A good hotel. Polite staff. The room is clean and even cozy. Internet, Wi-fi, breakfast and a mini bar are included in the room rate. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

A new hotel of the highest quality. Everything is fine! Bar in the lobby, breakfast, rooms with excellent beds, carpeted corridors, quiet elevators, plumbing, ventilation system, there is a transfer from the airport on a new Toyota bus.

We checked in immediately upon arrival , increased the comfort of the room without additional payment.The room is spacious and clean! .The air conditioner worked poorly, but it was comfortable to sleep. Minnus is breakfast.the menu is very weak, it does not pull above 3 stars.

Excellent location in a quiet city center. The rooms are not new, but very decent. In June 2023, the heat was below 40 degrees outside. In the room, in the sleeping compartment, it was 28-29 degrees. The air conditioner was coping badly. The breakfasts in the restaurant are average. Once I took something with the name "cheesecakes", barely broke it and did not eat. The cook is unlucky! My wife went to the spa area. There was one! Sauna, swimming pool - everything is clean and good! The staff behind the counter is friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel!

Good service. Pleasant employees who combine European and Asian, intelligence and humility.
I didn't like the food. Tomatoes are simply impossible to crack like an unripe apple.
On the ground floor, due to the presence of an outdoor SPA, there is a constant musty smell of a sports locker room.
But the location is good and the furniture in the rooms is modern.
In general, it is suitable for business trips.
There are more interesting options for travelers.

I visit the fitness room at Ramade, I liked it, it was cozy and bright. The gym is compact with new equipment. Sauna and swimming pool. I'm thinking of visiting it more than once in the future.

It seems to be a solid hotel, but with a lot of nuances: good Internet, high-quality linen, personal irons and ironing boards and at the same time there is no spoon or sponge for shoes in the rooms, the staff forgets to take out the trash, put a comb and a dental kit, breakfast at the level of a small hotel, stains on the floor in the room.

There were two of us, and the room was ready for only one. They asked to clean the room, only the bar dishes were taken away.
