This was one of the best banking experiences I have ever had and I have banked almost all over the world. I had a major problems with my account, and I found myself locked out of al my funds. The women who helped me ( I think her name was Olga, I am sorry if I got the name wrong) worked passed working hours to make sure the problem was solved, can’t thank her and the rest of the staff there enough. This bank is literally run by angels ))

В общем, отделение мне понравилось. Оно не новое, немного душное летом, но просторное. Приятно, что здесь нет очередей и есть приватные окна для обслуживания. Прагматичные сотрудники, оперативно помогли мне оформить именную дебетовую карту, ответили на мои вопросы. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам за то, что не навязывают кредиты, в отличии от других популярных банков
