The rest is wonderful, the food is excellent, the sea is super, there is a Russian-speaking Scrub at the reception, just a smart girl, they settled in quickly, polite and respectful. We had a vacation in December of the 24th year and are going to May of the 25th. I really liked the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 12 p.m., and 15 minutes later we were checked in. You can ask for the dishes and they will be brought to you immediately. Excellent service. Water and cosmetics were cleaned and replenished every day. The food is good and varied, you definitely won't stay hungry. On the signs in front of each dish, it is drawn from whom it is cooked (chicken, mutton, lamb, etc.), as well as if the dish is spicy, then pepper is drawn! Well thought out! Many people write about the transfer to the beach... Don't panic! We didn't leave on the first bus, the next one always arrives. They take you to the Dubai Mall for free every day. There are many shops near the hotel, and there is an alcohol market very close by, which surprised me with very cheap prices. There is also a tour agency, currency exchanges and cafes within walking distance. Excellent, friendly staff. We recommend the hotel.

I took excursions at the parus agency. Exit the hotel, go to the right and run into a glass door. The girl will tell you everything there. Prices are reasonable, unlike the official ones. (The official vaz will be bred on excursions at unrealistic price tags) .

I am currently resting at the hotel.We arrived and settled right away. We are vacationing in Troy. I'm with my husband and my mom. The rooms are gorgeous!!! The room is large and everything is in it.Cleaning is daily, it is cleaned wonderfully. Buses go to the beach by the hour, everyone sits on the bus and it takes 10 minutes to get to the beach.There are sun beds, a playground on the beach, and a towel is provided.Nutrition deserves special attention.The food is just very good, there is meat, fish and poultry every day..
At the reception, managers always react quickly to requests.I really want to mark the Phase at the reception -it helps everyone with the Russian language.I would really like to mention the main manager at the restaurant and the chef.They work wonders!!!! Everything is delicious, fresh and everything is in time!!!! The beach is super!!!! Clean sand, there are enough sun beds for everyone.Buses run by the hour and are very convenient.There is a bus service to Dubai Mall 1 time a day, free of charge.In the Ramada, the whole service is excellent!!!! A city hotel, almost all rooms are noisy from the busy road. I know this because we changed 3 rooms before we settled on the least noisy one. The rooms themselves are pretty tired. The breakfasts are not very good - the food is tasteless and on some days there was a queue at the coffee machine (she is alone). One day, a cockroach was found in the bathroom, although the hotel periodically carries out pest control. The staff is mostly friendly, but you should not expect the same attitude as in a 5* hotel. The Russian-speaking manager was given a like. He helped me find the right number and was generally quite positive. He also conducted a detailed tour of the hotel, which is not always done even in good 5*.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. The most important fat minus of the rest here is that next to the private beach of the hotel (which also serves the Ramada Beach and Windham garden), there is an active construction site with excavators digging from morning to night and a jackhammer beating. So you will not get any zen from a vacation at the sea here. The sea is warm, muddy, sometimes it smells of mud. A light breeze of diesel oil sometimes brings from the construction site. The hotel is urban, there are shops nearby (even alcoholic). There is a free bus service to the beach and Dubai Mall. A lot of helpers, they will always tell you where to go. The food is delicious. We took breakfasts and dinners (dinner can be changed for lunch). You don't need to tell anyone, you just came at lunch and didn't come at dinner. The internet is excellent both in the room and on the beach. The room is large, but be prepared for the view from the window of the neighboring building 50 meters away (like ours). They clean up, the water will be replenished every day. In general, if you are not eating for a beach holiday, then well done.

A wonderful hotel in its price category. A decent 4. Compared to the good 4 of Turkey and Egypt and the not very good 5 of Egypt and Turkey, this hotel is definitely the leader! Huge two-room rooms, snow-white towels, daily cleaning and replenishment of drinking water. Russian-speaking reception staff. A wonderful buffet: everything is always fresh, clear food, meat of different types and cooking methods, fish, chicken, delicious pastries (there is no incomprehensible mess of salads from what is not finished and desserts for the same taste, only painted in different colors). The location is urban, within a five-minute walk of the large shops of the Sapphire chain (I recommend buying mangoes there in the October-December season, you can take them home). There are free buses to the beach and to DubayMall. No one rides standing up, when filling up, the next bus is immediately served. The beach is clean, the entrance is beautifully sloping, beach towels and sun beds are free. There is a gift shop in the lobby with surprisingly low prices, ATMs in the lobby, but a 10 percent commission for withdrawals. The Belarusbank Visa card worked everywhere (in shops, at the airport, at an ATM). There are many foreigners vacationing at the hotel, there were Germans, British, Poles, Cypriots, Indians, which is also an indicator of the good level of the hotel.

On the same occasion, there are crowds in the restaurant, but the staff tries to cope with this, the food does not end. There are shops and supermarkets nearby. To choose excursions, I recommend the agency "Parus", located on the right of the exit from the hotel. Go shopping in the City Center (by taxi 13 dirhams). Do not take taxis that stand at the hotel, it will be more expensive.

We had a rest at the end of October, the hotel is good, the rooms, the service, the food, the beach are all great. As soon as the waves appear, rescuers are not allowed to go to sea. After cleaning, they forget to leave a towel in the room. A slightly unpleasant impression remained: we arrived at 6.00, did not check in, did not let us in for breakfast, said only after checking in, somehow changed our clothes in the toilet and went to the sea, left our things at the entrance, since there is no special room. We arrived from the sea before 12.00, checked in, but we did not find a package with shoes, which we left with luggage, and eventually left in flip-flops. No one wanted to help, to search, to watch the video. Everyone pretended that they did not understand and did not hear us. There were in many places, but there was no such treatment anywhere. They didn't even try to help.

We had a rest in November, everything was fine, the only minus is the beach. During the reconstruction of their beach, they were taken from the hotel to another, but it was not properly prepared. There was a lot of small concrete waste on the beach, the sand was mixed with small shells, it was not pleasant to walk. Everything else is fine, the food is excellent, the room was cleaned every day. Buses to the beach were carried on schedule, if there were not enough seats on the bus, another one immediately arrived. I recommend the hotel.

Service: everything suits us, I repeat, the service is excellent, everything is solved quickly and efficiently, requests are fulfilled almost instantly. Our room level was upgraded for free and without any thanks. Otabek and other employees try very hard to make the guests happy.
Room: we had a huge, spacious apartment, not a small room, as it happens in a hotel, I think it's 75 meters. Everything is working, there is a lot of furniture, most of it has not even been used. Yes, picky people can see and photograph some defects, flaws and lay them out, but we are not up to it, objectively the hotel is worth the money and in our opinion gives much more than you pay for it.
Beach: regular transfer to the beach, towels and sun beds, everything is there, there are enough places for everyone, the sea is clean and not shallow. The size of the beach from the hotel is not very large, but it is quite enough! There is a volleyball court and a mini playground for children, a toilet, a shower, a small bar (we don't have everything included, so I can't rate it).
Free transfer to Dubai Mall: it is important, you do not need to make an appointment in advance, just arrive on time and leave 15 minutes before departure (in other hotels it happens that you need to make an appointment in advance, they promised that if necessary, then 10 buses will be served).
I will recommend the hotel and 99.9% that we will come by ourselves more than once!

I liked the hotel , 4 stars fully justify themselves , large two-room rooms with a large bed , TV , refrigerator , microwave , cleaning every day , towels are changed every day , snow-white linen , the food is just great , like in a restaurant , its own beach , transfer to the beach on time , before that we rested in Sharjah - it was worse there , there is a liquor store nearby that has everything and at affordable prices. We were in the middle of November, the hotel was very nice, the room was spacious, though without a balcony, but we only slept there, we really liked the kitchen and went for breakfast and dinner with anticipation and pleasure. There is a small swimming pool and saunas. Among the disadvantages is a remote, small fenced beach, construction on all sides, the entire coastline in Ajman is under reconstruction. I rested in the Black Ramada from 13.05 to 20.05. I came here for the second time because I like the price-quality ratio. The hotel corresponds to its 4*. Service, room service, cleaning - everything suits you. I take breakfast-dinners (you can come at lunch without any problems), the food is excellent, delicious, varied. There is a children's table. Transfer to the beach according to the schedule - 7 minutes drive. Of course, it is better to go to the White Ramada with the children on the first line, so as not to depend on the transfer. A daily free transfer to the Dubai Mall is also a huge plus. So, if you go without kids, and you need a budget vacation, then you go to the Black Ramada))) I had a transfer to the airport at 14.30, a wonderful boy at the reception made me a late check-up at 14.00 absolutely free of charge. So on the last day before departure, I was still at the sea before lunch!! The only unpleasant impression was left by communication with individual guides of the host tour operator FAN SAN. In particular, ELSHAD MUTADOV)))It feels like these young, overweight boys are from somewhere in a Turkish or Egyptian collective farm. I do not advise you to take excursions from them, it is better to contact Golden Palm, or against the beach in the "Last Minute".
I wanted to go to the Marina on a yacht with a swim, they fed me with promises for 2 days, then they said that there was no group. I decided to take a ride on a sightseeing tour of Dubai for the same money))) They brought us to the Frame, and there was the promised "Historical Guide"))))) The Egyptian Timur, speaks almost no Russian, carries all sorts of nonsense, as they say, "blood from the ears." the purpose of this guide, and apparently hotel guides, is to guide tourists to their points-for kickbacks, so that tourists buy all sorts of crap - like oils, rubbers, even on Maddinat Jumeirah, he took the whole group to his shop for souvenirs, and it's so interesting to walk there!!! A great city hotel with great service. I visited the UAE for the first time in March 2024 and stayed at this hotel. The good location in the city allows you to walk, explore the city and visit the shops. The hotel provides regular flights for a comfortable transfer to the beach and to Dubai. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for living. There are no queues and hustle in the restaurant. The menu of dishes is very diverse and of high quality. Plus: we had a room in tower 1. The room is large, 2 bathrooms, cleanliness, change of towels and linen - everything is fine. The furniture is very tired, it just needs to be replaced or at least dry cleaning. The food in the restaurant: everything was fine, even very good. It's delicious, a lot, and varied. A very tasty coffee is brewed by a barista in lobi.
Minus: I did not like that at lunch and dinner you have to ask for juices, they are not freely available, the waiter brings them on order.
Beach: bus rides, well, so-so option. I didn't like it.

There is a free bus to the beach several times a day, the journey time is about 10 minutes, and once a day there is a free bus to Dubai Mall on the way about 40 minutes. On the beach there are free sun beds, towels, umbrellas, shower, toilet.
The rooms are spacious, shabby, but generally OK. There is a refrigerator, microwave, TV in the room, it stopped working for us on the third day and until the end of the stay.Cleaning used to wake up earlier than we would like, so they hung a do not disturb sign, water, tea, coffee bags, cream, towels. I didn't like breakfast very much, it looks more like lunch, but it will go, dinner is good, varied. In general, I would say that this is a good hotel, I recommend it for the not picky.

We flew to the Emirates for the first time to relax, the hotel was chosen based on reviews. I would like to say that we did not lose at all. We checked in earlier, at 12 o'clock, instead of two. Before checking in, we were given a short tour of the hotel by the hotel receptionist. He immediately showed me where you can spend your leisure time (sauna, swimming pool, gym, billiards, table tennis), where the restaurant is located, what their buses look like from the hotel, where the exchanger and alcohol store are located.
Our room was very large. It's not even a room, but an entire apartment! Two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a large bedroom. We lived together. The room was cleaned daily, and the water was replenished daily. The bed linen is snow-white, as well as all towels. Showers and toiletries were always added.
The sockets are all Euro, you need an adapter. Some rooms have them. If you find a room without an adapter, they are given out at the reception without any problems.
The food in the restaurant is simply excellent. There was such a huge and varied selection that for the first three days we ate and ate, and then it just took off. Of course I wanted to, but I couldn't. There are a lot of meat dishes, a lot of vegetables, soups, desserts, fruits, snacks. We had breakfasts and dinners. We ate so much that sometimes we had enough from breakfast to dinner.
It is also possible to swap lunch and dinner if you are leaving or leaving and you don't have time. Breakfasts for everyone.
Buses go to the beach 7 times a day. And they take it back. They travel to the last person on the schedule, if there is not enough room for everyone on the first or second bus, then the third one will arrive next. The beach is clean, towels are provided on the beach. There are showers where you can fully wash after the sea. Strangers are not allowed on the beach. Even if someone just wants to walk past along the beach line, along the sea. I have repeatedly observed this.
There is also a free bus, every day, from the hotel to the Dubai Mall, leaves at 15.00, picks up at 21.00. We rode it once, we liked it. If you don't want to spend money on a taxi. We took a taxi once. A taxi from Dubai to Ajman cost 145 dirhams (approximately 3500 rubles one way).
It is very easy to catch a taxi, they drive all the time, but do not get into a taxi near the hotel, across the street from the hotel, 20 meters away, you can catch a taxi for 2 times cheaper. Just raise your hand up, they will come to you on their own.
There are two supermarkets near the hotel, as well as many small shops nearby.
Excursions are sold by Nurlan near the hotel, as you leave the hotel and immediately turn right to the child and enter his store. He is a Russian speaker, and all the guests on the tour are Russian speakers. You can pay with Russian cards, money transfer, or dollars. If it's in rubles, then the exchange rate bends, of course.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and the beach. Free.

On the morning of departure, we were on the beach in the morning and returned to the hotel at 11.30, check-out was at 12.00, before which we packed our bags and only then took out all the things from the safe, including a laptop, smartphone, passports, and put them immediately into a backpack without looking at it, because there was not much time, and then put There are already shoes and warm clothes on top of the backpack. I had my backpack on my back or in plain sight during the transfer to the airport, but I didn't spend any money at the airport itself, i.e. I didn't take out my wallet until I arrived home. That's when the theft was discovered.
I contacted a representative at the hotel, but they said that this was impossible, that only the guest knew the code to the safe. There are service ways to open the safe in case the code is forgotten or not known after the departure of the previous tenants. A logical question for anyone, what happened when you didn't know the code and had to open the hotel safe?
It should also be taken into account that if pickpockets had stolen on the way or on the move, there would not have been an empty wallet in the backpack, especially since it was stowed away at the bottom of the backpack. It turns out that the hotel has a theft scheme used by the staff.
As a result, I lost more than the cost of the tour and spent my nerves on correspondence with the lobby employee, who informed me that I had lost money in my things and I had to look for houses myself, or ask my wife!!!! and the employees are all honest, and this has been repeated over and over again. They said that theft is impossible because these are the Emirates, not Russia.
If you don't want to face the same thing, then it's better to choose a hotel where they won't do that to you.

There are Russian-speaking staff. And most importantly, check-in, if you arrived before 14:00, check-in earlier. WiFi is good, and everywhere, both in the room and on the territory of the department. Because the hotel on the 2nd line there are buses from the hotel. The beach itself belongs to the hotel. There is good WiFi on the beach, towels are provided, the beach itself and the sea are clean. They give out drinks for those who have everything included. I had full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Meal.... Delicious, sweet, very tasty and varied. Yes, cleaning earlier. But you can ask to be removed a little later (I did that). There is a bus that goes to Dubai Mall. Near supermarkets, shops. The hotel also has a small swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room. Separately for women and men. There is a gym. Is free. Everything is clean. The staff is responsive, friendly. All questions, at least for me, were solved very quickly. In general, there are no disadvantages. I liked everything very much.
