Sometimes there was an unexpected repairing at SPA, but it's really good quality for this price.

I have a bad impression of this place! To pay tribute to the breakfasts, they are wonderful! Delicious and generous! But... when I addressed in Russian and asked for help, I was defiantly answered in English. My English level does not allow me to speak, but it allows me to understand that the staff answers my question, so they know Russian. It was very strange to encounter such an attitude, for the first time I felt such disregard for the guests. They were not allowed to sit and talk in the lobby. The staff raised a scandal and demanded that we go to our rooms (although we occupied many rooms in the hotel) because 15 women wanted to chat, and it was raining outside. We were ready to pay for our arrival in the lobby or in the conference hall at 23.00 so that we would be given the opportunity to chat. They started to disperse us, arguing that we were making noise. When there was such music in the bar at the hotel that night that I couldn't fall asleep until 4 a.m. Objectively, it is very expensive, biased and ridiculous. Although, the breakfasts are good

Excellent hotel near the city center, rich breakfasts, quiet. Some rooms have gorgeous terraces, I had a chance to live in such a room.

A good hotel, the rooms are small but cozy. The breakfast is decent. there are grocery stores nearby (for whom it is important)

A great hotel in the city center. 5 minutes walk to Avlabari metro station or 15 minutes to the very center of the city. Clean, cozy rooms, excellent breakfast. A chain hotel that maintains the quality of service at the proper level.

Nice hotel. There was a kettle in the room.We changed everything every day. The location is good - near the metro station, to the old town, across the bridge we reached in 20-25 minutes

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. A good location relative to the center, but a little far (take a taxi from 5 to 10 minutes).
The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool - this is included in the price.
The breakfast is satisfactory. Nothing special.

A magnificent hotel with a view of Tbilisi.
Clean rooms, courteous staff and a wonderful observation deck. Take a hookah and hang out here in the evenings.

The room is terribly dirty and smelly! All the walls are dirty in some spots, there is a huge purple stain on the carpet, as if someone was killed, the whole carpet is in some kind of garbage, in traces of some kind of vomit. The room smells bad, as if something has gone out. Everything is terribly dirty. Everything is terribly dirty, we had to clean the toilet ourselves. The water in the shower is washed off badly, the temperature is not stable.
