice. The rooms have everything you need. The heating can be adjusted. There is a small balcony.
Several restaurants, a large menu. They cook quickly, but you need to check the receipt.
Very good breakfasts.
There is no currency exchange or business center. It's inconvenient.
TV with programs in several languages.
I didn't like the housekeeping service, the sign asking for room cleaning can hang around all day. You have to ask for cleaning at the reception all the time. But the cleaning is done well.
The bed is comfortable, there are many pillows of different stiffness.
Wonderful SPA area
A good gym.
I recommend it for living.

This is a great hotel.
Decent 5*, which the staff supports through courtesy, friendliness, good service, maintaining excellent condition.
The hotel itself is in a convenient location. Nearby: circus, stadium, metro station "Auezov theater". Some rooms on high floors offer magnificent mountain views. Rooms with different areas. All rooms have balconies.
Excellent pool in the basement, after renovation. There is a steam room at the pool (hammam, Finnish sauna, Russian sauna), a gym. The rooms correspond to the cost.
There are restaurants and cafes on the ground floor 24/7.
A good breakfast can be included in the room rate or eaten separately. It is convenient for business meetings in a relaxed format.
The taxi arrives at the entrance of the hotel, under a canopy.

The room above the smoking room. It smells strongly of tobacco smoke. Things instantly acquire a persistent aroma . The windows can't be opened, the air conditioner can't cope. The same absence of a valve in the sink.
The lighting in the rooms leaves much to be desired. There is very little of it
