I came twice 1-3 hours before closing to issue and receive cards. Both times there were no special queues. Everyone I talked to spoke English.
The employee refused to open a non-resident Euro account (she opened only a dinar account), although there is such an option on the website and in another branch this account was actually opened to me. But I did not insist, otherwise, perhaps, they would have agreed here.
