It's a lovely hotel. Clean, delicious, friendly staff. We're out of breath here right now. Number 2-604. A huge room with a separate kitchen. The bed linen is excellent, the cleaning is beyond praise. Water, tea, coffee, etc. are constantly being replenished. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. The plates were brought at the first request - immediately. Buses run to and from the beach 7 times a day, according to the schedule. The schedule is set correctly, starting at 7 a.m. Drive to the beach 10-12 min. The buses are comfortable - soft, clean. The beach is private, free of charge - with sun beds and umbrellas. In General, the hotel has Great Respect!!!! They didn't even forget about my birthday. The cake and fruit arrived. THANKS again for the attention of all the hotel staff! Hello everyone, we had a rest in the middle of October. The hotel is chic, cozy, the room is quiet and not hot. the bus goes to the beach often, the time is very convenient, there is an opportunity to admire the city. The beach is large, closed, clean, calm, ashtrays, a small non-alcoholic cafe, toilets, shower. Towels are provided at the entrance, huge, soft. Oh, I want to go there. The sand is almost white, the water is 35 g, gentle, affectionate, bliss. Near the hotel there is an exchange office, supermarkets, restaurants, an alcohol market.... Well, very cool. They take us from the hotel to the Dubai Mall once a day. we are not interested in shopping, we took the subway on a trip, visited the spice market. Believe me, there will be something to remember. we ordered a couple of excursions, and in a week we gained impressions for a couple of years. reviewing photos and videos, goosebumps. Ajman is lovely, cooler. green. Oh, yes, I almost forgot, the souvenir shop at the hotel, the seller is a miracle, makes a good discount, the positive is solid. there are no problems with Russian at the reception at all. Great hotel. The location is quite convenient, there is a KFC nearby, various shops, but mostly hairdressers and fast food. The food at the hotel is just great, the only possible disadvantage is the battle for the bus from the beach, although if you wait, another one will arrive. The rooms are huge with huge beds. The TV picks up several Russian channels and many foreign channels. There were a lot of Russians in the hotel. Every day at 3 p.m. a bus leaves for Dubai Mall and brings you back. Toilets, changing rooms - everything is available.There is a cafe - it is already paid, but you can buy something if you want. They make a coconut with a straw.I won't say it's delicious. But! Nicely. Once they gave out ice cream for free. Eat as much as you want. We ate 4 servings. Yes, the beach is not close (4km), but buses will take you there and back, everyone, no one will be left, if there are not enough places, another bus will arrive. Buses are on schedule, you will be given it upon check-in. The hotel also takes its guests to the Dubai Mall daily, free of charge - at 3 p.m. there, and at 9 p.m. back. It's super, the free tour is practically possible. It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Dubai. And upon your return, you will have time for dinner - the restaurant is open until 23. The restaurant is a separate topic! There is a very diverse selection, there is always a lot of meat, vegetables, side dishes, soups, hummus, babaganoush, Arabic bread, Indian flatbreads...Mmmm...delicious! Always pancakes, lots of different croissants, buns, chocolate and peanut butter! Yogurt in jars, muesli, porridge. There is a coffee machine for coffee lovers.The staff (visiting Malaysians, Filipinos, Indians, and so on) are very friendly and try very hard. They respond to requests. I was absolutely delighted with my stay at the Ramada Hotel! It really has a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, with modern interiors, ideal for both leisure and work. Special thanks for the thoughtful equipment of the rooms — everything was at the highest level.
Separately, I want to mention the incredibly delicious food! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners pleased with the variety and quality of the dishes. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Dubai Mall and to the beach, which is very convenient. Buses run regularly — six times a day, and sometimes more often, which allows you to flexibly plan your time.
The staff deserves special praise! The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank the Russian guys and Otabek, who were always ready to help and did it with a smile. Their attention and professionalism made your stay at the hotel even more comfortable.

The hotel has a private beach for three hotels and buses run from this hotel to the beach. If you did not catch the bus and there is no room left, then another bus will be organized immediately. The rooms are large with a kitchen and a balcony. The location of the hotel is very advantageous. You can go shopping by yourself. if you are interested in alco market, it is also within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was that they sell excursions nearby(as you leave the hotel, from the right) they cheated first when paying with a card, they punched $ 304.5 for a place of $ 300. On our return, the answer was - well, it's not $ 40. Then, on the tour of Dubai itself, we were supposed to take a boat ride to the Dubai Marina, it turned out that something was not paid for and the captain was not allowed in. The tour seller answered our claim, but you were fed on the boat. To our response that we did not go there to eat but to watch Dubai Marina, he behaved inappropriately at all, began to say that he would call the police now. Of course, this does not affect the Ramada hotel in any way, but it is related to our vacation and may affect the rest of the other guests of the Ramada. We had a rest September-October 2024: responsive staff at the reception, helping with all questions (who needs: there is a Russian-speaking employee). Check-in and check-out can be postponed by talking to the staff. The restaurant has a fairly diverse menu and is constantly replenished at the distribution. The room was two-room-two bathrooms, a double bed, bed linen can be changed on request at least every day. If you need something, you can call the reception from the room: they will help you immediately (everyone speaks English perfectly). A shuttle service to the private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas runs throughout the day. Who needs excursions-right at the exit on the right is a tour desk with a Russian employee living in Ajman. I was satisfied.

We were vacationing with a friend in the Black Ramada in early October. I liked almost everything, I want to go back there. The organization of the service is excellent, the cuisine is excellent. The room is large, everything is in the room, the mattresses are very good and snow-white linen, the room was cleaned regularly, water was delivered to the room every day, There were no queues in the restaurant, the food was varied, chicken, meat, fish (always cooked differently)salads of all kinds, lots of greens and vegetables, pineapples, oranges, apples, grapes, watermelon and melon, delicious desserts, especially mousse and jelly))) The staff is very friendly, there are Russian-speaking guys at the reception, all questions are solved clearly and quickly, I would like to mention a guy named Sukhrob) Surprisingly, the check-in takes place within 10 minutes.
Those who leave the hotel in the evening, give a huge lunch box with them, you just need to tell the reception))
There are a lot of shops within walking distance. Alco market is two steps away, you need to ask about it, because such stores are without advertising and any signage.
There are also many pharmacies. Who will be there, I advise you to visit the Ajman City Center store, walk far, 40 minutes in one direction, it is better to take a taxi, something on the order of 20 dirhams. There are shopping malls closer, but it's better to go there.
The water in the bay is gorgeous, the beach is not big and clean, towels are provided, sun beds and umbrellas are available, toilets, showers and changing rooms are also on the beach. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, the schedule will be given upon check-in, we left after breakfast, at 7 a.m., returned at 11-30, at 15 o'clock, went to the beach after lunch and returned at 18. There are no reptiles in the water, the bottom is sandy. The sand on the beach is white and never heats up. We never had any problems with going to and from the beach .
We visited the Dubai Mall, there is a bus from the hotel for free and bought a trip to Oman, we really liked everything. The trip was bought from our guide named Minasip. He's a good guy, speaks Russian well, and told me everything in detail. Everything was also clearly organized, at that time this trip cost $ 65 per person, the impression of the trip was excellent) The vacationers also recommended Safari, who went, everyone liked it, but we did not want to lose the sea for the whole day, because our tour was not long.

In the morning, coffee, lots of pastries, chocolate and peanut butter.Everything is very, very tasty! Gym with modern fitness equipment, swimming pool, sauna and hammam. It was my husband's birthday.: A cake and a plate of fruit were brought to our room! It was so unexpected and pleasant! Transfer to the sea and Dubai Mall is free of charge. Its own beach with security. White sand, cleaned constantly. We are absolutely thrilled. We will definitely come again!!!

A 5+ hotel. The main advantages: Great food! With two meals a day, you can choose lunch or dinner every day without asking. Drinks are included in lunch and dinner (very rare for half-board). If you missed both lunch and dinner on one day, then you can reschedule this meal for the next day, i.e. the next day for both lunch and dinner. And it's very convenient! WIFI is not only in the hotel, but also on the beach. Transfer to the beach and back 6 times a day, and everyone is taken away. After filling up the bus, if there are still people who want to go, but there are no more seats, then the next bus is served in a few minutes, if necessary, the third bus. They don't leave anyone behind, unless, of course, you're late.
The beach is closed, the hotel. Large towels are provided at the entrance to the beach, and there are plenty of large, dense umbrellas and comfortable plastic sun beds on the beach itself. Of course, if you arrive at the beach at peak times (by bus at 9-30 and not the first one), then there may not be enough space under the umbrella, but by 11 many people are already leaving the beach, and umbrellas are released. By one o'clock in the afternoon, more than half of the umbrellas are empty.
There are toilets, showers, and changing rooms on the beach. There is a bar where, in principle, you can have lunch. There is a playground and a volleyball field, the use of which is doubtful in this heat.
The sea is wonderful, but... then the swimsuits are a little greenish and they smell like some kind of shrimp. Maybe we were unlucky and it was at this time of the year that the sea was blooming…It didn't spoil the rest.
Daily transfer at 3 p.m. to Dubai and at 9 p.m. back! If you know how much a taxi costs in OEA, then appreciate this opportunity to ride to Dubai and back for free every day. That is, we swam in the sea from morning to lunch, had lunch and went for a walk in Dubai. A great opportunity!
The hotel is 80% populated by Russian speakers (Russians, Belarusians, Kazakhs). So the staff understands Russian willy-nilly. Many are very good, some are individual words. The rooms are large. We got a two-room apartment with a separate large bedroom and a large combined kitchen-living room, with an area of approximately 50 sq. m. There are no dishes in the kitchen by default, but they are provided on demand, as indicated by the sign with the phone number for the order. The living area has upholstered furniture (sofa and armchairs), coffee table, TV. We found two Russian channels. But we never watched it). The bedroom has a huge bed, cupboards, bedside tables, a safe, a table. We saw that there are rooms that combine a bedroom with a living room, and a kitchen with a separate small room. It's probably less comfortable this way, but I don't see any fundamental difference for a week's stay. The bathroom has a hairdryer and gel/shampoo/lotion. Yes, the furniture and carpet are not new. But everything is clean and functioning. We don't do repairs and furniture changes at home every year either.…We really liked the room. We had a balcony, but it was completely useless, with a view of the neighboring building of the hotel. It wasn't hot in the room, the air conditioner was turned on periodically, but not for long. It was cold with him))).
The hotel has a fitness room, a SPA area and a swimming pool, but we did not use it.
It should be noted, of course, that the hotel is urban, and the city is not intended for walking at all. There's nowhere to go for a walk. This part of the city is completely without greenery, without any walking areas. There is a lot of traffic around, and there is not a convenient sidewalk everywhere. The city is asphalt, concrete, glass, sand. The city continues to be built, i.e. there are many construction sites around, because of which some streets, passageways, sidewalks are blocked, you have to bypass, and Yandex Navigator does not know these overlaps. But these are the peculiarities of the country) Neither a plus nor a minus. Just a fact.
There are a lot of shops around. There is a huge "DayToDay" about 20 minutes away on foot. You can buy any kind of chocolates, souvenirs, and ANYTHING else there very inexpensively. A lot has already been written in previous reviews about a bank nearby with a good exchange rate and how you can change money in stores nearby (you buy for dollars, they give you change in dirhams). The liquor store (Unisat) is a five-minute walk from the hotel (from the hotel to the left) with a huge selection of spirits from all over the world and reasonable prices. Next to the hotel is the tour agency Parus (from the hotel to the right). The prices for the excursions are almost the same as what the tour operator Fan-San offered us. A bus arrives at the beach to pick up tourists, and there is already a crowd waiting to leave the beach, but no one knows which hotel the bus will go to, the crowd rushes to the bus, tries to storm it (everyone must leave by the first bus)) that's the kind of people we have), and only the driver tells us which hotel this bus is going to, but not everyone has heard, people ask each other, not everyone knows, intrigue))) someone has already entered, it turned out that they are on the wrong bus, trying to get back out ... a whole attraction)) It would seem that it is easier, put up a large sign and this will remove all questions. This problem is even more urgent when traveling to Dubai Mall. If you will definitely be picked up from the beach, and a taxi is inexpensive there, and we actually walked from the beach several times when we stayed to watch the sunset (walking from the beach to the hotel is exactly an hour at an average pace), then we would not like to stay in the Dubai Mall at 9 p.m., a taxi to the hotel will be expensive. in Ajman. And so you run between buses, yours, not yours... no one really knows, everyone comes in, asks the driver, a traffic jam forms at the entrance.… But this, in our opinion, was the only flaw of the hotel. As expected, I didn't like the lack of greenery, such a stone jungle of skyscrapers, concrete and glass, but this should be understood when planning a trip. We rested in Ramada Suites with my husband from 20.10.-27.10. The room was very large with a kitchen, microwave and a two-chamber refrigerator. Very comfortable beds, high mattresses, and snow-white linen in the room. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel staff knows their job, I would like to mention Fazil and Otabek separately, the guys will always help, they speak Russian very well. I would like to note how the hotel has a shuttle service to the beach. We thought there would be a problem with this, but there was no problem. They start taking people to the beach from 7 a.m. to evening. They pick up from the beach from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., until everyone is picked up. Wi-Fi worked great both in the room and on the beach. There were plenty of sun loungers on the beach for everyone. Also, every day at 15 o'clock there is a transfer to Dubai Mall, and back at 21 o'clock. One day we went to Dubai, they say, and in the evening I was surprised that at 21 o'clock the administrator Fazil came to pick us up to collect everyone and put them on the bus. I would also like to thank Fazil for extending our room until 13.30, since we had a transfer to the airport at 15 o'clock. I really liked the breakfasts, there is something to eat, meat, chicken, even fish was at breakfast, rice, pasta, fruits, etc. I can't say anything about lunches and dinners, since they only took breakfasts, but I think they are also very tasty. THE BEACH IS MAGNIFICENT. Very clean, sun beds, towels, umbrellas are all in excellent condition. The cleanest sand, good access to the sea. Construction work is underway near the beach, there is noise from construction equipment, but it is generally normal. There are enough sun beds, no one bothers anyone. You can walk along the beach, no restrictions.

Soups and salads are a problem for most hotels.
And if a Russian person understands that the whole world does not eat soups at all or it is still possible to eat the wrong soups, then there is no way to understand the problem with salads. They are equally disgusting everywhere.
For the rest: for example, spicy food is categorically contraindicated for me. Here, a good half of the dishes are spicy, fortunately they are marked. But it is very difficult to choose something to your liking from the rest. He even started eating fish, but I can't stand it. For the last few days, I took only coffee and a couple of slices of watermelon for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel in December. We liked everything: the rooms are large and comfortable, clean and tidy (I caught the maid several times, and she vacuums and cleans the floor), the food is excellent, the Russian-speaking staff asked for an iron in the room and a clothes dryer, they brought it right away. They pay special attention to children. Transfer to the beach and there is no need to push and swear, they will take and pick up everyone. One bus is immediately followed by another. Transfer to Dubai Mall is a big plus of this hotel. There is enough time for walking there. We even managed to take the subway to Dubai Marina, take a walk there and come back. Every day there is a bus to Dubai Mall, departing at 15:00 from the hotel, leaving back at 21:00. In connection with the tour, one lunch was postponed to the day of departure, it was postponed without any problems after contacting the reception. Now the cons:
1) The rooms have very old furniture, old repairs, dim lights and a sad atmosphere because of this
2) Monotonous and not very tasty food. A boring selection of fruits (watermelon and melon every day). It's hard to find words about fish in general.. Every day the same fish in several versions (fried, stewed, in soup, etc.), on the third day I was already sick at the sight of this fish, although I personally love fish. Salads are also about nothing, in general, we strongly regretted that we took everything inclusive, it was easier to do with breakfast.
3) The hotel is located in an area where you can't really walk in the evening, especially with children. The transfer to the beach also started to annoy after a couple of days, you constantly need to adjust to the time of the transfer, but you can't walk to the beach, your legs will wear off..
4) There is no alcohol at all, neither in the hotel nor on the beach (although our travel agent almost swore that with everything included, everything is really included), but alas, if you want to drink, go to a specialty store (fortunately it is nearby) and drink only in the room. It is also not recommended to drink beer on the beach, because there have been cases of fines (although the beach seems to be closed and private)
5) The hotel is quite boring, a small indoor pool, an old sauna, a small children's room, a couple of rooms with tennis and billiards (which we never got to) and at the same time the whole thing closes at 22:00.
6) The music on the floors and in the restaurant almost drove them crazy by the end of the vacation.

We had a vacation in November.I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms. Responsive hotel staff .Good restaurant and food. The room is cleaned every day. There is a private beach, 5-7 minutes away by bus. The hotel bus takes you to the beach and picks you up 6 times a day, according to the schedule. There is a free bus to Dubai Mall and back, every day from 15.00 and picks up at 20.30. I recommend it for recreation.
I would like to add one remark...when the bus picks up from the beach, tourists break into the bus as if it were the last one, pushing each other and even children apart!!!
