The hotel is good, the rooms are large 2-room, with 2 bathrooms. The breakfasts are full and delicious. But, room cleaning is lame, so I'm shooting one star. At the reception, everyone is sensitive, attentive, will always help, explain. I would also like to make a canopy near the beach, where people are waiting for a transfer to the hotel. I recommend the hotel!

Overall, we didn't like the hotel. I am writing a review at the urgent request of the hotel managers)) The hotel is old and unkempt, with an unpleasant smell of old age and mildew. The rooms are large, but they are not cleaned. The bed was not changed for 2 weeks, towels were changed only on demand. There are cockroaches and queues in the dining room, tables are poorly cleaned, dirty. At dinner, the local workers are fed first, and you stand in line and wait for them to clear the table, and only after that you will be allowed to sit at a poorly cleaned table. For 2 weeks, the suitcase in the room smelled so much of mold that I had to throw it away. Transfers to the beach and Dubai Mall are organized in a clumsy way, first they pack a small bus, followed by a large half-empty one. The befuddled aunts arrange a crush, break into the bus, then it turns out that the bus is not theirs and begin to break back, in short, entertainment is not for the faint of heart. There are questionable people hanging around the beach, walking between the sun beds and looking for something, I do not advise leaving things unattended.

Great hotel. We had a very large room of 74m2, the furniture is really old. The distance from the beach did not cause any inconvenience, because the bus goes back and forth 6 times a day. They pick up the last passenger, so if someone hasn't moved, they'll send another one. I liked the food, everything is very tasty and quite diverse. I would like to single out the staff separately, they were very warmly welcomed and helped in everything!

Service for 5, all staff, friendly and helpful people!!! The food is very tasty and there is a large selection. The rooms are large but the furniture is old. Sofas require at least dry cleaning. The beds are comfortable, clean, and the bed linen is white. 4 stars only for the old furniture in the rooms. They also take you to the beach 6 times a day, which is a big plus!!! A great hotel, with the most adequate and responsive staff.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, without chic, but more than that, everything is clean. Cleaning every day.
We took FB to the food there are no questions, everything is very tasty, always fresh vegetables, fruits, desserts for every taste, always meat / fish / chicken (who says that poor nutrition, the question to you is - what do you eat at home?!). Sometimes quite spicy dishes, but it's easy to find something not spicy.
There is a swimming pool, a gym, a playground for children (we didn't go anywhere from this, there was no need))
The hotel is far enough from the beach, but the bus goes to the beach and from the beach 5 times a day, the beach is its own, with showers, toilets, sun beds, changing rooms and a bar, I liked the beach.

Nice hotel. The food is delicious and fish and beef, and fresh salads. There are spicy and ordinary, with a pepper icon. Lots of cakes, cream, fruits: watermelon, melon, pineapple. Coffee from the coffee machine, but I saw that they brought it in a beaker for money, apparently you can order it. The bed is clean, the towels are big, the bed is huge. Shampoo, gel, lotion, caps, sticks, water tea / coffee replenishes daily. There is a bus to the beach every hour from 7.30 to 18. It is forbidden to swim after 18, the beach is closed. There is a spa, a gym. I took breakfast / dinner, because I went on excursions. Once I ordered a burger + fries + drink = 25 dirhams on the beach. Cooked for 25 minutes a little dry, but edible. The only negative for me is that there is nowhere to walk. But this is in any hotel in the Emirates.

Tired room stock, but clean towels, excellent mattresses, polite and helpful staff and sooooo delicious food. Here, indeed, on half-board, you can safely eat for the whole day. Those who write that there was nothing to eat - do not know English. Breakfast with sliced cheese-sausage, yoghurts, eggs, national dishes. Fresh vegetables, fruits, salads (not mayonnaise), pickles, spreads, meat dishes and poultry dishes of local cuisine, Indian and slightly Europeanized. Deep-fried fish only. From side dishes there are different types of pilaf, pasta, just boiled rice. 2 types of soups. A mountain of sweets. For dinner, drinks include tea/coffee and water. There are more juices and coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast. They take you to the beach 6 times a day, they take everyone. They take you to Dubai Mall every day. The beach is clean, sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas are free. The main thing is to have time to occupy:)

The staff is very friendly, everyone comes to the rescue. We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. Check-in from 14-00. We were already settled at 10-30 without any additional payments. They settled in a spacious two-room room, although they paid for the standard.
The food is delicious. A varied menu. Lots of fruits. The rooms and the beach are clean.
It is advisable to serve several buses from the beach at once so that there is no crush. People are afraid that they will stay in the heat and not leave.
In general, I like everything, we will be happy to come back here again.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time: first in May and now in November. We chose the Ramada suites because there is a transfer to our own beach and a transfer to the Dubai Mall every day, delicious food, awesome desserts, varied and for every taste, very attentive attitude to guests, they respond to any requests and try to help, as well as there are many different shops and even an alcohol market around (in the evening it's more fun here than in hotels by the sea). A nice small sauna, steam room and swimming pool - you can relax before going to bed. The first time I got a room in the third tower - there was an old room, but large and with a balcony, and the second time there was the first tower with an updated renovation, the same big one, but, unfortunately, I got without a balcony. At the moment, the third tower is closed for repairs and accommodation takes place in 1 and 2. The disadvantages can include a poor single coffee machine, which is tormented at breakfast. Everyone wants coffee, but she's the only one in the whole restaurant, she has to stand in line. We put the second one on, but it did not work during the week of our vacation, it was periodically removed. Also, for me, the behavior of our compatriots was wild, especially the older ones, who, like mad, push everyone aside and strive to be the first to get on the bus to leave the beach (the hottest at 13.15). Valiant pensioners (or so) push and squeeze into the bus, and people with toddlers and small children are waiting for the next one. The hotel has very good service, they make sure that EVERYONE is picked up! Well, they don't forget or leave anyone! 4 buses for 50 people left once, but everyone left! Stop panicking 😁 The beach is great, sandy, wide enough. There are vacationers from three hotels of the by Wyndham chain on the beach, but there is enough space and sun loungers for everyone, there are lifeguards, water activities too (buns, jet skis), toilets, changing rooms, showers - everything is as it should be. The hotel was arranged in all respects, the rest turned out to be excellent 👍
Oh, yes, for some reason no one wrote in the reviews that the Dubai Mall is undergoing renovation and the beautiful central entrance is closed (entrance is through the parking lot) and half of the aquarium is covered with a banner, only part of it is visible on the 1st floor. The fountains are working.

Just returned from a rest at the hotel.
A very decent 4*.
I liked everything.
And the attitude, and the staff, and the restaurant/food, and the beach, of course.
There is an opportunity – go.
Of the minuses (rather, recommendations):
– coordinate the time of arrival of the bus from the beach in order to have time to have breakfast without detaining the restaurant staff. Because now we have to do everything very quickly, we don't have time to change after the beach at all, everyone goes straight in wet clothes for breakfast. And then they don't fit in with "eat" until 10:30, they are delayed. And they detain the hall workers with cleaning. And we ourselves were delayed, did not have time.
– cleaning tables in the "restaurant", which is reduced to the level of a beach cafe. The girls, wiping, cleaning the tables, simply brush off the remnants of food and crumbs directly on the chairs with rags. Or napkins-the substrates are shaken off directly on the chairs. The flow of people is large, of course. But this is not a reason. Unpleasant. A couple of times I asked to be removed from the chairs. So they wiped them with the same rags as the tables. In general, the system is already. Everyone does so. Apparently, managers have taught this or forgive such actions.
– it is unclear how much water, for example, is put in the room for two people a day. They can put 2 1.5 liters each, they can 1x1.5 and 1x0.5, they can 2x1.5 and 1x0.5.
They leave it in different ways. Similarly with cream for coffee.
At the same time, in any case, thanks that there is water in the room at all, tea-coffee-cream, kettle.
Of the special advantages (among others) :

We had a rest in February 2024. I liked the hotel. The rooms are clean. The room had a kitchen. Dishes on demand - no problem.The ironing board was brought, although I did not ask for it. The food was delicious and varied!!. The staff is all well done. Especially Otabek- he will tell you everything, tell you, help. Transfer to the beach, to Dubai daily and comfortably.
The only disadvantage is the location. There is nowhere to go around, dubious cafes and garbage. But I recommend the hotel...

The rooms are large, comfortable beds, with orthopedic mattress, the room is quiet, the neighbors can not be heard, the food is delicious, varied, watermelons and melons every day, the bus takes you to the beach 6 times, and to Dubai-They say every day. The furniture in the room is a bit old, but everything is clean and does not smell of anything, Wi-Fi works well, even on the beach, you can give a solid 4 stars

I was vacationing at this hotel with my daughter, initially I was put in a room and the roosters were heard, we moved after giving money to the reception.On the day of departure, the bus did not arrive At the reception, no one is interested, the tour guide 1001, also pretended on the phone that she was waiting for 2 hours and had to catch a taxi with other vacationers themselves, barely managed to get on the plane.Upon arrival, they asked, well, you flew and that's it.

Huge comfortable, though old, rooms with a kitchen and two bathrooms. Great food. Private beach, equipped with everything you need. Transfer to the beach all day from 7.30 to 18.15 with an interval of 1 hour. At 200 m there is an alcoholic supermarket and a supermarket with food, where you will be cooked the selected fish or meat within 30 minutes, for those who have breakfast and dinner. The staff fulfills requests promptly. Cleaning daily. There is a tea and coffee set in the kitchen in the room. Water daily, we were given 2 bottles of 1.5 and 1 small bottle for three of us. We had enough to drink and pour into the kettle. In front of the hotel there are benches for smokers and gazebos where you can sit in the evening.

I am currently staying at this hotel. September 2024. The hotel is great, the food, the transfer to the beach. BUT it's not worth coming here for a beach holiday. You can only be outside early in the morning, and not for long in the evening. Heat and valor. 30 degrees at night and 40 degrees during the day. The water is never refreshing, and the bay is very conditionally suitable for swimming. This is not the sea at all. But there is no question about the hotel, everything is at an excellent level, food, cleaning, service.

We had a rest in early November. Upon arrival at the hotel, they got "into the hands" of a pharmacy, knows Russian well and the humor is appropriate.Sincerely took care of us, allocated a nice room with a balcony, as we asked.The elevators work well, the restaurant is also reached by elevator, you exit on the 1st floor, immediately the restaurant. There is an indoor pool on the floor below, we went on the last evening.We had a lovely swim there, there is a sauna and a hammam, also in the form of a sauna, a small one.Towels were given out, clean, comfortable. We rested at this hotel from 11/26/2013. Impression on --3, I'll start with the pros - it's a varied cuisine, good delivery before/after the sea, and junior staff, a shop next to the reception with a friendly seller

Of the minuses, they settled in a room that faces the street with industrial air conditioning, the noise is terrible, even the pillow shakes, when contacting the reception they refused to change the room, they sent workers and they glued the window (double-glazed window) with foam and duct tape, as a result, they changed the room a day later - thank you.When moving from room to room, they left a Phillips electric razor (not cheap), they said at the reception, the answer is ; yes, we never had this, it can't be ., It's good that we didn't use the safe..The result is that the razor was stolen. .The hotel itself is located in the migrant area, there is nowhere to go for a walk, it's just scary, there is really a dump on the street, the shops are very poor, excursions are provided exclusively to other Emirates because there is nothing to see in Ajman.There is something to compare (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah) . The sea is also dirty, the beach is cleaned very rarely , there is a lot of garbage in the sand and in the sea.As they say, the experience is never bad, BUT never again will we come to this Emirate, even for free.

The food is great. Maintenance needs to be repeated a little, but they try and fix it. The staff is friendly. The room, if without carpet, is excellent - large high ceilings, kitchen, balcony is everything you need. The beach is shallow, but it is compensated by a small white sand. The room is clean, towels are changed every day, drinking water and bath accessories were brought every day, tea, coffee, sugar, hair dryer. The beach is their own, they carry it 6 times a day, if there is not enough space, then an additional bus is suitable, there are always sun beds, towels are provided on the beach. The hotel is 5 km from the beach, 10-12 minutes by bus. It was not critical for us. There are many shops around where you can buy something for food and souvenirs.

We are currently relaxing in this wonderful hotel. It was not the first time we visited different countries and the Emirates, but for the first time we chose Ajman and this city hotel. And they never regretted it. The hotel has an ordinary, modest interior of a reception. But everything is very clean, there is always a pleasant smell. And the rooms are actually a two-room apartment. We have a suite for three people. 74 sq.m.just huge. This is our first time in such a room. Yes, the furniture is getting old, but good-quality, mattresses and pillows are super simple. The linen and towels are snow-white. There is a very convenient transfer to the beach. The towels on the beach are clean and smell nice. There are plenty of sun beds and they are new and very comfortable. The food in the hotel is above all praise. It is so diverse and very tasty for every taste. I think we will come here more than once.

The hotel pleased me. Polite, helpful staff. A clear transfer, delicious food. Daily room cleaning. At the hotel you can go to the gym, to the pool, play ping pong and billiards. I lowered the star for the beaches, it happens to be dirty, there are not enough sunbeds, although in fact people have long left, they do not follow this. Towels are provided on the beach, there is a shower, toilet and where to change clothes. I also do not recommend taking excursions from tour agents, it was we who were on an excursion at Anex Tour, they recruit more than 50 people, raise the price, and run running through all locations, as if for show. I will also add that it is a long way to get to the iconic places of the Emirate of Dubai, about 40-50 minutes.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramada hotel: excellent service, delicious and varied food, huge comfortable rooms. Everything is very clean and tidy. Daily room cleaning is done, gels/shampoos are updated, 2.5 liters of water per person are brought to the room daily. A comfortable air-conditioned bus takes them 6 times a day and brings them to their own sandy beach, where towels, sun beds, and deck chairs are provided free of charge. I also remember the amazing variety of desserts. A very decent hotel! I recommend.

I had a rest at the end of July 2024 at the Ramada black. Tourists are not pickled at the reception, they are placed as soon as the rooms are ready. There are Russian-speaking staff. The food in the restaurant is varied. I liked salads and rice with shrimp. The staff is friendly everywhere, they always meet tourists halfway. The beach is a bit far, but they take a bus there (for free). There is a free bus to Dubai Mall once a day. I recommend this hotel.
