For the first time in Shymkent and in this hotel. I really liked it, clean, tidy silence, very friendly staff, attentive to the guests, delicious breakfasts. There were 6 days, if we go again, we will stop there again!

Nice hotel and super location.

Terrible attitude towards customers, We booked a hotel room for 5 nights for an employee, but the plans changed and we had to postpone the business trip for 2 weeks, we decided not to abandon the hotel. We wrote in advance to OneTwoTrip, as well as directly to reception@ramadashymkent.com with a request to reschedule the reservation without penalty or with a minimal fine. They also couldn't offer anything for calls, either there was no manager, or no one could help with this issue. It was only 6 days later that we were told that the money would not be refunded, since the tariff was non-refundable, and when we replied that we did not plan to give up, but simply wanted to postpone, they replied that we would also pay for the period we needed. Our company will definitely never consider this hotel with such a disregard.

Great hotel! Very clean, the rooms are sooooo spacious! The linen was changed daily, the air conditioners worked. The Georgian cuisine restaurant was very tasty, there is a large selection on the buffet, and the dinners are wonderful! We were very pleased with the warm welcome of our Kazakh friends! Thank you🫶

A great hotel. The rooms are super class. The rooms are decorated in the highest class. Everything is clean and comfortable. There are no words. The breakfasts are delicious. Only one disadvantage is that the receptionists are a bit rude.

The hotel is tired, the rooms require cosmetic repairs, and the service has become worse. You shouldn't go to the Georgian restaurant on the ground floor, they don't cook very well.

Unfortunately, the hotel left a negative impression. There was only one set of towels in the room at check-in, and although I asked for a second one, it was brought only after repeated reminders. Wi-Fi is formally available, but it absolutely does not work — it is impossible to use the Internet. The breakfasts also leave much to be desired: the choice is modest, and the quality of the food is average. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

A good hotel, standard for chain hotels, the room is comfortable. The main advantage is the spacious rooms. Of the minuses - there was no coffee machine in the room and breakfast is completely boring. The interior of the lobby is for an amateur, a little comical now all this "gilding" looks, in my opinion.

A pretty good hotel. The scale of everything was amazing, parking, hall, room and bathroom, everything is big! Room service for 3, they can leave dirty dishes and the like, but sometimes they were cleaned..., so the overall rating decreased. There is a middle-class shopping mall and a highway interchange nearby. Downstairs there is a disco on weekends, which absolutely does not interfere with relaxing, the sound does not penetrate beyond the perimeter of the bar. In general, I recommend it for everyone.

A strange hotel, the rooms are located around the perimeter of the atrium, all the doors open into the common hall, hence the noise insulation is at zero, like in a roadside hotel. There is some kind of ill-conceived soap in the room, there is a sink in the middle of the wall, the toilet lid is tilted, cars can be heard through the windows, plumbing is cheap. They put towels on one, although they stopped by as a family. The upper floors can be heard flushing the toilet in the room. A lot of gilding; the interior is for an amateur. Coffee at breakfast is not tasty, porridge without sugar and salt. In the lobby, drunks are screaming all night, they don't let you sleep, and this is called Ramada. The staff is incompetent. We will never go to this network again
