I stayed at the hotel from December 4 to December 11, 2023.
I definitely recommend the hotel. Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels daily, the staff is friendly, the buffet is excellent , we had breakfasts and dinners and it was more than enough, lunch would be superfluous. The range of dishes is more than fine and varied (I don't eat meat, so I can't evaluate this part of the menu), but as for salads, fruits, vegetables, cheese, etc. - it's all at the highest level
The hotel has its own beach, across the street (there is a traffic light) , quite well-maintained (changing rooms , showers, toilets) , there is a bar on the beach, towels are provided. There are enough deck chairs for everyone
There is a free bus to Dubai, which takes you to the Dubai Mall, where you can take the subway and get where you need to go
GET ON THE BUS IN ADVANCE , 30 minutes in advance
Wi-Fi on the beach and in the hotel (including in the rooms) is excellent
The hotel provides shampoos, gels, body cream, soap,
and drinking water daily ( 3 0.5liter bottles of water are brought to the room , but if you ask, they will bring you an additional amount)
The rooms also have a kettle, bags of green and black tea, instant coffee, cream, sugar (white and brown) and even a sugar substitute
Upon check-out from the hotel (and in our case it was 4 a.m.), we were given lunch boxes with breakfast for the road for free.
The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff
Of the cons :
1. The noise from the road, our window overlooked the roadway, the audibility is quite strong, and the road is very busy, noisy from early morning until late at night
2. There is nothing to do in the evening, just nowhere to walk near the hotel, but the lack of opportunities for hiking, unfortunately, is a feature of all UAE
3. The renovation at the hotel was done a long time ago, as well as the replacement of furniture, although the mattress on the bed was new and comfortable, but it was nice to be in the room, point number 3 is not critical

It's not bad for its four stars. The food is varied, all the dishes are signed. There is a large selection, if something ends, then a new one is immediately taken out. A great hotel, there is no territory, but the beach is across the street. ON the beach bar : who has everything included - coffee, soda tea , water is given free of charge.
The food is delicious, the choice is sufficient, there is always grilled meat, kebabs, lula, fruits.
I noticed that many hotel guests, without hesitation at breakfast, collected food in containers and bags and did well without lunch.
There are several cafes near the hotel, where, by the way, dollars are exchanged profitably.
In the evenings we went shopping, to go to a large shopping center for about 20 minutes.
Our room was standard, ordinary, without a balcony, the bathroom smelled of sewage.
For those who are light sleepers, take earplugs, otherwise prayer at 5 in the morning does not let you sleep.
The neighbors at the hotel were looking for an alcohol market - they did not find it, but we know that somewhere it is not far away.

We had a family vacation from June 5-11, 2023. I recommend a great hotel to everyone. We arrived at 8 am, settled in at 10 o'clock. The staff is very friendly, the food is different and delicious. It is important for children to add a separate menu to this wish to the hotel.

The hotel matches the description.We were with a friend.A standard room was booked, but we were given a room with two huge rooms, overlooking the sea and the city and with a kitchen area.2 TVs , 2 double beds , a huge sofa in the living room .The room is more than 100 sq.m. probably .It was a pleasant surprise.Thanks to the hotel for that.The food is sooo delicious, lots of meat dishes.Shish kebab , lula of different types .And everything is moderately salty .The salads are delicious, everything is fresh .The beach is across the street, everything is fine.We swam until 12, then went on excursions.Dubai is about an hour 's drive away .We went by bus and by taxi .The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers, they immediately responded to any request or problem and fulfilled it.We were very satisfied with our stay.The hotel is definitely recommended.

We had a rest at this hotel in November 2022, we liked everything very much , clean rooms , daily cleaning, if they didn't add water, they will bring it right away, a very responsive Russian-speaking reception, very nice, everything is always there in the bathroom, elevators arrive quickly even with an almost full hotel.

At the moment we are staying at the hotel with the whole family of 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel is beautiful, the beach and the bay are gorgeous. The staff is great, many speak Russian, very attentive, try 100%. There are no problems with the restaurant, you will never stay hungry, everything is delicious and fresh. I've rested here twice. The first time, the sensations of delight, the second time the sensations are blurred. And now about everything in order.
The room category was the same both times. For the first time they settled in a new building, everything was fine: a clean, cozy room, everything is great. The second time they settled in the old building, the elevator is closer there, but the rooms are "tired". There were always some jokes with the air conditioner, then it blows, then it doesn't blow, then it's icy, then it's not at the same parameters. The windows of the balcony were sweating mercilessly, you could draw on them.
The food is pretty monotonous, although you won't stay hungry. And you have to watch the sharpness of the dishes very carefully. The chefs are Hindus (or Pakistanis), for them the concept of spicy is not like ours.
The beach is cleaned regularly and very efficiently, you can see crabs and collect shells. Towels are always fresh. There are not always places (the beach is designed for 3 hotels). There are drinks on the beach, but not for free (depends on the type of food you choose). There is NO alcohol in the hotel. Generally. But there is an alcohol market a couple of km away.
There is a swimming pool, but it is small. Swimming in the heat and refreshing yourself in the heat is the very thing.
No matter how I tried to fight, but the air conditioning in the lobby is always at +18. So coming in from the beach after + 40, you can freeze so badly, be careful.
In general, there was a very good impression of the hotel, the service is at a good level, everything is transparent and adequate. They speak Russian at the reception, there are no problems

A cool hotel, at first confused by its unremarkable appearance, but then everything fell into place. Responsive staff, respond to requests quickly. A large two-room suite with a beautiful view of the sea.
A restaurant with a good menu, plenty of fruit, you can always choose dishes for every taste. There are a lot of seats in the restaurant.

Great hotel! Firstly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, cleaning is done every day, hygiene products are updated and bottled drinking water is brought.
The staff is polite, there are Russian-speaking staff. All issues are resolved promptly and they try to meet us halfway, for example, they rescheduled a missed lunch on the day of departure at our request.
The only drawback: the beach. We went to the hotels in early February, and a construction site unfolded right in front of the beach, which spoils the view from the window and creates noise. The beach itself is small but cozy, there are umbrellas and sun beds, hot water showers and changing cabins, towels are provided free of charge (but sometimes they come across frankly dirty ones). The beach is sandy, but with small shells, you can cut yourself. You need to walk down the street to the beach, which is not very convenient, but it takes only 5 minutes to walk.
The biggest plus is the food. She's just gorgeous here. A very large selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are salads to choose from, potatoes, pasta, meat and fish in different versions. Very tasty desserts! They pour water for free, but you can also pour tea / coffee yourself. Juices and carbonated drinks are available for a fee.

We were a couple at this hotel from May 14-24, 2024. The room is normal, everything is there, the air conditioner freezes like in the freezer, even turned off at night, the refrigerator also freezes, Sony flat 32 TV, room number 1106 11th floor, although there is nothing to look at the courtyard, for it is quiet without cars. Excellent location in Ajman. Across the street is a nice beach with developed infrastructure. Delicious breakfasts, a very large assortment.
