A wonderful hotel! Centrally located, near supermarkets, free bus to the beach 6 times a day, 1 time to the center of Dubai. The kitchen is excellent, a variety of dishes, everything is very tasty, the rooms are large, with a kitchenette, cleaning is daily, the staff is responsive and professional, some speak Russian. We had a family vacation with 2 adults and 2 children, we were very satisfied!

nice hotel. the rooms are huge, so you can live with a huge family) the food was good, there was enough of everything. from here there are regular buses to the beach and to Dubai. there is a swimming pool and a gym inside. we didn't go to the pool, we went to the beach, 10 minutes and you swim in a warm bay.

Of the advantages:
1) Very nice, kind and helpful staff, all neat and always with a smile.
2) The room is cleaned every day, including changing towels.
3) Free transfer to Dubai Mall
Now the cons:
1) The rooms have very old furniture, old repairs, dim lights and a sad atmosphere because of this
2) Monotonous and not very tasty food. A boring selection of fruits (watermelon and melon every day). It's hard to find words about fish in general.. Every day the same fish in several versions (fried, stewed, in soup, etc.), on the third day I was already sick at the sight of this fish, although I personally love fish. Salads are also about nothing, in general, we strongly regretted that we took everything inclusive, it was easier to do with breakfast.
3) The hotel is located in an area where you can't really walk in the evening, especially with children. The transfer to the beach also started to annoy after a couple of days, you constantly need to adjust to the time of the transfer, but you can't walk to the beach, your legs will wear off..
4) There is no alcohol at all, neither in the hotel nor on the beach (although our travel agent almost swore that with everything included, everything is really included), but alas, if you want to drink, go to a specialty store (fortunately it is nearby) and drink only in the room. It is also not recommended to drink beer on the beach, because there have been cases of fines (although the beach seems to be closed and private)
5) The hotel is quite boring, a small indoor pool, an old sauna, a small children's room, a couple of rooms with tennis and billiards (which we never got to) and at the same time the whole thing closes at 22:00.
6) The music on the floors and in the restaurant almost drove them crazy by the end of the vacation.
7) Ajman is a bit boring
I will briefly summarize the results:
For that kind of money, it's better to take a threesome to Dubai and not bother with transfers.

The hotel is located in the center of Ajman, urban type, there is a bus to the beach, there have never been any problems with the bus.
We had an all-inclusive system (breakfast, lunch, dinner + drinks in the lobby and at the beach bar), there are no alcoholic beverages in this hotel. But there are 2 alcohol markets nearby, within walking distance, 5-7 minutes on foot. There are also grocery stores nearby, and if you exit from the other side of the hotel, go to another building there, too, there is a store selling fresh seafood and you can ask them to cook there. We took the shrimps and asked to cook them on the grill, the only thing I didn't like was their spices, it was very spicy, if someone didn't like it either, you should immediately ask for no spices, I didn't even think they would add them.
Also in a 20-minute walk there is the Ajman shopping center and the day tu day Ajman store nearby, it is huge, you can get lost there for 4 hours)) there is absolutely everything from food to dishes, clothes, appliances, etc. and next to day tu day Ajman there are Nike outlets, adidas, you can buy shoes at a discount, clothes
Check-in from 2 p.m., check-out until 12 p.m. On the first day, on the day of arrival, you only get to lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, there are always several types of pilaf, meat, fish, 2 types of soup, potatoes, pasta, burgers, various salads, vegetables, a wide variety of desserts, watermelons, melons of different varieties and pineapples from fruits, they never went hungry, they always found something to eat, the food is not spicy
The sockets are British, you need an adapter, which you can ask for at the reception.
The rooms are nice, large, and we got a room with 2 toilets, a kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom. The room has 2 air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, cleaning every day, bottled water is replenished daily. The only thing is that the hair dryer is very weak, the hair dries poorly, there is no hot air, so it's better to take a hairdryer with you. Also, if someone needs an iron, you can also ask for everything at the reception. They wrote about cockroaches here, I was looking for them specifically, I haven't seen one in the entire period, my friend saw one on the street, in the room and in the hotel. There were no mosquitoes either.
There is a bus to the Dubai Mall every day at 3:10 p.m., there is no need to make an appointment in advance, there are always a lot of people, if there are not enough buses, they immediately serve a second bus, and the bus returns at 9 p.m.
We went to Dubai by taxi on our own (we went there for 2 days), a taxi was called from the reception, a taxi cost us 155 dirhams, and we got back for 165 dirhams.
In order not to waste time in the Dubai Mall, but rather to see the sights of Dubai and take a walk around Dubai, we went shopping in Sharjah at the Al Zahia City Centre, this center is large, all brands are available there, but not as many as in the Dubai Mall, but we found everything we needed there)
The taxi ride there cost us 50 dirhams and the return trip also cost 50 dirhams.
During this period, the weather is fine, there is no intense heat, even during the day at 11-13 o'clock it is comfortable to be on the beach under an umbrella. The bus takes you to the beach according to schedule, there were always enough seats on the bus, if the first one is filled, the second one is served immediately, there have never been any problems with leaving for the beach. Towels are provided on the beach, there is also a bar on the beach (food is charged according to the price, for those who have everything included, you can take drinks: cola, sprite, schweppes, water, tea/ coffee), toilet, changing room, shower. The water in the bay is comfortable for swimming during this period. There have never been any problems with places on the beach either, if you arrive at 11 o'clock, then there will be a lot of people, but we always found places in the shade.
Back from the beach, too, by bus. At lunchtime, the bus from the beach goes at 13:15 and for some reason, a whole crowd of queues gathers for the first bus and everyone is crowding into the bus, we were still lying quietly at that time, watching these people and then calmly rode the next bus, which departs in 5-7 minutes.
Maybe in the summer (when there is a steam room outside and it is impossible to stay) it will be difficult in such a city hotel, in April the temperature is very comfortable and there were no problems with getting to the beach at all
It takes 10-15 minutes by bus from the hotel to the beach, we didn't even try walking, we were immediately told that it would take 40 minutes
to walk. Wi-Fi in the hotel and on the beach works perfectly
I also want to add that if someone suddenly wants to go to Dubai by taxi on their own, it's better not to go in the morning because you can get stuck in traffic and the trip will be much more expensive.
In the morning from Sharjah they go to work in Dubai and everything is there
We left at 11 o'clock and stood in a small traffic jam anyway, but it's better not to go there in the morning)

Far from the sea, transfer to the beach in 2 hours. I liked the new beach very much, it's big, there are a lot of sun loungers, showers, a volleyball court, everything is there. The rooms are large, but tired, repairs are in great need, the rooms are always dark, since one side of the hotel faces a black wall. The food is not bad, without much variety, but you can always find something to eat. The staff is very friendly, tries hard, respect, this is the best thing in the hotel. Any request is fulfilled. I won't come back a second time.

Special thanks to the chef of the Ramada restaurant, everything is very tasty, beautiful serving of dishes and a huge selection! The hotel has a daily free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall, we went several times. We also took an excursion to SeaWord in Abu Dhabi. This is an amusement park: with attractions, a huge aquarium, a dolphin show, penguins. We really liked it. We bought a sail at the agency for $ 250 for two. The agency is next to the hotel. There is also an agency near the beach, by the way, they have the same owner and the same prices. There we bought a sightseeing tour to Dubai with a visit to the observation deck on Jumeirah Island and a yacht ride along the Dubai Marina. We were here with my wife in the period 28.11-04.12.2024. I liked the hotel with all the nuances, I got a good room, although it is clear that the furniture is not new, but it has an appearance, a bed with an excellent mattress, buffet-style breakfasts with a fairly large selection. Lunch and dinner were not taken, at that time we were on excursions))
The beach is a bit far, but this is compensated by the comfortable buses running every 2 hours to the beach and back. The main beach, as we understood during the repair, was taken to another, no less equipped one.
In addition to trips to the beach, every day at 15 o'clock you can leave for the Dubai Mall, at 21 it leaves back.

Upon check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 6.30 am, check-in from 2 p.m., but we were given a meeting and checked in at 11:30 a.m. on the 14th floor at our request. They only took breakfast, in addition to the banal scrambled eggs and omelette, as in all hotels, even 5 *, there was fillet fish, beef stroganoff chicken, beef in the form of minced meat and rolls, stewed potatoes with vegetables, spaghetti with vegetables, rice like a rezotto. Well, the little things: fruits, pastries, sausages, sausages, cheeses, porridge, beans, coffee machines are, but instead of cream-milk. Have breakfast, bye and go to the beach! Buses run to the beach 6 times a day, there is a timetable. Since the beginning of the season, and the number of people has increased, the number of buses has also increased (not the flights have increased, but the number of buses has increased)!!! We are still driving normally towards the beach, many get off 30-20 minutes before departure and take seats on the bus- the bus always leaves if it is full!!!! Not everyone understands this and they start pumping their rights- I'm standing, I'm going, etc., and at this time there's already another bus nearby!!! No one has ever ridden standing up. We eat from the beach, yes, this is a complete disaster, if at 13:00 they can knock out teeth with elbows. Everyone wants to get on the first bus and make it to lunch, the most combative are the women over 60, beware of them. I was even bitten, and another day my shoulder was scratched. The last bus from the beach is at 18:00, but there will be 3 buses, with an interval of 5-10 minutes. And one more thing. The old beach is under reconstruction, they are taking it to the beach nearby. Everything seems to be fine, cafes, sun beds, showers, toilets, but the beach is in the worst place---the approach is very bad, strips of broken seashell 2-3 meters long, with children is not an option at all, unless you roll it on your neck. Breakwaters : 300 m on the left, 1000 km on the right, respectively, there is always a wave and a red flag!!!! As a result, all the garbage from the bay is floating on the beach and around your heads! We went to the left, to the breakwater, closer to the Sheraton. It's always quiet there and the water is MUCH cleaner! Cleaning: they are cleaned well, if desired, every day, if necessary, a tip in gratitude at your discretion. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. There are supermarkets nearby. Every day there is a transfer to Dubai Mall at 15:00, back at 21:00. The rooms are spacious, there is a refrigerator and a microwave, but repairs would not hurt, the hotel is far from new! I won't come the second time, because I don't rest 2 times in the same place!
PS: the youth here will be bored, in the evening the traffic is full 0! At most, sit on a bench.

A wonderful hotel!! I was driving, expecting the worst, but it turned out to be better. Instead of the standard one, they gave me a large family room with two bathrooms and a window in the bathroom)) they brought me a cake and a plate of fruit for my birthday! It was cleaned every day, it was clean, there are bathrobes and slippers, water, tea, coffee, refrigerator.
Transfer to the beach without any problems, everyone was leaving, and so was the Dubai Mall, but there was a lot of jostling and crowding at the bus entrance. But the hotel has nothing to do with it, it's a question for the citizens.
The staff was helpful, and Samir and other guys helped us at the reception.
The beach is great, lots of sun beds, towels. For its super price! I would have come back again!
Disadvantage: there is nowhere to go near the hotel, and there is nothing to do in Ajman itself, but there is Sharjah nearby, we rested there last time, it's very beautiful and there is something to see.

Nice hotel. We chose this hotel as a family for the second time. The rooms are spacious. Equipped beach with a caretaker. The food is good. There are a lot of tourists from Russia, this year the bus with delivery from the beach could not cope, after a while the second one arrived. The staff tried to minimize this problem. A controversial city hotel. Everyone is smiling and friendly, but we checked in about 15 hours. The restaurant (dining room) is small for such a hotel (3 towers). The food is ordinary, a lot of spicy food. I didn't like the cook, there are spoiled pieces of vegetables and fruits, poor-quality greens. There is 1 working coffee machine, queues, jostling. Cleaning every day, shampoo and shower gel should be reminded. Towels and bed linen are of good quality. The room smells musty and damp. The air conditioning is working, the balcony is small and dirty. The room is dark, the furniture is old. It is better not to touch the curtains, they are very dusty. Smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can watch Internet channels and YouTube. The beach is normal, dirty. For 3 hotels, private. There is a bar, if not everything is included, they won't even give you water. Toilets and changing rooms are present, there is a rental of jet skis. There is garbage in the sea, the water is a greenish shade. There is a bus to the beach, it is not very convenient. There are many shops and cafes near the hotel, there is an alcohol market.

Very nice hotel! The employees are responsive, they will always come to the rescue, there are Russian-speaking guys at the reception. The rooms are large, daily cleaning, linen change every three days, plumbing, TV, refrigerator.. everything is in excellent condition. The rooms have excellent Wi-Fi (they will give you a code) . The mattress and pillows are beyond praise. They take you to the beach in large comfortable buses, clearly on time (the schedule will be given upon check-in), if there are more people, they immediately adjust the second bus, go 7-8 minutes. The food in the restaurant is very diverse, very high quality (meat, fish, chicken, lamb .... etc.) and delicious, and there is everything for healthy lifestyle lovers, even steamed vegetables are present every day. The beach is not within walking distance, everything is fine with the transfer, according to the schedule (and yes, tourists who jostle and think that they will be left on the beach or they will not eat - do not worry, if there are a lot of people, then another bus arrives))

6. Something needs to be done with the rooms - yes, they are large, but they are as tired as possible, the furniture is chipped, the carpets are stained in places, there were holes in the curtains, even 4 does not pull, 4 is a "good" rating, 3 is "normal"

A good hotel, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the pool is good, the gym is also good. But our room was not very good, like our friends (the room was on the 5th floor and in the 3rd tower , on the right side of the elevator ; like 1235).
But the bus to the sea is a separate quest , there are such strange vacationers that they are just scared for themselves . The bus arrived at the beach and the fat man started pushing the women to get in first. No, of course I'm not accusing him of weight, but why push anyone?

We had a wonderful rest. We took 8 nights on full board. There are no problems with nutrition.The schedule is very convenient (in the photo). You won't stay hungry at full board.
