We have a difficult trip to Kazakhstan and we have a big group check-in at the Ramada in Turkestan. Our expectations were met 100%. The hotel is excellent, there is absolutely nothing to complain about - clean, cozy, quiet rooms, excellent and varied breakfast. Separately, I would like to mention the responsive and friendly staff and in particular an employee named Maftuna - a very great professional and just a good and friendly person! I definitely recommend this hotel!

We booked a room at the Ramda Hotel 3 weeks before the check-in date through booking.
The day before, the hotel manager wrote and said that there was a malfunction and overbooking, they would not check us in, and offered another hotel with a -1 rating as an alternative, the reviews are often terrible.
In order not to delay, we actually came from another city, discussed the situation in an extremely unpleasant manner and somehow found a place for us.
In general, the nerves will not return, of course.
Turkestan is a pleasant city, but the service is not ready from the word at all!

Further, the water temperature in the pool is very cold, and the reason for that is the drunk hotel guests who asked to turn off the pool heating, and all visitors with children and older could not enjoy this pool. The scariest thing is that when fully populated, there was no food for breakfast, so that you understand people fought over scrambled eggs. The rooms are very cold, there is no heating in the rooms. I do not advise anyone to stop here at least until the service matches the price. I just heard a lot about the southern service, but this trip said the opposite
