For the first time in Shymkent and in this hotel. I really liked it, clean, tidy silence, very friendly staff, attentive to the guests, delicious breakfasts. There were 6 days, if we go again, we will stop there again!

Good hotel, staff,excellent service👍🏻everyone is polite and friendly, clean rooms and a view from the window of the fire🤯The breakfasts are delicious, especially croissants and pancakes 😋in general, I advise everyone!

Nice hotel and super location. There are many entertainment venues nearby, as well as a shopping center. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel rooms are good, the room service is excellent too
