We came to this hotel again this year. In vain. We specially bought a superior room, because last year there was a small room, killed. We decided that everything would be super in the superior, it was more expensive by 75 rubles for 9 nights. I'm attaching a photo. They refused to relocate, they said it was the best room in the hotel. There is nothing in common with the pictures from the site...an ordinary standard room, a couple of meters larger, the furniture is dead. It was building A, number 447.
The food and cleanliness are worse this year. There is no animation at all.

NOT IDEAL, BUT BETTER THAN SOME FIVES
Two adults and a teenager stayed at the hotel from July 24 to August 03.
First, I will briefly describe the pros and cons, then I will describe the details.
Positive:
Proximity to the sea. Availability of free sun loungers and places to relax. Friendly staff. Meals in Ala-kart. The presence of bar stools in the pool at the Cactus bar. The presence of a shadow over part of one pool. Nice, clean area.
Disadvantages that need to be fixed:
The absence of half of the declared drinks in bars. Very loud, unpleasant music in the area, spreading to the beach. The work of the hammam. Lack of air conditioning in the dining room. Animation. Paid, but nevertheless slow Internet.
Turhan, who answers questions and "books" rooms in advance, in fact does not affect anything, just creates a certain reputation for the hotel (which is also important). The actual reservation is made upon arrival. They choose from what they have, and not at all what they promised you. We must pay tribute to the reception staff — they are trying. Naturally, we got a completely different number than we asked for. But they tried to give us the best of what was available, we understood that and are grateful to the reception staff.
However, with the exception of reservations, wishes are taken into account whenever possible. So, by the time we arrived, both bars had backgammon, which we enjoyed playing all day.
In some ways, this hotel is even better than some budget fives.
Most of all, I liked the walking distance to the sea. And I liked the availability of free sun loungers. Finally!
TERRITORY, SWIMMING POOLS
The territory is not large, but long, narrow, stretched along the sea. Building A is the main building, building B and building C. Between B and C is the dining room. There is no air conditioning in the dining room, even in the closed hall. It's unpleasant.
There is an elevator in Building C. And in general, it's better, newer and, most importantly, quieter: the music is not so loud. All the creepy animation is making noise in front of Building A.
Opposite building A is the main pool with a slide in which aqua aerobics takes place. Children splash around in this pool all day long. However, the pool is clean. They clean it every evening.
The figures made of scrap metal on the territory are so-so, for an amateur. But the plants are very beautifully planted. There are many interesting cacti, succulents, basil, mint, and peppers growing. Lots of colors. They have an excellent gardener.

A cactus in front of building C. There, part of the pool is always in the shade. Part of the side is a bar counter and chairs right in the pool.
Next to the bar, they bake gozleme.
Lime is in front of Building B next to the playground.
The snack bar is opposite Building A in the rightmost corner, if you stand facing the sea. There, closer to the sea, Ala-karts are covered.
You can definitely relax only in front of building C in the Cactus bar. Other places are very noisy. In addition, the part of the pool next to the Cactus is most often in the shade of pine trees.
Cats live on the territory. Unsociable, combative. But on the respawn, vacationers are greeted by a charming tame playful black teenage kitty with a bell around her neck. This charm immediately set a good tone for our rest.
ROOMS
We lived in building C with an elevator. We were not given a room with a double bed, as promised. There were 3 beds of different heights in the room, so none could be moved.
It was clean, spacious, and the air conditioner was working.
Cleaning was carried out daily, except for those times when we refused it ourselves. The maids are delicate, unobtrusive.
Of the little things, you can find fault with the lock on the door and one key for all vacationers in the room.
The safe was not used. We have not heard about cases of missing items.
The minibar cools slowly.
The room has an electric kettle and everything you need to relax.
I would especially like to note the excellent sound insulation of the room.
SEA, BEACH
Everything is fine. There are enough sun beds. There is for every taste and closer to the sea and away in the shade and in the sun.
Cleanliness is being monitored.
There is a pier, but it is inconvenient to swim from it. There is an entrance to the sea from the bridge — it is convenient, most often they enter from it.
There are sofas with tables on the beach.
Everything is well thought out and promotes relaxation.
The pebbles at the entrance are not very comfortable. Swimming slippers will come in handy.
There is a plastic raft between the buoys and the shore. The stairs to it are another attraction, it would be nice to replace it with a more convenient one.
The sea is warm and clean.
There are biting fish in the sea. They bite mainly for sores if you stand up and don't swim. The whole skin is not touched.
nutrition
Diverse.
There are many nice little things like ice cream, pastries and carpacho. The only drawback is the drinks. There's nothing to drink. Coffee tea is poured by a special person. It's his turn.
There are no juices and fresh fruits or compotes.
At the entrance there are dispensers with water, which was filled with fruits, herbs and powder paint. All this stands for days, wanders, looks unappetizing and tastes terrible. It's impossible to drink it. Everyone runs to the bars for Coke and juices. Fortunately, the territory is compact.
Fruits are hard and tasteless. You can only eat watermelon.
The food in the dining room, like everywhere else in Turkish hotels, is tasteless. Everything seems fresh and beautiful, but they don't bother cooking.
I wanted to write that Turkish hotels do not know how to cook, but it turned out that this was not the case. For the first time in 20 years of my trips to Turkey, I did not regret going to Ala-kart. It was something amazing! very tasty. Really restaurant level. But there are so many things... the change of dishes, everything is so beautiful.... We sat, looked at the food and cried)) Tip: on the day of visiting Ala-karts, do not have lunch, or better yet, do not have breakfast! It's worth it.

The animation is bad. Thank God we didn't need it. I'm just noting it as a given.
The music in this hotel is terrible. I have been to Turkey more than 20 times, but I have never seen this anywhere. It is impossible to live in Building A and B. Nasty monotonous very loud music all day. For some reason, it is also being broadcast on the beach. You won't listen to the sound of the sea. In the Cactus bar, sometimes they put on something decent and not very loud.
There are no animators. Zero absolutely. They work out everything as a duty, they say everything word for word day after day, they shoot everything on camera for reporting, they say, look, we are working, the children are smiling.
You can only go to this hotel with children if you are ready to take your child yourself. One lesson for children per day at around 15 o'clock in the Lime bar. They're making some kind of crafts. And then with the parents. And the minidiscoe is boring, monotonous. They don't take care of children anymore.
The playground is located in the sun and is full of creepy-looking toys, like from horror movies (photo).
There is no child control on the slide.
There were foam parties. Well, such a thing... Thank you for not being in the pool on land. Not so traumatic.
The evening shows are a bit boring. An untalented local singer was invited several times. Probably as a payment, her whole family stayed with her at this hotel for several days. And a couple of times a trance was invited. It was a complete nightmare. A man identifying himself as a woman, in an appropriate outfit, did not just squirm on stage, but went into the audience, rubbed all parts of his body against people, sat on his knees, and some people put money in his underpants...and all this in front of the children... they threw up, they left.
BARS
There are no declared drinks and cocktails in the bars. For example, there is no declared rum. There is no cognac (however, it is not declared). Whiskey is nasty, vodka too. Efes beer is as always on top. I'm not against local alcohol, it's usually not bad, but there's nothing to drink in this hotel except cocktails and beer.
The bartenders are friendly and diligent. They make several cocktails.
During the day, cocktails are made on their own initiative and distributed to vacationers on the territory.
They can bring the ordered drink to the place of deployment. Everything is very friendly and friendly.
If you are sitting in a bar and want drinks in glass, specify: "here". If you go to the beach or to the pool, ask: "with you", you will be poured into plastic.
By our arrival, as Turhan promised, backgammon appeared in both bars.
It really brightened up our vacation and some other vacationers. Thanks!
The oasis of tranquility in this hotel is the Cactus Bar. Cozy tables with armchairs, more pleasant and quiet music, a calm pool, proximity to the sea. We spent the whole vacation there.
There is another bar along the road with pastries and snacks. A cozy place. But non-alcoholic.
HAMAM
Beach towels are changed every 2 days from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
I went once for paid treatments, as usual: peeling, foam massage, oil massage. Nothing special. Everything is as usual.
It was unpleasant that the employees of the hammam were very obsessively offering their services. But we were ready for that. What we were not prepared for was that the complex could not be used during the day. For "free" vacationers, one hour was allocated to visit the hammam from 12:00 to 13:00. Well, that is, during lunch, when it's inconvenient for anyone.
This, I think, is an outrage.
If a hammam is declared and included in the accommodation, then why are we restricted from visiting it? If I were the management, I would deal with them. They want to earn money — for God's sake, but not to the detriment of vacationers.

A good budget option. The food is varied, there are fruits, meat, and sweets. This year's innovation: at lunch and dinner, they began to put a bottle of wine and a bottle of water on the tables, it's free. There are yoga classes, aqua aerobics, and a gym for those who take care of themselves. In the evenings there is an entertainment program for children and adults. The rooms are a little tired, but for the price it is quite acceptable. Every day there are new bottles of shampoo, gel and soap. Rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly, knows Russian, meets your wishes. And of course the sea, it is warm and clean, the beach is carefully cleaned, there are always sun beds. In general, I recommend it😊

We have been staying at this hotel for the second year. The staff tries to do everything 5+++. An a la carte restaurant was opened this year. Free of charge 1 visit for those who have a rest of 10 nights or more. Italian cuisine. We visited, we liked the whole menu. I recommend it! There is a rearrangement of umbrellas and sun beds on the beach. Everything is done perfectly. For dinner, bottles of wine are placed on the tables. The menu has changed compared to last year. There are more seafood dishes. I didn't really like the pastries, but this is my opinion, the people swept everything away. Well, the big minus is the cleaning of the room. It seems that the whole floor is being washed with one rag. After cleaning, the sole of the slippers becomes dirty, although we do not wear outdoor shoes in the room.
Special thanks to the reception, they are trying to smooth out all misunderstandings.
In general, I recommend it!

A very good hotel, not for the first time and I really like everything. The food is delicious, varied, lots of different meats, chicken, fish, turkey, seafood, various side dishes, delicious pizza, especially delicious cakes and ice cream. Nice renovated rooms, cleaning every day. A cozy, clean beach. The sea is super, only the entrance to the sea is pebbles and it is better to take special slippers with you. The staff is polite and friendly!

Everything is very relative. Many thanks to the man at the reception who works the night shift. Very friendly and responsive (unfortunately I didn't pay attention to his name). But on the day the hostess of the reception is a woman, the opposite attitude to customers. Many thanks to the restaurant staff and all the service staff. They are very friendly and friendly. Respect to the cooks. There is practically no animation (the hotel was closing), perhaps this is the case, but after all, those who live in the hotel before closing also do not want to sit in the rooms. There is practically no reception, it is a depressing sight. I would really like the hotel to provide a room on duty (for an hour) when leaving the hotel so that you can take a shower and change clothes.

If you clearly prioritize and carefully study the reviews, then the vacation will be great!
That's who shouldn't go to the hotel:
1. Young active partygoers. In Rama, leisure of vacationers is the work of the vacationers themselves. Moreover, even a disco can be called a "Disco" only in a state of decent alcoholic intoxication. For 10 days, the entire list and the order of songs does not change. And the playlist sucks…
2. Pampered five–star tourists - there is no reception, there are only two bars, the territory is small, the pools are tiny, there is a state department in the rooms, alcohol is only locally bottled, there will be no bathrobes, coffee and tea on delivery and without saucers, the furniture in the restaurant is plastic.
3. Moms with noisy and restless kids – the playground is dead, there is no animation for kids, as well as a normal mini-club. Not to mention the entrance to the sea with pebbles and especially screaming music in the evenings at least until 00.
And now about OUR vacation. My husband and I are 50-year-old "non-pensioners" with a huge experience of traveling to Turkey (from 5+ star hotels to tiny Boutique hotels and villas all along the coast from Bodrum to Alanya, so we really have something to compare with). And I always choose hotels carefully, trying to draw a truthful picture from the reviews of what awaits and what to prepare for. And we were absolutely not mistaken this time.
The romance with Rama began from the moment when we crossed the threshold of the "non-Reception" at 9 o'clock in the morning. The bright blue sea behind the large display windows, the smile of the administrator, a delicious breakfast… Room on the fourth floor of building B – view of the sea and trees. And the year of manufacture of furniture and plumbing is not important for us at all. Cleanliness of the room and cleaning – of course yes! Atut everything was fine.
We liked the hotel for its calm atmosphere, measured and unhurried. No queues, no crowds. Nowhere. After a couple of days, we felt like visiting friends, so sincere and easy!
The staff at the hotel is simply wonderful – waiters, bartenders, beach boys, cooks, receptionists, and managers of all departments! You are wonderful!!! Thank you all for this atmosphere and for our great vacation.
I liked the free Snack restaurant at the building "A" on the menu in the daytime - beautiful, delicious, high quality. And again, no crowds, no queues.
The evening A la Carte restaurant is served there, but closer to the sea - we were by appointment for free and then for $ 10 per person again, we liked it so much that it was not a pity to give a thousand rubles from the nose. The dinner menu includes beef carpaccio with balsamic and arugula, bruschetta with trout, salad with chicken and plum sauce, mushroom cream soup, medium-rare beef steak (with me) and salmon steak (with my husband) – food for the highest score! The chef is a virtuoso! We only lacked light background music (such as Italian-French romance), but the manager promised to fix it by next year)))
The main restaurant – everything has always been great (I have been working in the restaurant business for 30 years, so I am a very capricious person in this matter, especially in terms of the quality of the products, but even I did not find anything to complain about).
Special thanks to all the staff of the Hamam! Sveta and Tanya – we remember with love! The hamam is perfectly clean, well-groomed. It's a pity the small pool didn't work to take a dip after the sauna. The massage master Mustafa cured his husband's legs (he walked for a year and whined from the pulling pain in his hip) – now he is surprised that nothing hurts. A wonderful girl from Bali, Aya-Anita, gave me a massage – special thanks to her for the head massage, it was professional and with a soul.
It's hard to say unequivocally about animation – both Orkhan and Milla are good guys, but either they were completely tired by the end of September, or they just weren't exactly where they would be comfortable (due to the specifics of the vacationing public "over 65"), or insufficient funding for the animation program ... I don't know. But they didn't have the usual sparkle of animators. And there was no interest in people. They are on their own, vacationers on their own.
In my opinion, the hotel needs to change the concept of animation. Select another corresponding vector. I am sure that a "Dance evening in the style of the 60-80s" to the hits of ABBA, BONI-M, Sting, Joe Dasen, etc. for couples aged would be more appropriate than a disco with songs about the Alcoholic "pop genius" Arthur Pirozhkov and other second-rate pop!))) Putting live music on a couple of times a week would also be great. And move the whole "dumts-dumts" to the beach from 21-30 to 23-00.
And it's not about trying to please everyone – after all, 70% of the hotel's guests are RETIRED - German, Polish, Russian, English... and it doesn't matter from which countries – they don't dance to THIS music. And they don't even listen! And they sit in the rooms behind the closed doors of the balconies! It's just not possible to rest next to or sleep under IT))))
In principle, we have adjusted and not even badly, but not from the heart, but out of necessity and out of desperation – it is impossible to go to bed, and there is no other evening "something" every day, alas.
By the way, we talked to many who are not resting in RAMA for the first time (5-10-20 times already!) – everyone said with one voice that animation was as bad as it had NEVER been this season. I hope the administration will hear these voices of guests in love with her…
In conclusion, I will say – WE WILL BE BACK! With the hope of changing the evening programs and the animation concept. But WE will definitely BE BACK! The Frame has almost everything we need for a good holiday: a beautiful sea nearby, delicious food, a calm atmosphere and cordiality. See you in the new year, now our FAVORITE HOTEL!

We were in this hotel with my husband, so to speak, on a honeymoon, abroad together for the first time, so there is nothing to compare, but I can say for sure, 90% of people aged 50+ and disabled people, 9% of couples with children and 1% of young people are in the hotel. The food is generally varied, I'm not picky about food, I liked almost everything, my husband didn't like the food at all. Once on Thursday they gave rolls, it's just that there is nothing else except tomorrow, lunch and dinner. There's nothing to eat. The snack bar they write about is paid, although maybe we didn't understand something, but we've never seen people there either. At the alcohol bar we drank some local whiskey(to taste spicy William), wine, not very tasty and strong (from which I felt bad the next day, although I always mix wine with water 50/50), draught beer is normal, once we tried local vodka raki (to taste like absinthe) did not like it. The rooms were cleaned every day, I will not say that it is good, the floors are washed only in visible places, towels were changed every day, gels, shampoos were replenished, bed linen was changed 1 time. The only thing is there are no toothbrushes and paste, respectively, we took with us just in case, you take it too. There is a very uncomfortable hair dryer in the room, with one hot mode and a tight button that needs to be constantly pressed and held. The hotel itself is very tired, it resembles a sanatorium. The room was in front of the kitchen, there were always unpleasant cooking smells. The room sometimes smelled of sewage. The audibility in the rooms is strong, the neighbors and I were unlucky, there was a grandfather behind the wall who was constantly coughing and the limit))
It's a terrible horror, it's an evening disco, the same music for children plays every day for about an hour, then a disco for adults with disgusting and loud music, we were in building B on the 2nd floor, went to bed early with the windows closed, and it feels like we're sleeping at the disco itself, but for the whole we were very exhausted all day, so we passed out with loud music.
The entrance to the sea is pebbles, then stones. The sun beds are all worn, there was enough for everyone. It was a shame that we did not make any compliment in honor of the recent wedding, although we said this the day before our arrival, but still something could be done in a week.
We saw and read all the bad reviews, we were ready for everything, we went for the sake of the sea, but we won't come here anymore, although maybe in 40 years. If you are young and also go "for the sake of the sea", believe me, the very atmosphere of old people and a tired hotel will depress you, it's better to pay 50k extra and go to a nearby hotel, it's really cool there. We talked with the guys from that hotel on an excursion, they give chivas, jack, balantais and red label free of alcohol there, not bad, and just a funky disco day and night until 00:00, a lot of people, that's the atmosphere.
As for excursions, do not take them from the hotel guide, he sells them 2-3 times more expensive, although he says that you will not find cheaper. You will find it. Go across the street to Ruslan (we also read about him, so we went to him right away) by the way, the guide at the hotel offered us an excursion to the Maldives for $ 45 (per person), Ruslan has the same excursion for $ 25, the guide also has an excursion to the water park for $ 75, Ruslan has $ 65. If anyone offers an excursion to the Basin Canyon, do not go, go there for 3 hours, we were still unlucky with the weather, there was a downpour in the mountains. If you are in the city of Belek or Side, then go, it's close there.
I put 3 stars, just because they knew where they were going, and so 1 star for the near sea, there is nothing more to do here, as many wrote in the reviews.
In general, the romance failed, we rested on October 14-20, 2023.

To be honest, I was in no hurry to leave a review, but after I visited another hotel and was able to compare it with the Rama Hotel, I immediately decided to share my impressions, recommendations and express gratitude.
Rama Hotel is a great place to relax. The hotel is very attractive, with its own beach and an excellent restaurant. The food is varied and delicious, the alcoholic drinks are of good quality, although on the last day their taste seemed a little different to me – perhaps due to addiction.
The hotel staff speaks Russian, and some of the staff are fluent in English. There are many tourists from Russia among the guests, as well as vacationers from Europe and Central Asian countries.
Tip: if you value silence, it is better to choose rooms with sea views, away from the disco. Although the hotel has 3 stars on Google, and the tour operator sold it as a 4-star, after comparing it with other 4-star hotels, I would personally assign the Rama Hotel all 5 stars.
I 100% recommend this hotel and express my sincere gratitude to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

We returned a few days ago...I liked the hotel, although it was small.The Russian-speaking staff, the food is just great, the beach is clean, the sea is nearby.Special admiration for the gardener-the collection of cacti is impressive!cons-1) sometimes there are not enough sun beds...2) double room cleaning -the floors are not washed, they do not know about vacuum cleaners at all, although towels are changed every day, bed linen is changed every 7 days...For information, there is a safe in the room and Internet access on the territory is paid..the reception is free of charge..the cards in the hotel are only Tinkoff..in general, we recommend it!

Rest at the end of May 2024. The hotel is good. Delicious food. But the music bothered me. She plays endlessly (rather hammers, so that the walls shake) at a very high volume. Club Hotel Rama - thank you for a wonderful stay!
We checked into the room we asked for (without extra charges), the food is great (beef, veal, lamb cutlets, quails, turkey, chicken, beef tongue, dondurma ice cream, sushi, lots of greens), free a la carte dinner from 10 nights, daily a la carte bar with a beautiful serving of dishes and ayran, pastry shop, gym.
Beautiful view pools, a gorgeous warm sea, its own pier, the entire territory stretches along the embankment. Sea of the sea)))
We took a spa for the sake of peeling - we are happy with everything.
Competent staff and management, good-natured atmosphere.

We rested at the RAMA hotel from September 11 to September 20, 2022. Incredibly, this is a hotel that you want to come back to again and again... The magnificent beach, which is located next to the restaurant, the food is wonderful and there was enough for everyone. The animator Richie is super!!! No music prevented us from sleeping. And about the SPA CENTER, a separate conversation, Thai, Balinese, aroma massage, masks, lymphatic drainage-it's just a miracle! The friendly atmosphere of all the staff, it feels like we were relaxing at our dacha...The staff cleaning is excellent. For young people, I think this hotel will be boring, it is more designed for a calm, quiet holiday. I did not give one star, as some hotel buildings and rooms require renovation. For me personally, there was not enough electric kettle in the room.

For the first time we were in a 4* hotel, surprisingly did not disappoint. If you don't expect a miracle from the rooms and the territory, then everything is quite decent. The beach is large, there are always free sun beds, the view of the mountains is very impressive. The most important feature of the hotel is food. We returned from Beldibi Kemer , rested at this hotel.Well, he got his 4 stars fairly, but he doesn't reach 5 stars. If you are lucky, you will find a nice, spacious room, white sheets, towels are always present in hotels in Turkey. The staff cleans, cleanly, not intrusively, every day ( thanks to them separately). What can be noted is the excellent variety of food and drinks in the restaurant, as always delicious and a lot. The waiters are helpful and friendly. The sea is the first coastline, but the pebbles are shallow or deeper than large. So if you have no complaints, the rest here is very good!

Just returned yesterday after 10 days and nights at RAMA.
Believe the positive reviews!!! It 's great for 4 stars ! The location, the beach (very large, there is enough space for everyone) is excellent. The staff is trying their best. Kindness and friendliness, as well as timely response to all requests.
There is a separate comment about nutrition. The variety is complete for every taste: beef, chicken, turkey, even beef tongue, lamb, fish, liver. Everything is cooked perfectly, everything is fresh. Soups were almost always eaten at lunch and dinner, which was surprising. For example, in Poland (although the cuisine is European), soups are absolutely inedible for us. On trips, we met people vacationing in other 4 star hotels complaining about the monotony, scarcity of food and even stale food.
The rooms are quite comfortable, there is a fresh renovation, there is probably a little worse, NO ONE complained about the accommodation, if possible, it is not a problem to change the room, they will always meet you halfway.
Nearby in the village across the street there are cool 5 star hotels, the price is probably there....It's too high, but the beach...
the restaurant is on an open veranda above the sea, although there is a hall inside. We liked this location.
We do not recommend going to the store from the hotel for leather goods, it is better to travel from tour operators. And also be sure to go to the market in Beldibi (Monday), Kemer (Thursday), Gyunyuk (Friday). Prices are much lower than in stores and for textiles, jeans, underwear, sweets and much more.

We explain that we have a two-room, we don't know anything the two-room is occupied, take these two. I don't like it, go to another hotel, two hours of nerves and swearing are given to us for a day by family, (why they didn't immediately offer it is not clear) but the mood is spoiled, the dishes in the cafe are all dirty, but just not washed. Welcome to Hell. A hotel for the deaf. I don't know which nervous system can withstand the noise of a disco. It's just a hellish hell. We came to the sea and the sun, paid more than 170 thousand for 10 days and after one day at the hotel I want to run without looking back. Turkish hospitality is to put a family with a 7-year-old child from Russia in the most filthy corner room with 100 percent audibility of a disco. Even with the balconies and windows closed, you can hear everything. Building A, room 356, the beauty of the room is that this room is not what we booked through booking. View of the roof of the lower room, side noise from the hotel staff, who collect deck chairs, iron barrels until 01.00 at night. We could not have imagined that we would end up in hell. The sound waves were perfectly audible even with the doors closed, the air conditioner turned on and the TV. And there are also trash cans from the end of the building in the "gift" so that there would be 42 flies in the room. After staying in the room for the night, we went to the administration to change rooms and were given a cubicle with a view of the mountains, building A - 366, a room with cockroaches. And there is a catch, there is a generator nearby and when the light is turned off, they turn it on and it buzzes strongly. The buzz is provided to all those who live with a view of the mountains. There were problems with electricity on 14, 15, 16, 17. There are "double-glazed windows in a wooden frame" in the room through which everything can be heard. The road is very clearly audible as tourists arrive and what the hotel staff on guard say to each other. Be careful, a room with a sea view and a room with a mountain view come at the same price!!! Although when we booked, we paid extra for the sea view. If you look at any site with a view of the mountains and a view of the sea, there is a significant difference. The hotel staff has other information, they have everything at the same price! Regarding the booking, the photos on the site do not match those that were offered to us. We booked a standard 2-bed room with a sea view. As a result, photos of superior rooms with a higher floor area and a better view are displayed on the website in standard rooms! And this is exposed by the hotel administration. In the restaurant (it's hard to call this barrack under the roof a restaurant), there is terrible unsanitary conditions. There are flies all around, they are just everywhere, in bread, yogurt, meat. Everywhere. Cleaning - there is no cleaning at all. They hung a sign asking them to get out - ignore it! Then we "scored" on cleaning. I washed the floor and cleaned myself. For 2 weeks, the bed linen was not changed, they said later. And all this later lasted 2
weeks. There are 2 street bars on the territory, where the owners live, there are always different juices and rose wine. And there is nothing near Building A. It started in the morning, the juice is gone. Pour a hellish tinted mixture a la cherry juice. I love animals, but it's not very pleasant to watch cats with lichen, cats with torn and bloody paws, dirty dirty cats. Dogs that shit on the beach, and the hotel staff bury them with pebbles, making surprises for children. A foam party in the scorching sun with hot tiles near the pool, where the children were driven. And the poor kids were running on the hot tiles injuring their legs. Separately, I can say that there is an unauthorized photo shoot at the animators. Out of 2 days, we collected 30 photos, maybe we'll leave one of them for memory, but the kindness of our heart allows us to allocate $ 20 to the animator for walking with a microphone and not for a photo. The animator asked for much more and said that each photo costs $ 2. What should I pay for??? They wanted to call the police for extortion. This is not a 4-star hotel (as they say everywhere), but a 2+ or 3-Budget hotel that does not cost that much money. We went to the ARTISTA leather and fur store from the hotel - we were very satisfied and made good purchases. If you need stylish things, contact Diana and Badyr. Will we go to this hotel again - NO, NO, and again NO. There is no Turkish hospitality in this hotel, they love MONEY here. My personal wish is for the management, the owner, the hostess and his children to move to building A from Building C and see what chaos there is in a 6-star hotel. In all the years that we have visited Turkey, the staff's attitude towards vacationers is very strange!

Cramped rooms. Poor cleaning. Faulty air conditioner. Terrible audibility in the rooms. The so-called restaurant is actually a dining room. The wet floor in this dining room, on which I slipped and seriously broke my arm. The alcohol is so bad that they didn't drink it. Cocktails get in the way without thinking about the recipe. Non-alcoholic cocktails were also not liked and the children just drank water. I liked only the sea, but this is not the merit of the hotel, and the cacti that grow on its territory.
It is very expensive (seven nights from St. Petersburg for four 400 thousand rubles) and does not correspond to the level of a 4* hotel.
Everything is bad. It's a pity for the money and health spent, the hand will now take a long time to recover, the injury is serious.

The rooms were cleaned minimally, the garbage was taken out and towels were changed, there was no cleaning, the rooms themselves are not bad, the staff does not know Russian well as much as possible, so it is difficult to achieve anything, there is nothing from the programs, the only thing that was wonderful was the sea and the sun)
