Great hotel!
A rooftop pool with a cafe and a gorgeous view of the city is what you need for a summer vacation!
A small gym and a spa area with a hammam and a dry bath, a warm large swimming pool are ideal in any weather! Very tasty dinners and quite average breakfasts.
In some places, the hotel is tired, both in terms of repairs and staff. But you can't think of anything better for walking in the center, especially if you take it at a nice price for the promotion!
The location is good, near a walking street and metro and tram stops.shops and restaurants. The breakfasts are good. The spa area is good. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, gym. The staff is friendly.
The rooms are small and dark, the window overlooks the street where there is a night bar with music until 1 am, even if the window is closed. The room is cleaned every day, but there is an empty bottle under the bed, socks.
The location of the hotel is super. Nearby Istiklal shopping street, a bunch of restaurants, all within 10 minutes' walk (place, funicular, tram). At the same time, the hotel itself does not face this street, so it is quite quiet nearby. Despite this, keep in mind that the music in neighboring restaurants turns off only at one o'clock in the morning, in general, with the windows closed, it is audible, but not much
Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed, the bed was cleaned, there are no complaints. They gave a second blanket on request, topped up with shower gel and shampoo. There are all necessary accessories (brushes, shaving kit, etc.)
Rooms - we had a small room with a Jacuzzi. At first we were upset, but then we realized that these sizes were generally enough for the two of us. The disadvantages of a room with a Jacuzzi are humidity and lack of privacy. The Jacuzzi is located right in the room in the bed. That is, in fact, when you get into the room, you immediately see a bed, a closet, a Jacuzzi and only the toilet is taken out into a separate room. When taking a Jacuzzi, moisture does not have time to evaporate quickly and the air conditioner cannot be adjusted to heat (at least in summer) and there is no heating - therefore, you live in an eternal feeling of cold dampness. It's not pleasant. Another of the disadvantages was an uncomfortable closet, the door of which did not move, I just had to remove it. Things could not be folded neatly, as there were 3 hangers and 1 shelf on top. I was very pleased with the bed, a good mattress on which it is comfortable to sleep. There was also a kettle, tea, coffee and all that in the room. There is no view from the rooms, as all rooms are located below the buildings that closely surround the hotel. Accordingly, the view is on the windows
The rooftop pool is fun, as is the view from it, but keep in mind that the sternum is more than 2, and most likely 2.5 meters, you can't get to the bottom anywhere
I liked the breakfasts very much, varied, hearty, not greasy. Breakfast is available from 7 to 10:30. There is coffee, tea, juices, cocoa. You can also take a variety of snacks, vegetables, fruits, flakes, cereals, eggs, waffles, there was even a hot meat dish. You won't leave hungry
Advantages: location- near tram, metro, funicular. There is a swimming pool with a sauna and a hammam.
Cons- first of all, it's food, they took half board, there's just nothing to eat. The rooms are very small and old, there is no closet - all things had to be stored in a suitcase, which is very inconvenient.
If you book this hotel at a low price, then you can stay. It cost us 600 euros for 7 nights for three people.
There are both pros and cons. The price for this location and half board (plentiful and delicious) is reasonable. The outdoor pool offers stunning views of the city. Cleaning suffers, one of the rooms was not cleaned on arrival, and in another there were other people's things in a prominent place and the trash can was full, queues during breakfasts and dinners, the room is small, windows into the wall of the neighboring building. But this area (Galata Tower), the pool upstairs and this view! Simply unforgettable
The only advantage of the hotel is its location. Not far from the Istiklal tourist street. Everything else is not very good: the rooms are small, very narrow, less than half a meter from the bed to the wall. The breakfasts are monotonous, the choice is small, closer to 10 o'clock a lot of things end. The rooms are dirty, but most importantly, it smells very, VERY strongly of cigarette smoke, because there are smoking areas everywhere, and it looks like many people smoke in the rooms too. In general, for non-smokers, or if you are traveling with children, I strongly advise against it!
1. THE HOTEL
I didn't like the hotel. It absolutely does not pull 5 stars. We arrived early in the morning, fortunately there were no problems with the transfer. We arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock, we were told that we would be checked in closer to 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
2. THE ATTITUDE OF EMPLOYEES TOWARDS US
We sat at the reception for 5 hours, tired, hungry, we were not given breakfast on the first day. And we sat and watched other people eat. That is, they are so mercantile that they didn't even treat us to anything.
3. A SUITE WITH TWO ROOMS.
Then we checked in at about 12 o'clock and it started. I took a tour in which our suite has two rooms, LET ME REMIND YOU. We were given one room, which is divided by a creaking folding (Japanese) door, there are 5 of us in the family, and in room 1 there was a small window in the children's part of the room, and it did not open completely because of the lock. The bathroom was in my parents' room, which was very uncomfortable, meaning it was hard for us to go to the bathroom at night because we didn't want to wake our parents. And plus, there were very inconvenient light switches that were constantly coming loose and we absolutely did not understand which button turned on which light.
4. LIVING CONDITIONS.
Moving on, we were left with 5 0.5-liter bottles of water in our room on the first day alone, and we arrived there for 6 days. Hygiene products were also given out only on the first day, on the other days nothing was changed except towels and beds were made. Because of one small child in the room, it was very stuffy for us all these 6 days, and we couldn't sleep properly. On the very first day, my parents went to the reception to ask for another room, but they refused us. THE WINDOW WAS NOT OUTSIDE, BUT INSIDE!!! It was so stuffy that we opened the door of the room at night so that at least air could come out of the corridor. There were very loud noises coming from this small window in the evenings and at night, which made us unable to sleep properly. We went to the reception TWO times, they said they would fix it, absolutely nothing was fixed, and it was repeated. That is, we did not receive any help from the reception.
5. DINING ROOM
The food in the canteen is very similar, they cook the same thing every day. Absolutely no variety of desserts and fruits. Every day, we were served the most common store-bought cookies, nuts, and tasteless potatoes. And these are desserts in a 5-star hotel!!! It was as if the food had been served since the previous day. It was a very greedy hotel, as soon as breakfast time was over, they closed the dining room doors and it was impossible to drink at least a cup of water during the day. And they had a restaurant in the hotel where a small glass of tea cost 70 lira (241 rubles). Food could not be brought to the room, and if we took at least one apple to the room, the hotel staff looked at us askance. There were also glasses and mugs running out in the dining room, people were waiting for new ones to be brought, but the staff did not make sure that the dishes were out and they had to use paper cups in a 5-STAR HOTEL!!!
And the dishes were VERY DIRTY, especially mugs and glasses, raids, stains and it was terrible.
We are very dissatisfied with this hotel and the attitude of the staff towards the visitors. And I would not recommend you to stay in this hotel!!!
The hotel is really located next to the famous street of the village. But the metro is 350 meters away . There is a taxi stand nearby. The rooms are clean but small. there is a hairdryer, water, toothpaste, razor, slippers, large towels. The breakfast was not bad, and there was not a single meat dish at dinner. The pool is clean, the hammam is good, but the sauna was barely warm. The reception staff is polite and helpful. A cockroach was running around the room. The windows of the room overlooked the corridor. For 70 liras, a taxi took you to the bus parking lot in the area of Taksim Square, which are going to the airport.
We changed three rooms and were disappointed with the hotel.
One room had no window, the other room had no heating (it was about +15c) and was very noisy.
The last room was standard.
Everything worked, but the room is very small, although there are many additional "five-star" attributes, But in fact they are not needed if the room is uncomfortable.
The food in the dining room is not tasty. The only thing they managed was tea and honey in honeycombs.
For its cost of about 100 euros per night, the hotel is not satisfactory, it did not meet expectations, But disappointed.
The hotel is terrible! The only advantage is the location and staff! We were 4 girls, we flew in early September, we specially ordered a large room, but when we were settled, I was shocked, instead of a window we had some kind of window into the courtyard (courtyard 4 walls) and you don't understand the morning or evening outside this window ! Of course, they couldn 't move us, all the rooms were occupied and it was the season! The food is terrible, they cook like hell and they also gave themselves a 5-star rating, it doesn't even pull 2! Bottom line- I don't recommend it
Overall, the location is good.
If you plan and love space, immediately take superior rooms. All the other rooms in this hotel are very, very small.
Cleaning for three, because the surfaces are stained (I easily washed them with napkins myself). The floor is washed every day and what is good is that the bed linen is changed the same.
There is no sound insulation on the ground floors at all. We asked to be moved to the top floor. It's quiet there. Therefore, I recommend the upper floors.
The breakfasts are Turkish. Therefore, for an amateur.
The staff does not understand Russian or knows 2-3 phrases. Get a translator right away. In general, the staff is polite.
Back in the DR, they congratulate her themselves, but they could. In other hotels of the chain, they always make a gift in the DR.
I'm lowering my points precisely for cleanliness.
But if this is the place you need, then it's perfect.
But we definitely won't go a second time.
The hotel is cozy, but the rooms are cramped. the linen was changed and cleaned every day. We didn 't hear the neighbors , but there were a lot of passers - by on the street . the staff is polite. meals and breakfasts are excellent. Turkish and English are spoken at the reception.
Good location of the hotel! The furniture is tired, repairs have not been done for a long time, cosmetics are required, there is no view from the window, there are almost no Russians, the food is uniform. 5* only for the location, and so everything else is not higher than 3 stars, not 5 exactly.
The location is great. I had a bathtub right in the room, without a curtain))) At night, yes, you can hear music. But from my point of view, the atmosphere of the hotel itself and the surrounding area covers all these disadvantages)))
They tried twice to put me in a room with one person and a much smaller area than they had booked. Otherwise, everything is fine -often, good service and a huge selection for breakfast.
The staff of the hotel is worth 5 stars, but generally only one star. Breakfast is like a hostel breakfast . Parking lot appears in the promotions, but there is no parking lot for your information. There is normally an isparl next to the hotel, but it is closed. Or you will give it to the valet. Or you will put it in the parking lot 2 km away. The valet doesn't belong to the hotel, he looks after several hotels there. 550 TL per day. ( Parking makes more sense to give 500 TL to the valet per day ) The toilet door was not closing in the room. The shower head was not working. The shower gel mechanism fixed to the wall was not working. It is easy to find the hotel from the navigation. It is just down the street from Istiklal.
The renovation is in poor condition, it is impossible to find a place for breakfast, and the dishes offered are very poor. I don't recommend it- you can find a better one for that kind of money.
Close to the Galata tower, also close to the bridge over the Golden Horn Bay. The hotel is normal, a big plus is that the price includes breakfast and dinner, but there are disadvantages in high audibility in the rooms from the common corridor.

Two stars: for the convenient location and for the nimble staff. There is no complete sound insulation: there is absolutely no difference when the windows or doors are closed and open, the neighbors from above and below can also be heard perfectly, a kind of sound voyeurism) it is better to come to breakfast before the bulk of the guests wake up - the kitchen cannot cope and the distribution is empty. The assortment is modest, but it won't let you starve to death.

A good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Breakfasts and dinners were included in our booking. The buffet is not rich, but there is plenty to choose from and they never left hungry. In late May and early June, we were pleased with ripe watermelons, melons and cherries) There are little things that you can find fault with, in the form of tired furniture, etc., but the hotel staff always try to solve all the issues, smart guys.
A normal hotel. I've been there three times. The very center, near the taxi stand.. Cozy, not very expensive. The sea is nearby. Cafes, shops, markets. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from the airport, even during the day.
Excellent hotel in Istiklal district. It's not the first time we rest there. I like everything very much. Cleaning every day. The staff speaks Russian and English. The breakfasts are very varied and delicious. There is everything near the hotel: shops, cafes with live music, 15 minutes to the embankment. And it's always easy to get a taxi to go to the center
Not a bad hotel, the service itself is lame (normal for Turkey), but the staff is friendly, problems are solved quickly. The noise is tolerable, but this is a tourist center, expected ...
I was pleased with the visit. The SPA is pretty good. The table is medium, for four...
The hotel is well located in the old part
of the city. If you come to rest in
Istanbul and you want to immerse yourself in the thick of life
, this hotel is suitable. There is a metro
station, a taxi station, a Galata Tower, a bunch of cafes and
shops nearby. The Windows faced the street, it was
noisy in the evening, but on the 3rd day I got used to it, if
you sleep lightly, it will be difficult for you. The room
has everything you need: slippers, cosmetics,
a safe and even a trouser ironing set and
scales. Cleaning was done every day,
towels were changed and water was put on.
There is a small Saggetoiga super market next to the hotel.
It is very cool to live in this area if you
are in Istanbul for the first time. Lots of cool
cafes, vintage shops, galleries and
coffee shops. The breakfast is varied and
delicious. You can communicate
in Russian or English at the reception. I am glad that
I met the receptionist and helped carry the suitcases
to the room. Wi-Fi works well.
The hotel itself is no longer new, everything
is beautiful in the photo, but in real life the furniture is already
tired and shabby,
the shower water left badly in our room and there was a smell
of dampness. At breakfast, due to the COVID situation
, an employee puts food on you and
, accordingly, sometimes there is a queue. The walls
are very thin, the neighbors could be heard
sooooo well, and everyone who walked in
the hallway.
A maximum of 2 stars can be given for comfort. During the evening of check-in in December, 3 rooms were changed because it was cold in them. Breakfast is lean soy. The location is probably the only plus. There is one card per number, a duplicate of the horse's money costs. You can't take the elevator without a card.
I do not recommend staying at this hotel. After paying 20 tr for two nights, we received 0 amenities. There is a micro bed in the room, the air conditioner is not working (it works, but it makes noise and does not cool). You won't open the balcony door, all the roofs of neighboring buildings are in bars. The rooms smell of tobacco. For that kind of money, you can find much better options.
Great location, the heart of Istanbul is a 5-minute walk away. I'm talking about Istiklal Street. The restaurant is also very decent. They cook delicious food!
It's quite a hotel, the breakfast is good. Istiklal is also close to the metro, but it should also be borne in mind that Tarlabash is 3 lanes away. It's pretty quiet, but some rooms have windows overlooking other rooms and corridors, there won't be a view from the window anyway.
The front desk staff is not interested in the quality of service. The rooms are small, the windows are in the windows of the neighboring building and without blinds! Breakfast is the same for 6 days, the assortment is not very good..
