They told us that the coupon code they checked passed after we went there, which they didn't ask for when we made an appointment, gave us a key and changed our clothes, and they kept us waiting for 30 minutes like that, and when I persistently asked for a solution, they wanted to sell me a new coupon, I've never seen such amateurism.
