The location is good, the staff is friendly. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We like everything, we don't pay attention to minor flaws. But I would like to have more varied breakfasts. If it's been more than three days, it's very monotonous and it wouldn't hurt to highlight the renovation of the bathrooms. And very weak noise insulation. The elevator can be heard working. It's a very cozy hotel.
As everyone correctly writes here, the hotel is tired: bathrooms, flooring, furniture.
But in a couple of days I got used to it :)) and I no longer noticed that the lid on the toilet was poorly attached.
At 6:30 a.m., we were woken up by a call to prayer from a nearby mosque, and in the evening, the protesters who gathered near the hotel kept us awake.
The sauna... didn't heat up practically - it's probably faulty, well, that's it..
The breakfast is basic without frills, you can eat, I'm OK.
Staff. I liked how the daily cleaning took place, everything was neatly folded, towels were not forgotten to be changed, the bed was neatly made.
At the reception, the first people rarely greeted each other, the waiters in the lounge chatted sweetly with each other while dirty plates were waiting for them on the table :) not really for a 4* hotel (maybe someone won't notice, but I have a professional education)
We checked in earlier than the prescribed 14 hours- thank you.
The location is not bad: there is both a surface metro and an underground one nearby, but we often walked to Eminen or through the rows of the shopping bazaar or through Sultanie, in principle, also through the rows.
In general, it can't be said that it was bad, but I won't come back here either. Basically, I just like living in Europe more, and I can choose a more interesting and newer hotel, and I like the architecture there more.

It's quite normal for its cost, considering that you walk around the city all day. The breakfast was normal, I really liked the orange juice, it was always fresh and delicious. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly.
The hotel is well staffed, always ready to help. We had to change the room , went to meet us and settled on the 6th floor. The breakfast is not very varied , but it is of high quality. Overall, we liked the hotel.
I liked everything, except for the repair work in the morning at 8 o'clock, while all the guests were still basking in bed, they had to start painting the facade now and the men in the cradle were having fun against the window....so-so pleasure.
Well, for those who like to sleep in silence, this hotel is not suitable, because there is a mosque nearby and every day at 4 or 5 in the morning a mule howls from the mosque, so much and so disgusting that you really wake up and can't sleep anymore.
But the staff is friendly, there are Russian-speaking staff. The breakfasts are not varied, but if you do not live more than 3 days, then it's fine, there is something to choose.
Clean, quiet, delicious breakfasts! There are no light bulbs in the room somewhere, the sink was clogged, and the glass toilet doors are a so-so solution!
