There is practically no parking for cars, it is far from the metro. You also need to look for a snack somewhere. Elevators are always clogged and it is often better to walk to the desired floor.

Not a bad office building. Good location. Panoramic windows. Cozy balconies. Among the disadvantages are problems with heating and electricity supply that occur too often.

What can you say about the business center itself... New, cozy, comfortable. Coffee is sold on the 1st floor, there is a Priorbank ATM. The place is gorgeous: near the Calvary, the Crown, many canteens around.
