I admire people who honor history! Thank you to the creators of the museum, it is a very interesting exhibition! Vagat Khachatryan conducted an interesting spiritual tour of the museum, told the story of the railways of Armenia. I highly recommend you to visit!
The museum is located inside the monumental building of the Southern Railway Station. It's like a palace inside. We were lucky: Someone was playing the piano. Acoustics are like in a philharmonic hall. In front of the station there is a monument to David Sasunzi, the epic hero of Armenia.
To the right and left of the entrance to the station are the entrances to the Subway.
Who cares, on the right is the agricultural market.
This morning, my son and I visited the Armenian Railway Museum at Yerevan station, Sasunzi David metro station.
It's a great place, there's a huge model with a running train, train station, depot, bridges and tunnels, and many other models. And the curator of the museum, who on his own initiative keeps it for free, is a very nice grandfather.
Come on!
