Colleagues stay at this hotel in the center of Bishkek all the time and are very praised. I stayed for the first time and was very satisfied: a fairly spacious room with an excellent large bed and a good mattress - my back was resting. Sanitary room with shower, everything is in good condition. There is a tea station in the room, a safe. The lighting is well thought out. If you need a razor or a toothbrush, go to the reception.
The breakfasts are very good. Wonderful olivier - next time I'll take the whole plate))). From what I did not like, there are few tables for breakfast, there may be a situation when you have to wait or sit down. In the evening, you can visit the restaurant-bar. We quite liked the drinks (cocktails).
I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Bishkek City Center.
The location of the hotel is really very convenient - everything is nearby: Bishkek Park shopping center, a beautiful gallery of Kyrgyz handmade Tumar objects.

Positive.
1. Located in the center, in a very developed area, where within walking distance you can solve all your issues from exchanging money at 3 a.m. to haircuts and legal advice.
2. Very tasty cuisine in the restaurant, excellent large outdoor veranda, room service. The breakfasts are also decent. A large selection of cold and hot dishes, drinks. The waiters at the bar make natural coffee.
3. Number. Comfortable large beds, offer 4 types of pillows. A large and spacious bathroom, a shower stall is convenient to use: there are great opportunities for regulation. I had a charming balcony. However, the door is narrow, I had to squeeze through. There is a set of coffee and tea, several types of sugar, cream. A good electric kettle.
4. There are smoking rooms. I have already lost the habit of such a respectful attitude to customers. Usually you use methods of social self-defense.
5. Laundry/dry cleaning/ironing service works quickly. My things were brought to me literally in a couple of hours, although according to the standards written in the application, they should have been brought the next day.
Disadvantages.
1. Dressing gowns of some microscopic size. Since things are very high quality, it was a shame. It's a good thing I brought a house suit with me, otherwise I would have to go naked. It is necessary to give customers the opportunity to choose the size of the robe.
2. Limited choice of toiletries. There are no usual body creams, deodorants. Liquid soap near the washbasin, body/hair shampoo (by the way, how is it????) and the hair conditioner is bolted to the wall. They offer to ask the maids for everything else.
3. With "toys nailed to the floor" - some kind of hotel disease. This applies not only to soap and shampoo. All the furniture is nailed down. As a result, a paradox arose when the desk had some abnormal sockets, but normal ones for connecting a laptop, for some reason by the bed, 3 meters from the table. My wire was not enough, I had to ask for an extension cord, and then jump over it to open the curtains, go out on the balcony and go to the refrigerator.
4. There is no international connection with the phones in the rooms. I was sent to vacap or to the store to replenish the Kyrgyz phone card.
5. Little information. Each room has a multifunctional telephone. It seems that there are direct intercom buttons to rumservice, laundry, restaurant, etc. They don't work. For any sneeze, you need to call the reception, where the phone number of the corresponding service is dictated to you. The issue is solved simply elementary: a printed cheat sheet for guests, which lies in the room. We need to do this.
In general, I recommend the hotel for business trips. Good, comfortable and convenient.

This year (2024) I lived in the Plaza.......I was not impressed by the hotel. I liked the Ramada more.
For such a price, it is very unjustified. An old hotel in need of renovation, the room was cool on October 14th. The girls were very nice at the reception, but the guy was sitting at the eviction, neither hello nor goodbye, just silently took the card. After standing for a few seconds, I asked him if everything was okay, I could leave, only then I said yes. Breakfast is meager.
A pleasant, modern hotel. Convenient location in the center of the city. Clean, tidy and comfortable wide beds (you can sleep across). The staff is friendly. Delicious and varied breakfasts for every taste. Delicious coffee. Attentive waiters. You can also drink tea and coffee in the room, as there is water and a kettle. A small disadvantage is that there was no shoe spoon. And some of the guests smoked in the rooms and then the smell of smoke was felt, but it does not depend on the hotel, but more on the people who live in it. And in general, a very good hotel!

I stayed there 3 times. I chose this hotel because I really liked the Ramada in Kazan. In Bishkek, the Ramada is also on top. I don't smoke and they changed my room to a non-smoker on purpose. Plus, I am glad that the rooms have a Balcony. And the rooms are slightly larger than the usual standard with windows on 2 sides. I solved the problem with the euro socket myself by buying an adapter for a British plug. They already recognize me at the reception, they helped me with all the questions I asked them. The hotel is located in the center of all the advantages. There is no parking for cars, the staff is not qualified, everyone walks sleepy. Breakfast for 4+ , you will not stay hungry. Of the cons , I wanted to watch TV , but I couldn 't turn it on as I didn 't try .

Spacious rooms, location - city center. Excellent cafe with breakfast (buffet). It is also nice to sit outside in the evening. The staff is as polite and helpful as possible. The rooms have everything you need, the rest is on demand.
For the Ramada, I will say this, wherever I am, if I see this hotel, I check in without hesitation. The level of education in these hotels is excellent

The terrible rooms are dark, uncomfortable, the windows are dirty, there is no soap in the rooms, I can't shampoo, no toothbrush! The shower room is covered in mold. The breakfasts are disgusting, there is no choice (porridge, wooden omelet) . In the morning, the maid is always banging on the door.

The hotel chain is well-known, I have visited other hotels of the chain in other countries. This one is very average. The staff is not very attentive, asked for documents for accommodation and service to be done separately. The invoices were made different, but the check was still punched for the total amount. The TV was not working in the room. It's not a big deal, but it's significant.

Good location. The underfloor heating did not work in the room. The plumbing in the bathroom is tired, but in working condition. They accept cards of the Russian MIR system.
